Emma Naylor-Weston walks through extracting your existing skills into a single high-ticket offer. She shares two ways to find clients: people who were like you a few steps ago, and people already asking for help. The offer formula is simple: I help [specific person] go from [problem] to [result] using [method/experience].
Day two. I'm so excited to see so many of you here live. I'm just admitting everyone in. So many of you here live. I am so excited. How is everyone feeling after the first day? How's everyone feeling what came up for them? Let me know in the chat what was coming up for you. I'm. Let me have a look. Amazing. Well, I can see all of you are here. Welcome to day two. I am beyond excited for this challenge. Day one was incredible. It was more than I. It was more than I could have even thought it was going to be. The messages I've been receiving from you, all the statements that you've been sending have been giving me chills of the fact that you are just so ready to step into that next version of yourself. So as I said, welcome to day two. If you weren't here yesterday, I just wanted to recap on how you can win that 90 minute one to one with me and one month free inside of the Mastermind. So there will be daily tasks that you will be given. So at the end of this call there be will will be a daily task. There was also for one yesterday. So if you haven't submitted that, go back through the channel and it's there. You can also invite a friend to join. You can also post and share on your Instagram story for five entries. So the more entries you get, the end of the week, whoever has the most or if there's multiple people, we are going to do a draw. So make sure that you are inside of the telegram group. If you're not, you can take a photo of that, open your camera and you can join the telegram group. And after this call I will admit you to there and that's where you're going to be sharing everything. So here's a reminder for the day one task that so many of you have already done and it's your quitters clarity statement. As I said, reading these has literally given me chills and I just know that every single woman inside of this space is ready to leave that 9 to 5 or leave that current business that they're in and actually step into that next version and next business business of themselves. So let me know in the chat who is ready to jump head first into day two. If you've been in my world, you know that we don't just dip our toes in and dip our feet in. Let me know in the chat, say hell yes. Yes, I'm ready, Emma. I'm ready to jump into day two because I am and I'm So ready to hold space for each and every one of you who is ready to up level and go to that next level. Laura, I'm jumping. I love that. This is the energy and I want all of you to bring the energy today. There is no point in sitting here and just going, cool. I'm going to take some notes down. I'm going to go. This is for you, the woman who is so ready to jump head first in to day two. So day two is all around turning your skills into a high ticket offer. You don't need any more qualifications, okay? You do not need any more qualifications. If you're sat there thinking, but yeah, but what do I sell and how do I do this? I am telling you right now, you do not need any more qualifications. You need a goddamn offer to sell. You're not starting from scratch, you're starting from skills. You've been doing the thing in your job and this is exactly what we're going to pull today. And today we're going to flip your identity From I'm a 9 to 5 employee with a bunch of skills to I am the fucking expert with the offer. And that's the shift that we're going to make today. So jumping straight in your skill extraction is going to be your income activation. Most women don't struggle with skills. I know all of you incredible women inside of this space have so many skills. What they struggle with is seeing their skills as a valuable asset outside of their job title. So they struggle with seeing their skills as valuable without that title. You've been paid to solve problems for years. You've done it under someone else's brand, under someone else's expectations, and under someone else's control. And now you're ready to build your own. And this is where we flip the script and the switch from employee to expert. And you don't need to be starting from scratch, you don't need to go get another 50 qualifications. You already have all of that within you and it's pulling it out and turning your skills into a high ticket offer. So we're going to begin by looking at three types of monetizable skills. So the first one is hard skills. So these are the technical, process driven skills that you've likely mastered inside of your nine to five. Okay, so what these are going to look like is HR systems, email marketing, operations strategy, graphic design, project management, all of these things that all of you in some capacity have been doing inside of your job. And you may have downplayed these because they were just part of your job. But actually, in the business world, these are goals. These are absolute gold. And I want you to have the mindset shift of, actually, I don't need to reinvent myself. I need to repurpose the HR systems. I've learned the email marketing, I've learned the operations. I've learned so many of the women and the clients that I work with have gone from taking these skills working in marketing to saying, I want to be an online business manager. I want to become a virtual assistant. I want to build a business that helps with women help the back ends of their businesses. So I want you to start really thinking about those hard skills and write them down. What have you actually learned? Things may feel normal to you, but actually normal is transformational for someone else. I remember when I first started coaching and consulting, someone was like, you know, we're having some problems with our CRM system. You know, the workflows. I was like, oh, workflows, no problem. I've done those a million times over. She's like, what? I don't know how to put a workflow together? And I was like, really? I spend pretty much 80% of my day doing that for our strategy, for our back office. And she was like, could you. Could you help me do it? And I was like, yeah, it would take me like two hours to build something for you. So what felt really normal to me was so transformational to her. And so that's what I want you to think about is how much have you been downplaying all of these incredible skills that you actually have that people will be willing to pay for, that you don't deem as transformational and amazing because it's something that you do every single day. Where these really show up and this is where you can start pulling them from is like your resume, your SOPs that you've created, the trainings that you created, the problems that you've solved a million times, Even like when you're messaging your boss in Slack or your colleagues in Slack, things that you're able to do so quickly that other people aren't. So that's going to be your hard skill. So I want you to really lean into that and really think about what are the hard skills that every single day I do without even batting an eyelid. The second thing that we want to think about is the soft skills. Okay, so these are more of the skills that are like leadership focused, emotional intelligence skills you've used to lead, to connect, to communicate.
