Emma Naylor-Weston guides high-achieving women through Day 1 of a five-day challenge to leave their 9-to-5 jobs and build scalable businesses. You'll identify limiting beliefs, declare an 'I'm done' statement, and write a quitter's clarity statement about your income, lifestyle, and impact goals. Day 2 covers turning your skills into a high-ticket offer.
Is. I am so excited we are all here. I'm just admitting you all in. So great to see you. Michelle, Michaela, Leanne, Anastasia, Glenna, Emily. Who have I missed out? Laura. So amazing to see so many of you. We've had over 50 women sign up and I know so many of the women I spoke to were like, I'm gonna have to catch all the replays. I'm gonna have to get here and make sure I'm watching all the replays. So there will be replays sent out of this, but congratulations for showing up live. We just have a few more people jumping in. Oh, my gosh, I am so excited. So drop a little note in the chat if you are ready for this five day challenge. I've never, ever run anything like this before. I've done masterclasses, I've, I've done groups, but I'd never run a five day challenge. And when I said to my coach I wanted to do something that felt really fun and exciting for everyone, I was like, you know what? I really feel like this is something that I've been called to do for such a long time and, like, really hold space for more than just half an hour, more than just half an hour or an hour together. I really wanted to lean in and give as much as I can to all of you over the next five days. So I am so incredibly excited. Like, I genuinely cannot tell you. I just feel like this morning when I woke up, I was like, it felt like Christmas Day. I woke up and I was like, oh, my God, I get to host this thing for five days. This is so incredible. And what's even cooler about it is, like, I know over the next five days, every single time you come to one of these sessions, there's going to be more and more that you will have learned. There's going to be more and more in depth that you are going to go with yourself, you are going to be able to bring into this space. So I, I'm so excited. I know that you are so excited. So welcome to the best five days of your life. And I know that is a bold statement, but I genuinely do believe that the next five days are going to change your life in a way that you didn't know possible. Right. Like, I really, really want you to know that the next five days are not just going to be a normal five days. You show up, you go to the master class, you do your thing. The next five days are actually going to shift you from where you are to where you want to be and we are going to collapse time. What people do in six months, we are going to do in five days time. And if you are here and you signed up for the challenge and you're ready to go, all in these five days are literally going to be six months collapsed into five hours. Okay, so a little bit of an introduction. My name is Emma Naylor Weston. As you all know, I'm a global 9 to 5 exit strategist for high achieving women who are ready to leave their nine to fives and build freedom and a career on their terms. Okay. I'm originally from London and now I live in Miami because of the business that I have built. So here's how you're going to make the most out of the next five days. Okay? Four simple things. Be present, put your phone away, turn off any distractions and just tune in all the way. Secondly, set some time aside in your diary after to go through the steps that we've actually done. We've all attended those freebies where we show up, we listen, we go and we continue on with our lives. We want to make sure that actually what you're doing is implementing. And at the end of every single day there will be a task. If you aren't able to attend one of the days, don't worry, it will be all in the telegram community. It will be all sent via email to make sure that you're able to really check in and do what you need to do. Grab your pen and paper because there's going to be so many notes. Of course you'll get replays, but the notes and everything always come from you. And the final thing is join in, right? Get inside of the five calls, get inside of the telegram group, share what's coming up for you, share what's happening. Really make sure you're involved in it. The more you can bring, the more you're going to get out of it. So I want to start off by saying there is an opportunity to win a 90 minute one to one with me and one month inside of my mastermind for free. And the way that this is going to work is over the next five days there is going to be an opportunity for all of you. And believe me, the stakes of like everything's even at the moment, right? So there's going to be different ways for you. So if you submit your daily task into the group, that's one entry. If you, if you invite a friend to join, that's two entries. And I know some of you have already been doing that. And if you post and share anything from this call a recording of me, a screenshot, something and tag me in it. That will be five entries. So if you do this every single day at the end of the week, whoever has the most or if multiple people have the same amount of points will draw it and you'll be able to win a 90 minute one to one with me and a month in inside of the Mastermind. It's kind of a no brainer. So the more you get involved, you will have more of an opportunity to win that. So what are the next five days all about? So the five day challenge is really to create your exit plan and your business offer. It's to move from maybe one day to here is my plan and my notice and I'm out of here. Some of you may be leaving a nine to five, Some of you may be leaving an existing business that you, you've already created and you're like, I'm burning that to the ground and I'm rebuilding. Or you're at a point of your business where you're like, I need to spice things up a little bit and I need to take it to the next level. Okay. Every single day is going to be a combination between high level strategy and the identity work. If you've worked with me before, you've been in my world or know anything about my work, you know that we have to always do both of them. Okay. And at the end of the five days, I guarantee that you are