My first year selling on Amazon, I blamed the UPS driver, the Amazon customers, and Amazon itself. And that was the problem because the UPS driver will literally throw my package on the porch and I complained about it for months. But then I realized I just needed better packaging. Amazon customers kept on leaving me 1-star reviews saying they couldn't figure out how to use my product and I called them dumb. And then I realized I just needed better instructions. I thought Amazon was suppressing my listing for no reason. And then I actually looked at my account health and found that compliance issue that I had ignored for months. Every single time something went wrong, I eventually found out that it was my fault. And the moment you go ahead and stop assigning blame onto others and start assigning blame to yourself, that is when you start actually fixing your business.