Right?
So examples of these are going to be coaching Your team, managing hard conversations, mediating conflicts, leading meetings, navigating others, right? So when it comes to soft skills in corporate, these are praised, right? These like, you're so good at this, you're so good at managing this person, you're so great at leading, you stay so calm. But actually, people would pay big, big money to learn how to do this and train their teams on it. So what I want you to think about is actually, what are these things that you do so naturally? And again, when I think about why I got into coaching, I manage teams of 8, 10, 20, 25, 30 people. I'm so used to managing hard conversations, mediating conflicts, inspiring others, leading others, holding coaching spaces like this, being able to have a room full of 15 women live and hold a space and not stutter over my words or feel like, oh, is everyone having a great time? There's a presence that I'm able to have because of what I learned in corporate, right? So you may have been called the glue, the rock in your company, right? You may have been called the person who's like, keeps everything together or actually know, like, you know what, let's go to Linda because she's going to be able to help us with that. Or like, Glenn is really good at managing this conflict, let's go to her. Or like, Bella's been amazing at this, let's go to her. And this is really, really what we want to think about, right? It's like, what would happen if you started charging for these soft skills that you've been doing every single day? When your brain labels your skills, clearly your brain is going to create pathways that say, oh, wait, actually, I'm really fucking good at this. I could probably sell this, I could probably charge people for this. People would be willing to pay for this. And this is going to show up in your performance reviews, peer feedback moments when you stepped up that leadership couldn't. Even if you haven't been a CEO of a company, even if you've just been a manager, a leader, a team leader, managing a team of one, or even just managing yourself, thinking about those moments where leadership couldn't step in and you stepped up, you became the go to person and that's what those soft skills. And soft skills are so, so important when it comes to running a business because a lot of people don't know how to package them up. They can package up operations and marketing and HR and they've got numbers. But how do we package up soft skills and show a return on investment? That's where your skills and experience come in because you can sell it so well. So thinking about all of these pieces, the next bit is life skills, right? So these are things that you've lived through, the experiences you've overcome, the lessons you've integrated, all of the things that you've learned, right? And it could be the likes of navigating grief, healing, trauma, parenting, solo, being the default parent, burnout, recovery, moving across the world, rebuilding from scratch. I look at all of those and I'm like, oh, getting sober. Burnout, recovery, moving across the world, rebuilding from scratch. All of these things that I've navigated now fall into part of my business, right? You don't need a certification in grief. You don't need a certification in what you've survived and masters. Your story is someone else's survival guide, right? And I think about it this way. When I first got sober over eight and a half years ago now, I started going to aa, and I was like, you know what? It's just a bunch of other people. Like, no one here has, like, a degree in alcoholism. No one here has a degree in this. But actually, those rooms were far more powerful than someone who had studied alcoholism, than someone that had studied addiction. Because actually, the people inside of that room had survived and got sober and mastered the sobriety journey and the recovery journey. And actually, in the early days of that, those stories were really what kept me sober and really made me realize, wow, if they can do it, I can do it. I don't want someone with a big doctorate degree who's sat up there going, well, addiction is this brain doing this, and addiction is this brain doing this. And they don't have any experience of addiction, because what we see on paper versus what actually happens in addiction and grief and healing trauma and going through burnout is very, very different. So emotional imprinting is one of the fastest ways that your brain creates beliefs. When you share from your lived experience, you don't just build trust. You actually can impact people in such incredible ways.
Right?