going to walk away with clarity, my momentum and your first offer or your new offer. So this is the agenda of what it's going to look like. We're going to build your exit foundation, turn your skills into a high ticket offer, create visibility that is going to attract clients, craft out your no burnout exit plan and then the final flip is going to be from employee to CEO to entrepreneur mindset. So in case you don't know about me, I just want to give you a quick introduction. So as I said, my name's Emma. I, I used to live in London in a corporate 9 to 5 job. I earned good money, I bought a house, I got married, I did all of the things my husband and I looked at each other. This is when I'd already started my business and I was like, you know what, I've started this business, I've made really good money. Let's do something and let's move across the other side of the world. So I'm not kidding. We literally packed up our stuff and we're like, cool. Let's go. Let's get you a visa. I have a passport. Let's figure it out. And the only reason I was able to do that is because the flexibility of my business, but also the money that the business had brought in. So if I look at my life today, I flew my animals out here on a private jet because I didn't want them to go in cargo. I literally go on holiday all of the time. I basically live in a holiday destination right now. I live in a building that has a swimming pool and a gym where people come for vacation and holiday. I can literally get up and travel and go to my, my family home in Greece. I can go to the beach and work there. And the only reason I can do this is because I built a business that gives me freedom and the money to do so. So let me know in the chat, what's the biggest thing that's driving you right now? Is it that you're like, I don't want to be tied down to a 9 to 5 because I want freedom. Do you want more money? Do you want to be able to travel the world? Let me know in the chat. What is it that's really attracting you to be like, I want to finally leave my nine to five or I finally want to make the six figures in my business? What is that for you? Let me know in the chat. And I really want to be able to lean into that now. This is what my life looks like, but I also want to show you this is what your life could look like. And would you like to be sending me messages like this, like, wow, you've helped me leave my nine to five and oh my God, that was insane. And fuck it, I just handed my notice in. Because if you're here, you know that those are the kind of messages you want to be sending to me, to your friends, to your families going, oh my gosh, I just handed my notice and I finally did it. And if you're still sat there going, okay, Emma, yeah, but this is great, but like, how do I do it? That is what I'm going to teach you over the next five days. I'm going to show you exactly how to leave your nine to five and start your six figure business. And notice how I say six figures because no one around here wants to just start a little side hustle or a side business. You're all here because you want to go all the way in. You want to build a six figure business, replace the 9 to 5 income 5x, your 9 to 5 income 10 times your 9 to 5 income, right? And that's where we're sat. We're not here to start cute little side hustles. We're here to go all the way in and make sure that you have the freedom, the flexibility, the ability to impact, as Michelle said, impact so many more lives, especially kids, family, able to have the freedom to move around, you know, the world and make more money. You'll notice over the next few days, I'm also going to be talking about money, really openly sharing how much money I've been making, talking about the blocks that come up for people, how you can overcome that. So let me know in the chat. Are you ready? And if you're watching this on replay, message me on telegram. Yeah, Emma, I'm watching the replay. I'm in. I'm ready. Let's go. Because I know that each and every one of you sat here is ready to move. Because if not, you wouldn't be here. If everything felt great and everything felt rosy and you weren't looking to make change, you would not be sat here actually watching this, attending it and doing the actions that you're about to do. So my promise to you, as I said, the next five days is going to change your life. This is not like any other training that you've ever been to. And this is going to be the best thing you've ever attended, freed or paid. Okay, this is going to be the best thing you've ever attended. But this is the promise you need to make to me. You need to try and show up for all five trainings or watch the replays to make sure that there's no gaps in what I'm teaching you. You bring your 100% energy every single day and in the telegram group, and you come ready and eager to learn. So if you can make those three promises, the next five days are absolutely going to blow you away. So let's jump in into day one, building your exit foundation. So a lot of you have tried to push through, to just be grateful, to have a really nine to five, to be really grateful that your business is kind of working, to try and make it make sense, but you've already mentally checked out. And I know some of you well and I've spoken to some of you about this. You've already mentally checked out of your job, but you're still showing up, trying to be grateful, trying to make sense of it. But the version of you that once thought that this job was her dream, she doesn't exist anymore. She's not in the fucking room anymore. And I say that with so much love because I think back to the clients that I worked with that came to me and said, but I worked so hard to, to become a registered nurse. I worked so hard to become a lawyer. And now I'm in the room and that version of me doesn't exist anymore. And this is the first layer that we really need to work through is building your exit foundation and actually understanding that the version of you that once wanted all of this, that is happening does not exist anymore. She's not in the fucking room anymore. And this isn't because you're burnt out. A lot of people think I need to leave my job because I'm burnt out. I need to leave my job because I hate it. But it's because you are