In July of 2022, I purchased an Amazon FBA business for $190,000. During that time, that business was generating $23,000 in revenue and $6,000 in profit. Today, that same business is worth over $2.3 million. And just in the last 30 days, I made $370,000 in revenue and just over $70,000 in profit. If you guys don't go ahead and believe me, here's Here's the proof of my Amazon dashboard. As you can see, last 30 days from November 9th to December 9th, I made over $375,000. And for those of you that like to refresh these numbers, here they are, $375,000 in revenue. And the great thing is that these results are not based on magic. It's based on strategy. I went ahead and turned around a struggling Amazon FBA business. And today it is a 7-figure powerhouse. So if you're new to Amazon or looking to scale, you're going to benefit from what I did in this business to better help your business. So the first step I took was I took immediate actions on issues. The first issue that I saw when I was analyzing this business was that their inventory control was terrible. They would run out of stock and because they would run out of stock, they will airship a lot of their inventory and they wouldn't have negotiating power because they wouldn't order a big quantity when it was due to ahead and make a new order for their supplier. By going ahead and fixing all of this supply chain, I took this business from making $6,000 to $8,000 per month with basically no work whatsoever. And on top of this, I optimized their actual listing pages. That means revamping a lot of their photos, revamping a lot of their titles and their bullet points, doing A+ content, making videos to better talk to their target market. By going ahead and utilizing both optimization and fixing these glaring issues, this business went from $6,000 a month to $10,000 a month almost immediately. The next big change that really scaled this business out was advertising. I noticed that this seller was brand new to the Amazon game because they were only running sponsored products. And with that, they had very tiny budgets where midday they would run out, meaning they were losing a bunch of sales due to not having a proper structure when it comes to Amazon PPC. So what did we do? We went ahead and increased those budgets so they can last all day long. We went ahead and layered on top Sponsored Products with Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Displays. We even messed with top of search, rest of search, and all the different types of tips and tricks that Amazon allows you to do as an advertiser with Amazon. And just by experimenting and optimizing regularly, This was a huge game changer because within 3 months we went from going ahead and averaging $10,000 a month in profit to $20,000 a month in profit. And after turning $6,000 a month to $20,000 per month, a lot of Amazon FBA sellers will be just satisfied with that. But how do you break through and get past that? How do you improve on your business? And a lot of you guys might be going ahead and already saying the answer, and that's product expansion, coming out with new products. The thing is, a lot of Amazon FBA sellers look at this the wrong way. And how do I know this? I was once in your position. So what do Amazon FBA sellers do in this position? They just launch new products just to launch new products and hope that something sticks. And again, this is the wrong approach. And this is where I shifted my strategy. Instead of coming out with new products, let's go ahead and actually come out with new products that's already working. And what does this mean? Instead of chasing new niches, we doubled down on already winning products. And that means launching different variations. That means new colors, new sizes, and new alternatives already in the niche. You see, we were already dominating niches. Why not just come out with different alternatives of the same exact niche? This was a complete game changer. This shifted our brand from making $20,000 per month to $40,000 a month in profit. And the last phase is dominating Q4. You see, when it came to Q4, we didn't run out of stock. We didn't run out of ad budget and we had multiple ASINs dominating the niche. This is how we hit $70,000 just last month and we continue to grow, but let's get real. In order to go ahead and achieve these numbers, you need more than just strategy. One thing is you need money to be able to buy $300,000 worth of inventory. I understand that most people don't have that money, especially starting off, but you do have the ability to learn the next 2 phases to be successful. Number one is you need to master Amazon PPC.