And these are going to show up in the likes of people messaging you on Instagram if you share, I don't know, something fun and someone's like, oh, wow. Or you share your journey or your story, your conversations with friends, the messages you get from people being like, oh, wow, I'm really glad you shared that thing, because I feel like you're inside of my head. So these are those life skills that we really, really want to look at. So out of those three skills, the next steps is to actually feel confident about them who feel and let me know in the chat right now who feels confident with the skill sets that they have that you think, yeah, you know what? I could probably start charging for these right now. I have some good skills. I could probably start charging. Who feels confident. Let me know in the chat who feels confident that with a little bit of tweaking and a lot of packaging up, you could start selling your skills to people and they would. They would pay for it? Let me know in the chat if you feel confident around that. Possibly. Possibly anyone else. Totally. I love that. Love that from gl. Totally. And this is the step that's so important, is feeling confident about your skills. So we're going to go back to a little bit of science like we did on day one, right? You don't see the world as it is. You see it through the lens of what you already believe. Let me repeat that. You don't see the world as it is. You see it through the lens of what you already believe. So if you are sat there saying, I'm not ready and my skills aren't enough, your brain is going to hide opportunities from you. If you sit there and say, I believe I'm valuable and my experience is worth a lot, your brain is going to start proving you right. So it's up to you. This is science. This is not just fluff. This is science. Our thoughts direct your focus, and your focus drives your behavior, and behavior creates results. Okay? And this is science. You can literally Google this. I mean, when I first started seeing this, I was like, this is so fluffy. Like, this is so fluffy. What does this even mean? And then I started researching and doing NLP and doing all these things, and I was like, oh, wow. Actually. Actually, this isn't just fluff. This is really something that if I start creating that and showing myself that I'm enough, that my skills are enough, I start creating these opportunities, and this is what's so important. Exactly. As Glenna said, it's neuroplasticity. It's truly science. It genuinely is science. So what I want you to think about is language is not just communication. It's not just speaking. It's an instruction, right? So if I say to myself, I'm not qualified, I'm going to shrink. I'm going to hesitate. I'm going to undercharge. I'm telling myself I'm not good enough. I'm telling myself that actually I'm not qualified. I should charge less. I'm small. I'm this. No one wants to do this with me. But Actually, if I lean into, I've helped people, and I know what I'm doing. I literally got chills just saying that. Like, I help people. I know what I'm doing, and I'm gonna be really, really goddamn honest with you. Before the challenge this week, I was sat in this a little bit. I was sat in there. Can I hold space for five days? Do I have enough to talk about in five days? Oh, gosh. Why is it like, they're bored in the sessions? And I felt myself shrinking, going, maybe I should have done three days. Maybe I should have just done a master class. And I was like, no, no, I caught that. And if you watched yesterday's session, you'll know the loop. I got myself out of the loop quickly. And I was like, no, no, no, Emma, you've worked with hundreds of women. You've run a six figure business, and actually, you know what you're doing. But it's so quick when we give ourselves that instruction for our brain and our body to catch up so quickly, and we suddenly feel like we're not good enough. We suddenly feel like, actually, let me shrink. And so what I want you to think about is the NLP side of things. And what it shows us is when we name our value, your brain starts to believe it. Okay. And then we start behaving accordingly. Your identity evolves through repetition. Your confidence grows. With every truth you speak about, your past wins. Okay? So you know when we're in those really crappy head spaces and we're like, I'm not good at this. I'm awful at this. This is crap. We continue to spiral and cycle. If you grab a pen and paper and draw a pattern, interrupt in that moment and start writing down what all of the incredible things, all of the great things about you, how much of a wonderful human you are, how much impact you make, I guarantee you your brain's gonna go cool. You actually are really fucking great. Come on, get out of bed. Let's go. Or you can fall back and you can tell yourself you're not good enough. And you can give your body the instruction of, you aren't good enough. You should just stay there, don't even bother. And I really sat in that. And I've seen clients sit in that for such a long time. So maybe you have been using your full skill set in your job. Maybe you compartmentalize your potential to fit in the roles that were never made for big vision. Maybe there are things that you love doing, but your job hasn't given you the opportunity to do that. Maybe you love coaching women and coaching and holding spaces, but your job hasn't given you that opportunity. You're not managing anyone yet. Maybe you absolutely love the back end of things, the strategy, the that, but actually your boss hasn't given you that opportunity yet. Well, that's going to end right now, today. Okay? And I want you to write in the chat, this ends now. Right in the chat, I want you to make the declaration to yourself that this ends now. This ends today. The version of you that is putting