having an awakening to what is available to you. Your system is done misalignment, tolerating misalignment. And you know that you are made for more. I was the exact same. I was running big sales teams with huge half a million dollar budgets and on paper they looked amazing. But actually, that version of me that wanted that was no longer existing. There's a grieving process that we need to go through to go, yes, that version of me once wanted that. That version of me once wanted this business or wanted this job, but the reality is she's not there anymore. So I want to jump in and talk about science a little bit more. Because again, if you're new to this work of energy and the mental and the physical, it can be a bit fluffy, right? So what we want to be thinking about, and I just want to jump into science a little bit more, is like the neuroscience act in nlp, right? So RAS is a bundle of nerves at the base of your brainstem, okay. It's basically a brain's filtering system. And its job is to take around 10, 11 million bits of information that we're exposed to every second, not every day, every second, and filter it down to what your brain believes is important. Right. And how do you think our brain decides what's important? Right. We're taking in 10 to 11, 11 million bits of information every single second. And your brain is going to decide what's important. Right? So what I want you to think about is have a quick look around the room. Like, have a quick look around your room, see what's going on. Right? And then I want you to close your eyes. So have a quick look around your room and then we close your eyes. How many blue objects did you see? I want you to think, how many blue objects did you see? Now I want you to open your eyes, okay? How many blue objects did you see? You maybe said, I don't know, maybe I saw one, maybe I saw two. Now what I want you to do is I want you to think, right, the color red. I want you to think of the color red. I want you to have a look around your room, see how many red objects you can find. You can find a lot more because you're actually looking for it, right? When you know that you're looking for the color red, your brain is like, okay, we're looking, let me seek out where the red is but the blue. When I ask you to close your eyes, your brain's like, wait, I don't understand. Like, I don't, I didn't take anything in. But you know that there's blue in the room. So your beliefs, your identity, your focus is what your brain is going to pick up. Okay, so this is another example. If you've ever thought about like buying a car, right? And you're thinking about that car, suddenly you see that car everywhere, right? You see that car everywhere and you're like, wait, but I've never really seen that car before. I'm thinking about buying an Audi Q3 and suddenly everyone's driving an Audi Q3. Or the road is filled with Audi Q3s. That's your RAS. The car was always there. You just weren't tuned into it. You just didn't know it was there because you weren't paying attention. Because there was 11 million other things per second that your brain deemed were more important than, than that car. The same thing happens when you start believing about like, I'm building a business, I'm a paid expert. Align clients already on their way to me. I'm already a six figure business owner, I'm already a paid expert, right? So what we have to think about is your brain. Your brain finds the proof and opportunities and shortcuts to match that belief. So what we don't just change is a strategy. We change what your brain is even allowed to notice, right? So we're not just changing strategy, we are literally changing inside of your brain. What your brain is even allowed to know, even loud to notice. So you're not manifesting by magic and sitting there and being all fluffy and woo woo. You're training your brain to see what you actually used to ignore. So your next level already exists. Your current filter. Your RAs just can't filter it. So you can see it because it doesn't know it's there. So that's what we really need to be thinking about, right? It's like when we're thinking about the RAs and like this is a bit more information on it. It filters information based on what we believe. So when we write our truth, we reprogram what our brain sees. Do you ever see those people that are like constantly showing up and signing clients and being really loud and getting all the things that they want and then suddenly like it's all happening and you're like, wait, why is that happening for them and not to me? And then it flips back. On the other side is workplace. And also client misalignment is going to lead to chronic stress and the decision acts in the nervous system reset. So trying to build a business with from that place does not work. So if you are constantly sitting in that feeling of, you know, I should just be grateful for my job. Clients are really hard to find. Your brain is going to continue believing that day in, day out. So what we need to do is we need to learn to break the NLP loop that teaches us. I should be grateful, right? We need to break that loop and replace it with something that is serving us. So as I've put here, we need to interrupt the fuck out of that loop. If you are always in there, I should be grateful. I should be this. I should be happy in this economy. I should be thankful for a job. Oh, I can't spend that money. Oh, I can't do this. I can't invest that time. I don't have this time. That loop will never leave and never end. So you. And this is why this like exit foundation is so important. Because unless we break that loop that is going to continue to go round and round and round and round again. So my invitation to you is to think, what is that loop? What is that loop that you continuously go round and over and over again? What is the loop that constantly plays in your head that actually never goes? And let me know in the chat if you can hear that voice that is constantly there. Like let me know in the chat if there's a voice in your head and what that continuously plays. What is that constant thing in your head that plays? It could be, as I said before, I should just be grateful. I've got a job, you know, in this economy, I really shouldn't leave my job or what