I am crazy because I just purchased another Amazon FBA business. And if you're wondering why I went bald, well, first things first, I have 2 kids, a 3-year-old, a 1.5-year-old. I have a loving wife and I am expecting another baby in September. So I'm going to be dealing with 3 under 3. And I decided, let me go ahead and shave my head off. And if I didn't make matters worse, I just purchased another Amazon FBA business. And about 2 weeks ago, I created a video about me buying a business by the name of Fade Guy and told you guys why I purchased that actual business. So if you guys haven't watched that video yet, after this video, go check that out. But as you can go ahead and see in my seller dashboard on Empire Flippers, or my buying dashboard on Empire Flippers, this is the 5th business I have purchased on Empire Flippers. And yes, I am crazy, right? So first and foremost, like, why would somebody buy an Amazon FBA business? And why would somebody sell an Amazon FBA business? Well, on the sales side, there's multiple different reasons. It's like selling a house. Maybe somebody is going through a divorce. Maybe, you know, they have to go ahead and sell for whatever reason. Reason, personal reason they might be going ahead and going through. So there's some aspect to that. Another reason is that a seller of these Amazon FBA businesses have already taken their business to the point where like their expertise can only take it to, right? So getting to that next level, they really don't know how to push to actually get there. So they would might as well sell the Amazon FBA business as opposed to slowly seeing the Amazon FBA business deteriorate, right? Because that's a A common misconception that you guys go ahead and see here. A lot of these actual businesses that are currently for sale on Amazon, there might be flat or a slight decline, but that doesn't mean it's a wrong business to go ahead and purchase. So why do I buy Amazon FBA businesses now? Because that's a great question to go ahead and ask. The main reason is time. And the other reason is risk, which is kind of counterintuitive, right? But let me go ahead and take you through it. It is more risky to start Amazon FBA from scratch. Why is that? Well, the time involved finding the supplier, making sure the margins hit, making sure cost per click is within line, making sure that you're getting the right price for freight, making sure you know Amazon FBA, the keyword research, seasonality to the actual product. You see, you can plan for everything to go right in Amazon FBA. And you can still fail and not only fail, risk 12, 24 months just to see it go through as opposed to buying an Amazon FBA business. Sure. It is way more expensive to buy one, but at least you have the data. You have the brand analytics, you know, the actual products, you know, that there is a fit, right? There is demand for your actual product on Amazon and we'll take you through. So let's go ahead and kind of go through the brands that I went ahead and purchased. First and foremost, the first brand I ever purchased was Maverick. I purchased it for $190,000, most of it seller finance, and we actively still have this actual business right now. We're actually trying to resell it for over $2 million. Why? We bought this business generating $6,000 a month in profit. Now it is going ahead and generating over $60,000 a month in profit. Uh, so it's kind of crazy there, but it's always not sunshine and rainbows. I have learned and been through the trenches. Relax Support completely failed. Low profit margins, seasonality, people returning back to work. This business, I lost the investor's money. Nudry Labs. If you know anything about supplements, cost per click is very, very high. We didn't end up losing a shit ton of money on this actual purchase here, but we returned it back to the actual seller and they were happy with returning this actual business to them because we went ahead and still grew the business. We're able to get more subscribe and save customers to it. But the thing is, when you're working with investors, they want their money back. 100% of the time, the quickest way possible. And when you work with supplements, you work with a subscription game. It's a longer time horizon as far as where you're going to get your money back. With Fade Guide, again, watch the other video. There's so much low-hanging fruit here. And that's the reason why I went ahead and purchased it. But this new business that I went ahead and purchased, and I didn't want to go ahead and purchase this actual business. You can see what I purchased it for. We'll take a look at the actual listing itself, uh, what their list price was, what they're going ahead and generating a monthly profit. And I'll even take you guys through, um, the P&L statement a little bit later on right now. But why did I not want to go ahead and purchase this actual business? There was too many issues. Number one issue was a trademark issue. They have the trademark for what is called Dynasty Golf, and that is the brand that I went ahead and purchased for this actual business. They had a trademark for it, but in the wrong class and category. Why is that an issue? Well, Brand Registry is in line. I have all the brand analytics. I have all the data. We know we can go ahead and scale the business. But there is a big-time player in this actual space that has the trademark for Dynasty. And even though we don't sell clubs, right, or like