yourself in spaces that you do not fit. What is it? Putting a round, a square peg into a round hole. And I spent years doing that. I spent years trying to fit into places, trying to fit in. I was too much. I was too. I don't give a fuck now if I'm too much, if I'm too much, go find less. If you're too much, if you have bigger dreams and big ambitions and your boss or your. Your team don't want to support you in that, cool, that's fine. Because this ends now. Eileen. I'm done shaving the corners of my square peg ass. Love that. I love the energy from you guys today. So this is the rewiring moment when your brain stops seeing employee and starts identifying as entrepreneur. Not because you're manifesting it, not because you're sitting there hoping and praying, but because you're proving it to your brain. And that's how you build a business that backs your worth. That's how you build a business that actually backs you up and allows you to step into that employee version when actually. So the entrepreneur version actually when your brain is trying to keep you as an employee. So you solve problems. In the past, you've probably built systems, you've helped people, whether it's in corporate, freelance side gigs or your personal life. And now you're learning to package, price and position those skills as a business for you. And you're probably thinking, okay, great, Emma, but like, how do we actually turn this into something You've told me about my skills. How do we actually turn this into something people want to buy? So these are the steps that we need to do. Who can you help and how can you help them? There are two really simple frameworks and really simple things that we can do. So once you've identified your skills, the next step is figuring out who the fuck actually needs that help, right? And here are two really simple frameworks I wanted to put together for you. So framework one is past you, but a few steps behind. And when I say steps behind. It doesn't have to be years behind. It doesn't have to be really, really far behind. It can just be a few steps behind. So I want you to sit down and ask yourself, when you're doing this, this evening, this afternoon, who was I before I learned and developed these skills, who was I? How was I showing up? How was I performing at work?
Right.
The next thing is, what was I struggling with at the time? Was I trying to get into an operations role and like, I just couldn't get into an operations or I was trying to get into a managerial role, but I just couldn't because I didn't have enough experience. Was I trying to create this new business and it just didn't work? Was I trying to build a back end of an operations and I just couldn't do it. What were you struggling with at the time that was really, really coming up for you? And then think about, what would I have paid? Like, what would I have paid for, for someone to help me? How much would I have paid? Really wanting to think in that moment of the struggle when you were in the depths of going, I really want a solution to this. What would you have paid for that? And I want you to really think about, and I really want you to dig deep. Because when we go through journeys of growth, we can often forget us six months ago, six years ago, 16 years ago, and we can really downplay actually how much we would be willing to pay and what we would be really, really willing to access in that moment. And your ideal client might be the version of you from six months or six years ago. And you already know her pain points because you've been there. You understand what it's like to want to lose weight and not be able to do it. You understand what it's like to go through a breakup. You understand what it's like to step in, want to step into that next version of you and have that identity shift, but not know how there's a version of you that was once that person. And that's what I really, really want you to lean into. What is that version of you? And sometimes we need to really, like, pull ourselves back. And again, as I said at the beginning of this, you know, I've been sober for eight and a half years. I can sometimes forget how bad it was in the active days. And I sit down, I'm like, you know, it probably wasn't that bad. I probably could have done it myself. And I'm like, whoa, I definitely couldn't have. But Our brain sometimes forget. So I really want you to take the time this afternoon, sit down, take a picture of this. I'm going to send it in the group as well. And just really make sure that you're thinking about, like, how would you help that person or support that person? If you are thinking about starting a freelance business or a consulting business, thinking about when you first started in operations, or doing workflows or strategies or backends, you didn't know any of this. How did you learn it? What would you want to learn? What jobs were you in before you learned that, before you became an expert? The second thing, the second framework that we can look at is the people already asking you for help. A really obvious one, right? So if you've got a presence on Instagram and you've like, been on Instagram before, or you know, you're on LinkedIn and you post a lot of content or whatever that is, I want you to think about what do people DM you for or ask you for advice about?
Right?
If you think about it, what. What do people send to you? What are people constantly asking you? The next thing that I want you to think about is what problems do co workers, friends or older clients come to you to fix?
Right?
I want you to think about what do people come to you about? Even if it's the smallest thing of, like, oh, hey, Leanne, by the way, this quick thing over here, or, hey, Michelle, by the way, this quick thing isn't working. Again, I really want to know how you help me do this.
Right?