happens if this happens. Or maybe I should just play safe or maybe I should just save the money. Let me know in the chat what that loop is that's consistently Playing your job is safe. It's interesting. I actually, actually had a call and I'm so glad you shared that. I had a call with a friend the other day who's starting her own business, and she, she was very much in the headspace of, you know, I really, like, really want to leave this job. You know, this is great. Like, but they're paying me well and I'm doing this business. And. And actually she went in and her whole team got made redundant with no warning. And she came to me and we were on a call and she said to me, I can't believe my safe job is no longer safe. And that was the pattern interrupt that she really needed. Right? That was the pattern interrupt that she was almost forced to have. And this is really what we. What we, like, don't want to think about. We don't want to be forced into a pattern interrupt. We want to choose because therefore, our nervous system is going to feel good about that. It's going to feel like, okay, I get to choose what this looks like. I get to reframe things. And I really want to be transparent with you when it comes to running a business. We're so obsessed with strategy upon strategy upon strategy, workflows and funnels, and this. And the reality is, is if you can nail this, this is absolutely going to change your life. If you can nail this piece, the strategy is going to tenfold on that. And that's why this is the most important thing. And this is why I wanted to start today with this. What did Michelle say? She said I'm not experienced enough. Again, this loop, this loop of I'm not experienced enough, therefore, I need to get more experience. But maybe I'm not experienced enough and I need to get more this consistent loop that continuously goes and goes and goes. So today we're going to draw a line in the sand. Today. Okay, we're going to draw a line in the sand. So what I want you to do is I want you to grab a pen and paper and I want you to write your I am done declaration. I am done. Because you cannot build a new future from an old identity. And by doing this, we are giving ourselves an energetic break. And it gives your subconscious and nervous system permission to actually move forward. Right? So I want you to name the reasons why you want to quit. Burn the old story that's been keeping you stuck. So I really want you to write, I'm done. Whether it's, I'm done with these clients, I'm done with this 9 to 5 I'm done with this contract. I'm done with this version of showing up. Whatever it is and whatever reason you are here today, I want you to draw the line in the sand at this moment in time and I want to introduce you to someone who had her own line of sand moment a few months ago. So I want to introduce you to my client, Mari, who I said had her own line in the sand moment a few months ago. She'd worked with multiple coaches. She's in a 9 to 5 trying to leave, and she was stuck in this loop, this consistent loop. And so what I really wanted to do was share her story with you around how she got out of this loop and how she got out of this mindset. But I wanted to do one better and I wanted her to share her story. So I have invited my wonderful client Omari to come up and just talk a little bit around how she working with me, worked through this loop and pulled herself out and was actually able to really start building a business that felt amazing, which started with the mindset and really going all in and showing up. So, lamari, I'm so excited you are here. Please go ahead. I would love to for you to share with everyone around your mindset shifts you had, where you were when you came a few months ago and really where you are now.
Hey.
Yes.
So my name is Amari and.
After.
Multiple investments, I have found Emma. So, yeah, the cycle that I was in felt like it was never ending. Being a mom and working a 9 to 5 and trying to build a business, do all the things was super chaotic and not having the strategy and the structure that I was looking for and constantly investing into people that said that they would help me with that. Yet my cycle was the same. I wasn't bringing in clients, I wasn't making any mindset changes, if that makes sense. Like, I kept thinking more on the negative side of things versus, like the outcome and positive. I was never celebrating my small wins. I was always focused on the negatives, like what wasn't happening behind the scenes. And then when I started working with Emma, literally within the first month, I saw drastic changes. And really what stood out to me during our call was her just telling me to be myself. Even though I heard it and even though I been told that something just clicked differently when she said, just show up and be yourself. And I started doing that. I started showing up, I started, you know, talking how I normally talk, not trying to change my ways. And within 30 days, I was already coming in, you know, positive with Positive mindset changes and bringing clients that I wasn't even looking for. Like, I had one that came to me based off something that her and I had worked on. And bam, I got a client and building that momentum. I mean, I haven't had momentum in so long that, what, now we're maybe three months in that I'm just like, bam, bam, bam.
Go, go, go.
And I don't feel bad now when things don't go my way versus in the past. It was like, oh, my God, I'm never gonna get out this mindset. I'm never gonna make this business work. And now I'm like, okay, I'm still at my 9 to 5, but I am 100 making things work. I am okay with where I'm at. And instead of being told, no, you can't do this, I'm actually having her support. And what can we do to bring out the good in what just happened? Or changing the perspective in what I need, you know, to see, to make it clear for me. So I think that what really stood out was just really her just telling me to be myself and showing up and really focusing on what is it that I want to do and what do I want to offer? Because if I'm not clear in that, then I'm not going to be clear going forward in my business. So, yeah, it's been quite a journey, and I am so thankful that I'm here because let me tell you, it was not easy.
