A founder bought Nudery Labs, an Amazon FBA brand, for $195,000 and had the first shipment sent to himself to inspect the product before it hits Amazon. His previous acquisition, Maverick, went from $180,000 in 2022 to over $2.1 million, and he's aiming for similar growth with Nudery Labs in 2 to 3 years.

All right, so I purchased an Amazon FBA brand in the first week of June for $195,000, and that brand is called Nudery Labs. And I just received the first package that was supposed to get shipped into Amazon, but because this is a brand new brand for myself, I wanted to get shipped to myself first so I can see the exact product experience for a customer as far as if it comes into any packaging, any outside packaging, what does the label say. expiration dates, etc., right? Because again, what you usually want to do is whatever manufacturer you have, whether that be in China, Cambodia, India, USA, just ship it right into Amazon. You'll save so much more money in shipping costs, which reduces down your COGS. But what are your thoughts, man? I'm excited to go ahead and actually scale this business out. I've actually— not my first rodeo doing this. I went ahead and purchased Maverick for $180,000 back in 2022, and that business is now worth over $2.1 million. So Hopefully that's the case here in about 2 to 3 years, that I go ahead and take this actual business from $190,000 that we purchased it for to right around $2 million as well.