Or, oh, Jesse, we've been working on this project and I know last time you did something, how did you do that? How did you make it look so easy, right? Or, Eileen, I saw that you sold out this incredible event. Can you talk me through, like, what your strategy was there, Right? Simple things actually are so valuable to people. And then the final thing I want you to think about is where have you seen people say, oh, I wish I could just pay someone to help me do this, and I can, right? I wish I could just pay someone just to fix XYZ problem. And I've had so many conversations with, like, friends or like, colleagues and now clients as well who were like, I wish you just hire someone to do that for me. And I'm like, you can. In this day and age, you can hire anyone to pretty much do anything, right? So what I want you to think about is your skills are needed and wanted somewhere. They're just sat inside of your job title, not doing much for you. Doing something for the employee, for the employer. Sorry, they're doing something for the business, they're growing the business, but they're not doing something for you. So for example, if you are in corporate, right, and you get a lot of messages, someone's like, oh, my God, you manage stress so well. Like, you always seem so grounded. What's your routine? It's like, oh, actually, my routine, my wellness routine, my habits, all of that. People are interested in that, right? Like, people are interested in that. People might come to you for like, mindset support, burnout prevention tips, or like, God, you always seem so car calm, right? So it's like, can you package your nervous system tools, your routines, your breath work practices, the tools that you use for high achieving, you know, high achieving performers who are exactly where you are. These people already see you as like a calm anchor. They're already coming to you, saying to you, hey, listen, you always seem so chilled. What's your routine? Right again, you might be in a corporate job where someone's always coming to you saying, hey, can you have a quick look at this plan? Or like, I feel like I need your brain on this. I feel like I need your brain on this. And actually it's like, oh, I'm really good at strategy, I'm really good at launching things. Oh, maybe I can help. Maybe I can help new business owners launch strategies. Or maybe I can help, Maybe I can go into corporate businesses and help them on like a freelance basis to help them launch new products, right? Clients aren't just paying for, like, done for you here, come and do this offer for us. They're actually paying because they're craving your brain and your expertise. So your pivot could be shifting into consulting or coaching for small business owners who want help with clarity, positioning, and a launch plan. But they don't want to hire someone full time, right? You can already be like that little secret weapon for them and actually monetize that. So can you see we've already got so many ideas flowing in here. There are already so many ideas flowing in here that I want you to start pulling these out and thinking, okay, this is what I currently do. How can I actually start pulling this out? Okay, so you've just seen how powerful your skills are, but now the question is, how do you package them into a sellable offer? How do you get paid now without a massive website or a massive audience? And I saw some of the numbers that you guys were sending me in the telegram group being like, I want to make 10k months, I want to make 20k months, I want to make 30k months, six figures definitely. But we don't want to wait to make that money with a map, with a website or a massive audience.
Right.
We want you to stop figuring it out now and actually start building it. So these are the steps you need to take in this. This screenshot is very, very important for you. So the first thing is packaging them into a clear offer. So many of us when. So many of us when we're starting to build our businesses, we overcomplicate it.
Right.
We want 100 offers, low ticket, ticket this. I want to work with everyone. But what we want to think about is packaging them into one clear offer, solving one specific problem for one specific person. Okay, so I'm going to give you an example. When I had a client who came and worked with me for the first time, she was trying to leave her 9 to 5. She wasn't getting any traction in her business. And we looked at her branding, we looked at her messaging. I want you to let me know in the chat what you think she does. She sent her tagline was I help people live their best life. Let me know, let me know in the chat what you think her business was. I help people live their best life. That was her tagline, wellness coach. Okay, interesting. Some sort of coaching. Okay. Health and wellness and fitness.
Okay.
Anyone else? No one's got it yet. Travel. Travel. Interesting. No one's got it yet. So her tagline was I help people live their best life. She was helping women who were premenopausal. And that was her tagline, I help people live their best life. And she was a pre menopausal coach.
Right.
For me it was so obvious that that wasn't the right messaging. But for her, she wanted to help everyone. She didn't want to discriminate against anyone. She wanted to include everyone by trying to speak to everyone. She spoke to no one.
Right.
She spoke to no one. So we changed her messaging and made sure that it was super clear. And I'll show you this at the end of how you can do this and this is your task for the day. But we made it super clear on what her offer was and who she helped. And guess what happened? Her inquiries skyrocketed. Her messaging started to land. Her social media started to convert. Because actually she was speaking to the woman who knew that this is what she needed. She didn't speak to everyone.
Right.