So thank you so much for sharing as well, because exactly as you said, you know, it's these cycles that we can get stuck in without without even realizing that we're in these cycles because we become so normalized by that. And I know from experience and working with hundreds of women, it's, well, when this happens, I'll do this. And when this happens, I'll do this. And I had a moment like this not so long ago where I was looking to launch something new, and I was like, well, I'll do this in three months and six months and this. And I was like, wait, wait, no, How. How do I do it now? How do I do it today? I don't want to do it in a year. I want to do it now. And exactly as Amare said, it was like showing up and being authentic and really breaking those loops. Because those loops don't just come up once. They will continuously come up if you don't break them. And they'll come up at different levels every single time. Your first 10k month, 20k month, 30k month. I'm going to hit for hit my first 30k cash month. I was like, oh, my gosh, in this loop again. I was like, oh, well, I'm stuck here now. This is it. 30 is the max I'm ever going to make. Right. And it took me time to really get myself out of that and understand that actually, that doesn't have to be the limit. It was a loop that I was getting myself stuck in. So, lamari, thank you so much for coming in and sharing. I absolutely love having you, and you are honestly just such an incredible human to be working with. And as I said, three months together and you've already signed so many clients, shifted so many things, had so many incredible breakthroughs. So thank you so much for coming and sharing today.
Yes. Thank you for having me.
Thank you. You guys need. Oh, I don't know what happened. So this is what is possible for you guys, right? And the reason I really wanted to bring the MARI up was because the conversation that I'm having with so many of you inside of my DMs and so many of you inside of this challenge is exactly this conversation, right? It's exactly the looping, the continuous, the same things that are happening over and over again. All these peaks and troughs. You get this momentum of, yes, I'm ready to leave and I want to go, and I want to go. And then suddenly it drops. Because that loop isn't broken. We get these big dopamine hits of, oh, my gosh, this is so exciting. Let me go all in. And then we drop. In order to get there, we have to break the loop. Okay? So I now want you to meet the next level version of you. So we're going to write your line in the sand moment, but I want you to go and meet your next level version of you inside of this call. Before we meet her, I want you to do this, okay? I want you to close your eyes. So get comfortable. Close your eyes. And I want you to imagine that you have just said no to the thing that is no longer serving you. It's either the 9 to 5. It's the business that you're in, it's the business partner, it's the clients, it's the boss. Just imagine you said no or given your notice in. In that moment, and that's the moment. Oh, I just got chills saying that. That's because I remember when I did it. That's the moment everything changes, okay? And imagine leaving that moment and going on a walk outside, and you're Breathing like you haven't been breathing in years. I want your nervous system to really lean into that moment. The walk outside, the knowing that you don't have to go back to that desk or that cubicle or you don't ever have to speak to that client or that business or that business partner, whoever it is, whatever it is that's been holding you back. I want you to look down and see what the next level version of you is wearing. I used to find it so interesting that the next level version of me would wear heels and a dress, because I never used to dress like that. But what is that next level version you're wearing? What are you smiling about? What is going through your head? What is the energy around you that feels. What does it feel like in that moment to know that you never have to go back to that moment or that job or that 9 to 5? And I want your nervous system to feel the truth of what's possible and let that be the place that you move from. That is the new version of you that we're meeting. The previous version of you that walked in to this challenge or the previous version of you that listened to this no longer exists anymore. The version of you that has said no. The version of you that is wearing that outfit, it is feeling like she's never breathed before. That's the version of you. So when you feel ready, I want you to say bye to that old version and come back into the room and open your eyes as that new level version of you come in as that new level version of you. And these are the thought upgrades that are going to build momentum. This is something every single day. When you wake up in the morning, I want you to sit down and close your eyes and lean into. What is she wearing? What is she doing? How is she feeling? Because the inner shifts you must make are what's actually going to allow you to walk away. It's your identity, the new identity that you have to step into. And if you want a different outcome than what you currently have, you need to start thinking like the woman who's already living that, who already dresses like that, who already shows up like that. Because the longer you wait for the ready, the longer you are going to delay your entire life and your entire existence and your entire business. And if you've been in my world or any of my programs, you'll know. Recently I shared something around. In order to go to sleep, what do we do? We get into bed. We pretend to be asleep. We put our eye mask on. We don't wait to fall asleep and then get into bed. We get into bed first to show our bodies cool. It's time to go to bed. It's time to rest. We don't just continue cleaning the house and working and then fall asleep and go, oh, it's time for me to go to bed. We do it before the thing actually comes. So this is your big fat permission slip to quit the 9 to 5 to start a business and to level the fuck up, right? Because no one is going to come to let you do it. Not your boss, not your mom, not your partner, not even me as your coach. You got to give yourself the permission slip and that means addressing the core identity beliefs that are keeping you stuck longer than you would like to be, Right? So. But I'm grateful. Gratitude is not a reason to stay small. You can be grateful