The best thing and the worst thing about Amazon is that it's a search volume game. Meaning when you're in season and search volume is peaking, competitors run out of budgets when their ad campaigns and they run out of stock. So it allows you to get more market share during that time. Because the thing is that whenever search volume is low, even if you try and spend $10,000 every single day on ads, it just won't happen because people aren't going ahead and searching it up. And you can't force people to search up certain keywords. This is why the, when the strategy comes as far as how to scale past a certain growth market, right? You either rely on more people searching it up on Amazon, or you have to go into different types of markets, whether that be Amazon UK, EU, Australia, or other different forms of Amazon. And this is why some people want to be less reliant on Amazon and go into like a Shopify store, which again, Facebook ads or Meta ads are just a completely different type of beast. There you are able to actually scale past a search volume threshold, which basically stunts your growth whenever you are growing just on Amazon.