The second thing that we want to start doing in this is starting to sell using your existing network. Now I Know some of you already on Instagram, already on LinkedIn, already have presences. You don't need a huge network, right? You need conversations over content. You need conversations that are going to lead, right? You need conversations where people are actually interested in what you have to say and actually want to understand, okay, what is she speaking to me about? What can she offer, what can she do? And this comes through the one specific problem, one specific person and having conversations around it. The next thing is stop doing it alone, right? And we all know this, this is why you're all here, this is why you're all here in this five day challenge because you know that the fastest way forward is with the support, the strategy and structure. You need to have this structure. This is exactly what I'm teaching you over the next five days. The offer's already in you. You just need the container and the space to bring it to life. So I'm going to tell you before we jump in for your task of the day, I want to talk to you a little bit about my clients stuff. Death and like her identity shifts and what she really saw after kind of working together, right? So when she came to me, she was, she wasn't 100% sure what she wanted to do, but she just knew that she was done. She knew that she was done in her nine to five. And together in our work we did exactly this. We mapped out her core skills, we identified the transformation, we created her MVP which was her minimum viable product. We built a simple strategy to start bringing an income today. Not once shared a website or 10,000 followers and she launched it within weeks of working together. A few months after working together she was signing clients, she started making more money and she now actually makes four times more than her corporate job. And she was in a, she was already in a six figure job. And most importantly the identity shift that she saw for herself, she saw herself as the CEO for the first time. And actually that identity shift meant she was showing up like the owner, like the CEO and was actually able to start converting clients and speak from a place of hi, I'm a big fucking deal versus I kind of have some skills and I'm not sure if people will pay for them. We shifted that and she moved into that new version of her right? And now what we're working on together and she's one of my one to one clients now what we're working on together is stacking her month recurring revenue. Again I saw some of you have goals for 20, 30, 40 thousand dollar months, right? Those Aren't new sales every month? Start stacking that recurring revenue where we're bringing people into your world that are paying you on repeat, that are in your programs and your containers or your contracts for a long period of time. We started mapping out her bigger offers, her bigger high ticket office, and we actually just launched her $30,000 a year offer, right? And most importantly, her mindset and strategy, we took to completely new places. And this client, Steph, is absolutely just killing it. But I want to share this with you too. I also spoke to a colleague of her around the same time. This was about nine months ago. Now. I spoke to a colleague of hers who was also looking to leave, right? They were both on roughly the same salary. They were both craving more. I kind of had conversations and they knew that I was speaking to both of them. But only my client moved, right? Her colleague did move. Her colleague said to me, you know, I'm just not really sure. I don't really know if this is for me, you know, the retirement, the 9 to 5, all of the things, right? So my client said yes to herself. Her colleague goes off and does whatever she's doing. She built the offer, she launches the business, cashes in on her genius, she leaves a nine to five, she makes four times more. Her colleague kept waiting for the right time and is actually still, still in the same job nine months later, even though she knows she wants to be out. And she actually reached out to me again a few days ago, which I thought was funny to add that in because it's not just about quitting the job. It's about choosing the life that you were always meant for. And that doesn't come from making the same decisions. I want to talk to you about the Freedom Circle, which is the new program that I'm launching at the moment. It's not available to the public. And the reason I want to talk to you about this is because the transformation that I had allowed me to create the Freedom Circle. And I'm going to talk to you why in a minute, okay? But the transformation that my client had is what I teach us inside of it. The transformation I had has allowed me to create this.
Right?
And this is my 12 month membership mentorship for the women who really actually want to leave, but are like it. I'm going all in, right? To start building a business that pays you like a business. And this is the missing piece for so many people, right? And as I said, this is not open to the public yet. I'm sharing this with you for one reason.
Right.
And inside of this, these are all of the things I do. Clarify your business, build a, not your mvp, create your premium authority, map out your exit strategy, plus all the sales pages, messaging, landing pages, lead magnets, all of that.
Right?
And what this is going to allow you to do, and this is, this is why I want to share. This is walk away from your 9 to 5 for good. Earn 5 to 10 times more than what you're doing. Hit that next level identity.
Right?
And the reason I'm sharing this is because this isn't just about, this isn't just about this incredible offer, the Freedom Circle, this year long membership, this year long mentorship program.
Right?
This is actually about the identity shift of saying yes to something when it feels so scary and out of reach, much like my client staff did. And the reason that I created this was from those identity shifts. And this is what is inside. It's all of the things that you need to actually build that business and evolve.
Right?
And as I said, this hasn't launched the public yet and I'm going to tell you why in a minute. But this is something that I have been working on for not that long. And again, I'm going to tell you why, but this is what it looks like. And again, since we are on the topic of this, I want to share this with you. If you are interested in joining this container which isn't open, which is actually officially launching next week, because you're inside of this challenge, you'll get 40% off.
Right?