and still leave your TO five. You can be grateful that your boss gave you an opportunity. You can be grateful that this client paid you. I recently had to let go of a huge, huge client that I'd been working with. I was grateful for her. It was a great opportunity, but it wasn't aligned and I knew that it was hindering me and holding me back from doing other things that I wanted to do. You could be grateful for something and still leave. But I made good money. But you're underpaid if the cost is your joy, your energy and your time freedom. What is the point in making six, multiple six figures if your life, if it's costing you your life in other areas? And again, I worked so hard to get here, right? I work with doctors, with registered nurses, with lawyers, with people who have these big fancy jobs that they've gone to university for years for. And they say, but I've worked so hard to get here. But you're not obliged to stay somewhere just because it took effort to arrive there again. You can still be grateful and want to leave. You can still have done all the hard work and still want to leave, right? So the internal shifts that you have to make to move is move from, first of all, what will they think to what will I think if I stay, right? I remember having a conversation with one of my CEOs when I left and I was like, well, what's he going to think? And you know what I'm really scared about? I'm really upscared about, like, upsetting him and stuff. And I was like, wait, wait, what will I think about myself if I stay knowing that it's misaligned, it's not what I want to do what he says. I don't even speak to the guy anymore. It's not about that. It's about thinking, what will I think if I stay moving from. Am I allowed to. It's irresponsible not to use my gifts. And again, you'll hear me say this. If you are called to spaces like this, if you are called to do more, you. You have a responsibility to share your gifts and to actually impact the lives of others, right? I think about this all the time. Like the women inside my space, even lamari who just, who just came up and spoke, think about the shifts she's had because of the fact that I did the thing, invested in the coach, got the coaching certification, became the coach, left my 9 to 5 creative coaching container. There's a ripple effect when it comes to the work that we're doing and that I. That you know you will want to do. So you have a level of service like your gifts and your business is bigger than you. It's not just about you anymore. It's bigger than you. And then the final shift that you really need to have is one day to. Today is the day I move, right? And again, collapsing time. If you all sat there going, well, let me sit on this and let me see, like, what would the new version of me where. No, we move. What would the new version of me say? No, we move. We try. Today is the day I move. I would rather you move 1% today than wait 20 days, 30 days and move 5%. Move 1% today. What do you need to do to move 1% today? What does that look like? Right? And I absolutely love this, right? If you don't choose your vision, your old job will keep choosing it for you. And this is the part that most women skip, right? If they don't choose their vision, their old job is keeping it for them. Their old job is saying, hey, this is the money you're making. Hey, this is the lifestyle you're allowed to have. This is how many paid times off or holiday days you have. This is the impact you're allowed to make. These are the clients you're allowed to work with. Your job is choosing your income, your lifestyle and your impact. And for as long as you are staying in your 9 to 5, or staying working with misaligned clients, or staying in a space that doesn't work for you, those people and those things are choosing your income, your lifestyle and your impact. And one of the big things I say is the moment I realized I needed to leave my 9 to 5 was when I, a grown 20 year old woman, had to ask another human if I could leave the country and go on holiday. I had to ask permission from another human if I was allowed to leave the country. If that isn't crazy, I don't know what is. Right? Like genuinely, we're so conditioned to think it's normal. I have to ask a human if I can go to the doctor. I have to ask a human if I can go to the gym in the middle of the workday. Parents have to ask their boss if they're allowed to go watch their kids recital or their football. Like, but we're so conditioned to think that this is okay. Someone with a bigger title than us gets to dictate the income, the lifestyle and the impact. And you are all here because you're sick of that, right? Most women say they want like freedom and more money. But your brain doesn't chase vague desires, right? It chases specific. And today you're going to look in your own freedom formula, right? So the income, the lifestyle, the impact. What is your safety number that you want to make before you make the shift? What is your stretch number? What is your overflow number? Right? I remember when I first started thinking about leaving my nine to five, I was like, if I could make five grand a month, £5,000amonth, I'd be good. That's not my safety number anymore. I don't even have a safety number anymore. Different when you run your own business, right? A stretch number for me was like, gosh, if I can make $10,000 in a month, like, oh God, we're really talking there. And then my overflow number, I couldn't even think of my over. I couldn't Even imagine making 15, 20, $25,000 in the space of one month. Like my brain couldn't even fathom that, right? So I really want you to think about what is your safety number, your stretch number and your overflow number. What feels good for you, what feels a little uncomfortable and what feels like park. That really doesn't feel comfortable. We want to get there, right? We then need to think about lifestyle. How do you want to start your days? Where are you working from? What are you doing when you want to go to Pilates, when you want to go to the gym Again, I speak to so many women who I really want to start this hobby, but I don't have time. I don't have time to do it right? I have to do this and I have to do that and I can't go to the gym in the middle of the day or like, I really want to do netball. If you live in the uk, netball's like a big thing. I really want to do netball. All the classes are at like 5:30 and I can't get there in time because of work. Right. Like, how do