whatever it's called to go ahead and hit the actual golf ball, we're still within that same class and categories. And this usually won't be an issue long-term, especially because they don't sell that golf club anymore. But the thing is that if they do go ahead and go after us and say, hey, we're going ahead and infringing upon your trademark, we can have issues later on down the road. So that was one issue why I didn't want to go ahead and purchase the actual business, because there's one thing to be an Amazon business, but as soon as you try and offshore this into Shopify or direct-to-consumer and actually build a real brand, you will start having issues there. Number 2, there is a patent type of issue. You see, they have a design patent on one of their best-selling items, but there is a competitor that has a utility patent on this. And even though right now, there's a bunch of other Amazon sellers selling slightly the same type of actual product. Long-term, there is an issue where we might be infringing upon a utility patent. So you might think to myself, why the hell did you even purchase this actual business? But before I reveal why I bought this actual business, it's a shameless plug to go join the school community because we are over here building operators. We have migration specialists. We have actual brokers in this actual site. We have creative financing. We have SOPs. We have the classroom settings to go ahead and build your Amazon FBA business. We have the community, we have the Discord, we have the one-on-one opportunities as well. So if you guys haven't joined school, be one of the first members and get a free one-to-one 30-minute call with me if you join before we hit 800 members in the number one fastest growing school community. But let's go back to why I purchased this actual business. And this is why I'm really excited about AI and using AI the right way. Because before, what I used to go ahead and do is just do ChatGPT. And the problem with ChatGPT is that they always just agree with you, right? Now what I'm going ahead and doing is I'm using ChatGPT to communicate with Claude, to communicate with Gemini, to communicate with Manos, and basically fight each other to see exactly if there is a low-hanging fruit involved when purchasing an actual business. And this is not the only reason why I bought this actual business. The other reason is because the investor that I'm partnering up with is actually a Fortune 100 suites-level executive that no longer works at the actual company. And I'll go ahead— I won't go ahead and reveal a little bit more, but has huge plans to scale this actual business outside of Amazon. So I will be the Amazon brains of this actual operation, and there'll be somebody working behind the scenes of getting this into retail stores, going ahead and expanding outside of Amazon, and basically growing this thing out to as far as we can. So what did I go ahead and do? I uploaded a bunch of different reports on Amazon. And if you guys think I'm going ahead and talking gibberish, uh, I probably will be, right? So if you guys aren't like, you know, experienced when it comes to Amazon FBA or anything like that, what I went ahead and downloaded was the following sales report. I wanted to go ahead and see how much traffic they're driving on each one of their ASINs because they have a few parent ASINs. They have around 7 parent ASINs. So I wanted to get a sense of what kind of traffic they were going ahead and driving and what their conversion rate for a parent ASIN that they went ahead and had for this actual business over the last 2 years. Next thing I want to go ahead and do is pull a report on their search query performance quarter by quarter for the last 2 years. And what does this tell me? It tells me exactly where a funnel is breaking. Is there a main issue? Is there a pricing issue? Is there a title issue? Is there an add to cart issue? Right? We don't know this. Or is there just like an impressions issue where we go ahead and just dive in more impressions, get seen more, and our sales can go ahead and kind of go through the roof? A search query performance allows you to actually identify where there is low-hanging fruit. But I also went ahead and uploaded a search term report for both sponsored product and sponsored brands for as long as I can. When this case, it was the last 90 days to see if there's any type of low-hanging fruit here. So after going ahead and generating that, going ahead and putting all my thoughts into it, I put this into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and then Manos. And they created this actual website for me, right? So what do we go ahead and kind of see here? We kind of see an overview of what this actual business has done over the last, or last year in 2025, right? Units sold, net profit, market share, right? This is huge. As far as like, they only have 0.2% of the entire market share in all their actual products. We kind of see exactly what their conversion rate is on their hero type of product and then where there's opportunity, right? So like you can see here, new product hero that we can go ahead and expand upon because there is growth in this sector based on trends, based on search volume. I also went ahead and put Product Opportunity Explorer to see exactly what the conversion rate is for other products in the actual category. Like, this is insane. Right? This is next level stuff where I'm excited as ever to purchase