No brainer. I'm going to send this to you. This is the no brainer. But the reason I wanted to share this with you is because if you want different results, you have to move differently.
Right?
We've all heard that expression, what is it like? You can't keep doing the same. The definition of insanity. You can't keep doing the same things and expecting different results. And that is exactly what I'm sharing with you here. So I decided at the start of this year that I wanted to move different. And I know so many of you as well. We sit there, new Year's resolutions. I want to move differently. I want to get bitter. I want to do all the things. I want to make more money. I want to leave my nine to five. And I launched my first mastermind and moved from one to one to one to one to many, to group coaching, right? After years of just doing one to one, I invested $10,000 in a coach and I moved in a way that felt scary. In a really big stretch, the Most I'd ever invested before was $3,000. And I was like, fuck it, 2025, going all in. Not because I needed someone to hold my hand, but I knew that I was done at this level. And if I wanted to move quickly, I had to invest in a way and move in a way that I hadn't done before. And I was ready and am ready to turn six figure years into six figure months, right? And I'm gonna tell you what happened next. I launched a whole new offer, which was that offer. And within three days, within days, three women already jumped inside. And I sold it privately to the people inside of my world already. Three women already jumped inside. And you know what? I wanted to launch that offer in January of 2026. That's seven months from now. Seven months from now. I wanted to drop that offer. I would have, I could have waited, second guessed, but actually it was ready to go. And this is what happens when you stop circling your ideas and start backing them with the bold moves. When you stop sitting there looking at this, going, oh, my God, I'd love to invest in something like this, but follow the 5000 excuses of why you can't. Oh, my gosh, I really want to move differently. I really want to get different results, but I can't because of this. And it goes back to exactly what we spoke about yesterday. Moving differently. But it wasn't just that. It wasn't just that. I launched a new offer. I invested in a coach. I show up. But this identity shift shifted my life, my weight, my vision, how I showed up. This was me in February, right? February 2025, after nine months of living in the US, doing a move stressful, running a business, doing all the things I was eating like shit. I wasn't putting myself as I was kind of working out, but like, just more because I wanted to feel like I was doing something. And this is me literally like this morning when I took this photo before I went on my walk, right? And this isn't about the weight loss. This is about the fact that I started moving differently. I couldn't continue eating the crap, not going to the gym and be like, but I want to lose some weight. I want my skin to get better. I had to really sit down and go, what do I need to do to have this identity shift? And you know what's happened? I feel better, I feel healthy. My business is more thriving than ever. I'm working with that $10,000 coach that I'm about to renew on for another six months with her. Not Because I'm sat there going, you know, I kind of want to do this thing, but like, let me think about it. For three months, I'm moving quicker than I've ever moved. And this is what happens when you move differently. This is what happens when you start to collapse time. Because actually when you move differently, you get different results. And so if you're sat there thinking, oh my gosh, wait, I want to move differently, what does that look like? My invitation to you is to come inside of this space, to come inside of the Freedom Circle, to jump in, head forward first. If you are inside of this challenge, the Freedom Circle is for you. If you know that you want more, you want to actually build the business and start moving, the Freedom Circle is for you. And the reason I want to share this is because I have created a space that I know for every single woman like you, she's going to thrive in this space. And there's two options. There's a standard and there's the vip. And if you're interested in this, you can drop me a telegram after. I'm going to share it in the chat as well. But this is the high proximity space. This is the decision for you to move differently. This is not a program where you come, you do a few things. This is literally the ticket for you to move and actually start that business. It's me, it's high proximity, it's inside of my world, it's feedback, it's one to one coaching. And this is valid until Sunday. And you'll get an extra 90 minute one to one with me. It's a no brainer at 40% off. And again, this is my invitation to you because actually, if you want to move differently, you're going to have to start making difference decisions this year. We're nearly halfway through the year and I know that every single woman, whether you're here live or watching this on replay, you know that this time next year you want to be out of that nine to five running that six figure business. 