you want to start your days? My days used to be getting up, smashing a Barry's glass, getting on the subway tube, probably waiting for about eight tubes to get there, getting there sweaty, hot, rushing into a meeting straight after work, going for drinks, going home, doing it again. Hell. But at the time it suited me because that was a version of me. And so there might be a version of you right now that's like, yeah, I wake up, I clock into work, I do the hours, I'm exhausted, I go home, I rest, I do this. If you could really think about your lifestyle in your day, how would it look? Would it look like you wouldn't speak to clients until 10am? I don't usually do calls before 10am Would it be the action of Friday afternoon? You can take the afternoon off and go to the beach. That's what I like to do. Is it that actually every single lunchtime you like to go on a walk or go to a Pilates class. And these are all going to be different for each of us. And then the final thing is impact. Who are you helping and what are they thanking you for? What is the impact that you're doing? Some of you may be in jobs right now and you're like, oh, this impact. What fucking impact? I don't feel like I'm making a difference. Right. So the reason that these three are so important is it's not what sounds good on paper, right? You may be like, I don't want to do Pilates at lunch, but actually I'd love to be able to go to a boxing class or, you know, I don't want to work out, but I want to do this. Whatever that looks like, what feels like the truth in your bones and feels so good. We need to get clarity, right? It's not because, oh, clarity is good and I'm going to put it on my vision board. It's. Clarity is so critical when we're building this foundation because without it, our brain is going to default to the life we already know. Our brain is going to go, okay, cool, well, actually you used to doing this and that sounds kind of cool. Let's do that. So I really want you to get clear on income, the lifestyle, the impact. What does that really, really look like for you, you may want to do visuals, you may want to put it on a vision board. Whatever it is that you want to do, really, really get clear on that. Okay? And then the final piece before I'm going to open up for questions is I want you to write out and this is your task that you will be submitting inside of telegram for the entries. I want you to grab your journal and write this out in your own words and then share it in the group. I am leaving my nine to five because again, some of you may already be in businesses or like, I want to up level my business because I want to shift my business to be more like this because. Okay, and then it's going to be, I'm building a business that creates whatever that big fat number you said was. I am building a business that creates the big number that you said and this lifestyle and this impact. So get really clear on the income, the lifestyle, the impact. Write as much as you need. And then I want you to write, I give myself full permission to move forward to the women I'm becoming, not the one I've outgrown. This is such an important step that actually without this, we can start with strategy, we can start with this, we can start with funnels. But this is going to be the most important thing that we do this week. And it's building the foundation of your belief system, of how your brain works, of rewiring what you believe is truly possible. So I really want to say take some time out over the next few hours before our second call tomorrow and really sit down, write this out, share your declaration with us, share it in the group so we can celebrate you, we can keep you accountable, we can make sure that every single day when you are showing up inside of this challenge, that this quitter's clarity statement is at the front of what you're thinking about. And I don't want you to just like grab it and write it out quickly. I want you to really lean into it. I want to tap this mantra out every day. Yeah, I love that. If any of you are into tapping or breath work, which again, we'll talk about a little bit further down the line. Really like repeating this to yourself, right? Really repeating it, really leaning into that. We often underestimate how much our brain impacts what we do. So my invitation to you this week, even if this feels out of your comfort zone, it feels a bit fluffy, it feels a bit too woo woo. If you're new to this world, I want you to really make sure that you are sharing this with yourself and really locking into these words. Okay, so now that we are done with the task, which I hope you're all going to share in the group, I wanted to open up to see if anyone had any questions about anything we've shared or if they just wanted to come and share about anything that's kind of come up for them as we've been working through this. So feel free to do the little react button below. If you don't know how to do that, feel free to drop an emoji in the chat. But I would love to invite any of you up to ask any questions or just really share anything that has come up for you in the last, like, 45 minutes. You can also share your biggest takeaway. You can share the biggest thing that you are going to do at the end of the day. I just really want to make sure that you guys are, like, fully into this and going, yes. Cool. Laura has requested. Let me unmute you. Hello. Hello. Thank you so much for another fabulous session. I think I've just taken away the I'm done statement massively this. This week. Today. I've written a few things down. I was writing away the entire session. Love a note. But it's interesting writing it all down because it's already what? You know, it's always just bringing it back to the forefront of your mind again. So thinking about the RAs as well with that. Yeah. What was the biggest thing that came up for you in that, like, you'd written down, I am done being needy. Yeah. I need to shift that energy from needy to. Yeah, it's a really interesting one as well because there's so much. And obviously, like, there's more in depth that kind of comes into this. But something we really need to think about is, like, it's not just business and career. It's other areas of our lives that affect how we show up in business and in our work. Right. So, like, we think about romantic relationships. If we look back and think, how am I in relationships, how am I in friendships? Like, how am I in that? And, like, I really look back and