Amazon FBA businesses at a discount right now that have great potential. And you can see by the way I'm going ahead and kind of orchestrating this, right? Like I have no script here. I don't know exactly what the hell I'm going to go ahead and be talking about, but this type of stuff excites me. Right? So, um, you can see as far as like profitability, what it was in 2024, what it was in 2025, right? A product mix as far as like what is causing all this revenue split. Where there is a risk involved, the different types of products that actually show opportunity, where basically our low-hanging fruit, what the conversion rate is, what the assessment might be, what our gross margin is, right? We have really great gross margin in all of these different types of products. And then basically capturing what we currently don't have right now and how we're going to go ahead and do that. Because based on the search query performance report, we know that there is very high priority based on certain keywords here where our market share or our brand share we are not getting the sales based on just visibility itself. We do not have a conversion issue. We do not have a click-through rate issue. We don't have any of those issues. We have an impressions issue. And if you know anything as far as what I'm saying right now, the more we put fuel to the fire on some of these keywords, the likelihood of us actually resulting into a sale— you see, I am not worried from going from a 15% conversion rate to a 5% conversion rate. Because right now this business is playing it safe and it's okay. A lot of mom-and-pop type of sellers, especially when I first got started with Amazon FBA, cared about profit long-term. I care about going ahead and getting data right now and scaling that data to eventually become profitable where I can renegotiate pricing terms with my manufacturers. So drive down costs for both freight and my manufacturing costs. Go ahead and increase margin and increase the net terms, right? So exactly the same playbook I went ahead and did with Maverick. And again, the low-hanging fruit based on what we went ahead and did, right? Like launch brand new PPC campaigns with the top keywords, create virtual bundles, expand the club variation. Everything that I thought about before I went ahead and put this into, uh, into AI basically kind of spit all this out. And I don't have to go ahead and show you guys the rest of it because all of it is more and more jargon. But what I'm here to go ahead and tell you is that there is a lot that you can go ahead and do when it comes to AI. And this is one of those things that I've talked to more and more students now that have purchased Amazon FBA business. I actually just had a call yesterday with a student that basically used a portion of his 401k to buy an Amazon FBA business. And it was the scariest thing he has done. But by bringing clarity, joining the school community and having a free 30-minute call, He put his like stress at ease because he knows that now we are making data-driven decisions. The product fit has already went ahead and proved itself. They sold the Amazon FBA business. They had real sales. They had real profit. They had real numbers that they can go ahead and work with. And now all we have to go ahead and do is reverse engineer what they were going ahead and doing wrong, pull the right levers and scale their Amazon FBA business that way. And again, I have nothing else to pitch other than going ahead and joining the school community. Because if you are someone that is scaling the current Amazon FBA business right now, or want to go ahead and purchase an Amazon FBA business to eventually scale, get out of whatever situation you're going ahead and going to, you are going to be in the right place. Because I have— I basically created school for people that I— where I was in, right? I had investors, I knew exactly what I wanted to go ahead and do, I knew my North Star when it came to what my net worth is going to go ahead and be. But I didn't know anybody in my same position. And now where I have brokers in there, I have lenders in there, I have migration specialists in there, I have C-suite levels as far as going ahead and scaling outside of Amazon and offering one-on-ones as well. I think it's a no-brainer to go ahead and join the school community. So if you guys appreciate anything I said, and then obviously I went ahead and did the scorecard as well. Like, would a $100 million aggregator buy this business? I already knew the answer to that. They wouldn't go ahead and buy it. But what I do love about it is that it gives me things to work on in this actual business. So in 2 years from now, when you see a YouTube video here, as far as me selling this actual brand or me scaling this actual brand, you will— I can hold myself accountable to it. But if you guys appreciate anything I said in this actual video and you guys don't want to join school, you guys don't want to go ahead and hear from me or anything like that as far as like pitching you or upselling you on anything, all I ask for in return is consider liking this YouTube channel. Consider subscribing to this actual YouTube channel or liking this actual video, subscribing to this YouTube channel, because I'm going to be bringing out more and more content because you can see I get excited about this type of stuff. So if you guys appreciate anything, like, subscribe, and I'll catch you guys on the next video.