10, 20, $30,000 cash, months become the norm. But that is not going to happen if you move from where you're moving now. And honestly, when I was sharing that video earlier of my weight loss, I was like, but I'm not the end. I still have more. And I was like, no, we move, we, we celebrate, we show what's possible. That was four months ago. And I'm a completely different human than I was four months ago. And you can be too. And this is my invitation to you. So your next Step is to get clear on who you help and how you help. Okay, so we've spoken about the skills, we've pulled all of that in. We've spoken about the identity shifts, we've spoken about who you need to become and how you step into that next level. So now what I want you to really think about is how we're going to turn the skills into an offer. And this is the simple formula. I help specific person that you've identified go from problem, whatever the problem is to desired result using skills, method, experience. Simple, really really simple. And so what I want you to think about is who do you actually want to help? Going back and looking through your skills, who do you actually want to help? Who do you know that you can help? What is the problem? Where are they now? I help burn out business owners. I help overworked business owners. I help six figure business owners, whoever that person identifies as. I help six figure business owners go from feeling overwhelmed with their back office to having a streamlined back office workflows full of X, Y and Z using my proven OBM virtual assistant method with over 10 years experience doing this right. I help business owners, I help entrepreneurs. I help women go from feeling stressed and overworked and bloated and whatever it is to feeling aligned, excited, happy, fulfilled, whatever that is, using whatever method your skills and those are all of the things we've identified. And you're going to have, you're going to want to have a play around with this and tweak this a little bit back and forth, right? It's not going to be something that's going to come to you straight away, but here are some examples I've done for you, right? I help new managers go from overwhelmed and unsure to confident leaders using my 10 years of team management in experience simple. I help women recovering from burnout create sustainable routines that feel like freedom using my own recovery process. I help creatives go from scattered ideas to consistent income with my project planning and execution skills. It gets to be simple. We over complicate so many things and this is really my next invitation to is like going back and thinking who do I want to speak to every day? I love speaking to all of you every single day. I love going in the telegram group and seeing your faces and your messages and speaking to women entrepreneurs and speaking to women who are craving more. I don't enjoy speaking to men in corporate, so I don't work with men in corporate. Corporate. I enjoy helping women go from being stuck in a 9 to 5 to running a thriving business and feeling amazing, which is why that's my problem and that's my result. And I know how to do this because I've been helping people and CEOs and managers scale teams for the first eight years of my career. I'm used to running huge budgets and growing and strategy and operations and helping people get things off the ground. And that's my method and that's my strategy from my experience. So my invitation to you is to write this down, take a photo of this and share it with us. Make it your declaration of who are you going to help? What does this look like for you?
Right.
What is the next version of you moving on from corporate and actually helping people inside of this space? What does that look like for you?
You.
So I want to open up to see if anyone has any questions before we wrap up. I know yesterday there was a few questions and I just want to have some space. So if anyone has any questions, feel free to do the little raise hand button. If anything has come up for you or you want me to review something for you, like, oh, would this be a good tagline? Again, feel free to share them in telegram, but if there's anyone who has any questions, feel free to raise your little hand or drop an emoji in the chat if you don't know how to do I don't know how to do the raise hand thing for a really long time. So if anyone has any questions, drop something in the chat or just say me or let me know if you have any questions. And there will be stuff over like after this session that's going to come up for you. There's going to be things that you're going to be like, oh, I didn't think about that. Skill. Skill. Oh, I didn't think about this. I didn't know that that was something I could do. I didn't know that that was something I could charge for. So really, my invitation to you today is to lean in, take off from the table of what you thought you should be coaching on or what you thought you should be creating your freelance business on, or what you thought you should be creating your new business on. So as usual, make sure that you are sharing inside of the chat the task. I will also share inside of there. Make sure that you are if you want to. I've seen a few of you inviting friends, which is incredible. Make sure you post and share this on your Instagram story for those five entries as well. And as I said, a few of you have already been doing that Sharing things in the Telegram group. This space is going to be a space for you and I really want you to bring your honesty, your awe and everything that is coming up for you. So if there is no questions, I am so excited for tomorrow. We're going to really start combining everything we've done in day one and day two and start stacking it and really actually start creating these incredible businesses for you. I know I said in five days we were going to be doing a lot and we have already covered so much. We've already covered so much. So get on with that task. Share it in the group. Let's let us celebrate. You think about the things that we want to rewire. Think about the things that actually you keep saying to yourself. And when you go to bed tonight, I want you to think about who is the version of you waking up tomorrow. Who is that identity shift that you are going to have. And I'm going to let you in on a little secret. You can decide at any given moment to change your identity. It doesn't have to be three months, six months, nine months. You can literally go to bed tonight and decide that tomorrow you're going to wake up on your highest timeline as the next version of yourself because actually there's no such thing as I have to do this and I have to do this in order and everything. Actually, the big leap gets to be you can decide how that looks. I'm so excited for our call tomorrow. As I said, any questions you have, drop them in the Telegram chat. I'm so excited to see all of your I help statements and I will see you all back here same time tomorrow. Bye, ladies.