think, wow, look at the behavior that I've learned and how that's now pouring into how I'm showing up in my 9 to 5, how I'm showing up in my business, how I'm showing up with clients. Like, when a client says, no, oh, no, thank you, I don't want to work with you, what does that bring up? Does it bring up? Cool. Okay, let me move on. That's fine. Thank you. It's nothing about me. Or what is that moment that gets triggered or you know, we launch a business, we launch a masterclass and like, I'll be really transparent. It's like when you launch, when you launch a challenge or when you launch a masterclass, there's that feeling of like just before you log on, of, oh my gosh, is no one going to log on? Is it going to be zero people in the room? Right? And something that you really have to come to terms with, and this is something I've really been working on, is like, if no one showed up today, that's fine. The invitation is there for all of you to accept. And like, if you don't want to take that invitation, that's nothing to do with me. But it really is trying to sit in that non needy and hold space for cool. If a client says no to me, that's absolutely fine. That's nothing about me. If I get rejected from something, that's nothing to do with me. And it really brings it up when you are a business owner and starting a business because it's like every fear that we've ever had in our life, relationships, friendships, whatever it is, is like shoved in our face to be like, oh, by the way, your brain telling you not good enough. Hi. Remember this thing that happened 10 years ago and actually really rewiring it and being like, this has nothing to do with me. I am enough. I am this, I am that. I'm done with this, I'm done with this. This is what I want to do. Like, that's where those shifts start to happen. So when and exactly as lamari said, like, even when there's stuff that happens when clients don't say yes, right, clients fall off, they don't do this, they don't do that. It's being able to say, cool, how do I rewire this and how do I reframe it in a way that is going to serve me? Like, how do I rewire this to make sure that I can benefit from it rather than sitting there and being like, okay, well this client doesn't want to work with me. What does that say about me? So I absolutely love that. Thank you so much for sharing. Does anyone else want to jump in? Does anyone else have anything they want to share? I can see Glenna looking around. So my invitation to all of you, as I said, is to get clear on this clarity, statement and really take some time to lean into it and really feel a little uncomfortable. Like women meant to feel stretched and exactly as Laura just said around, you know, I don't want to be needy anymore. Okay. That's the first step is that declaration actually if she can really lean into. I'm building a business that creates like a million dollars a year. That needy energy is like, no longer. Because we know, we trust that there are so many other clients out there. And actually our income isn't determined on one client or one opportunity or one thing or one business idea. There are so many things. And as you're opening up your ideas to step away from the traditional nine to five, or step away from everything that you've learned and know, these things are going to come up for you, these levels of discomfort are going to come up for you. And that's why I really, really want to make sure that when you're leaning into this declaration, it's actually in your bones what you feel. Right. Like, I remember when I first quit my 9 to 5, I was like, I really just want to make like $50,000 in my business. And I look back now and I'm like, no, I didn't. I never wanted to make $50,000 in my business. Business. I always wanted to make six figures in my business. Always. And I remember the year I first hit six figures. I was like, why did I pretend for so long that I didn't want this? Why? Because there was a level of comfort of I can hit 50,000. And I did. I hit 50,000. Hit 50,000, year one. And I was like, more than 50,000 you won. I was like, okay, if I say it, does it happen? So and again with the lifestyle, if I really want to move to Miami, But I didn't tell anyone I wanted to move to Miami because it felt so out of reach. Didn't make logical sense. Husband works in 9 to 5, he doesn't have a visa. I've never lived here. I have a dog and two cats. None of it made sense. We just bought a house. But why does it need to make sense if in your bones, you know, I want a business that creates $500,000 a year and I want to move across the other side of the country to New York, and I want to work with women who are xyz. Why is that not possible? The only person who's telling you it's not possible is your own self and your own brain. So I have absolutely loved this session today. Tomorrow we are going to jump into how to actually take your skills and turn them into a high ticket offer. So now we've written down who you are, who you're becoming. We're going to start mapping out all of the skills, how to turn it into a high ticket offer, what those skills are going to look like, how to move forward with it, and let's actually start fluffing out creating this business with the new identity that we have built today. I am so excited that this is literally the beginning. I'm so glad. I have five days with each and.
Every one of you.
So make sure you share this to your Instagram for the entry. You can invite more people for one entry and you can fill in the task. Okay. So as I said, there'll be an opportunity to win the 90 minute one to one with me and one month free inside of the Mastermind. So I am so excited. Yes. Laura, do you have the link for sharing to friends? Yes. So it's just the normal challenge, it's just the normal challenge link and then there's a bit that says referred and if you just get them to put your name in there, it will just be as simple as that. But I'll send it to you again on the telegram group. Amazing. I have absolutely loved this. Thank you so much to each and every one of you. I know that there's going to be so many ideas coming round. There's going to be so much going on and I'm hoping to see all of you tomorrow at the same time, same link and honestly, the next four days just get juicier and juicier and juicier. So I'm so, so excited to see you all. Then have an incredible rest of your Monday. I was going to say week being the rest of your Monday and I will see you all tomorrow. Bye, ladies.
