Day 3 of a five-day visibility challenge teaches a five-step Scene Strategy for personal-brand visibility: decide you're the expert, take digital real estate, speak like a leader, move from passive to positioned, and tell your story. The instructor defines visibility as clarity and consistency, not follower counts, and walks through client examples including a post that hit 2.2M views.
See, we got some people in here, Noela's in here, Jesse's here. I know Aileen is joining us soon. Technology, when we rely on technology, things can happen. Right? So I am so, so excited to be jumping in to day three of the training. This is going to be an absolutely incredible session today. I am actually took myself to a WeWork office today and the reason being was because today is all visibility. It's all around energy, it's all around shutting up and being seen. And there was a version of me that was like, how often am I actually leaning into the frequency of being seen and being heard and being in new spaces? So I really wanted to practice what I preach today. So we are going to be jumping in with the most incredible training and it's going to be all around visibility that is going to attract your clients. So let's jump in. First of all, I really want to make it clear to you is this training is not around having a fancy website or me telling you how to build a website or how to go viral and build a big audience. Right. You just need the clarity, the confidence and the content that is actually going to connect you to your ideal clients. So if you're hoping that we're going to be talking about how to go viral and how to build a hundred page website, this is not what this is going to be about. And in fact, this is going to be 100 times juicier than that. Okay. And I want us to really lead in, lean into this. So as I said, visibility isn't about being loud, it's not about going viral or having the best, it's about being clear and consistent. And when you show up with the energy that says, I know who the fuck I am and how I help people, people feel it and that's what creates clients. It's not a sales page, it's not a website, it's not the viral videos. And yes, we'll talk about that and how that massively helps. But it's the intention behind the messaging, it's the intention behind how you're showing up and being visible and being exactly what your clients need in that moment in time. And it's interesting, I had a, there was a message that I got from a client, a potential client on LinkedIn and she was like, hey, I see how you talk about having this great multi six figure business, how you're signing all these clients, how you're building this movement, but I've had a look at your LinkedIn and I've had a look at your Instagram. And, like, it's not like you have a huge presence. And, oh, that hit me to the core where she was like, it's not like you have a big presence. And there was a moment in me where I really felt like, it's my presence not big enough. And there was a moment I sat there and I said, you know what? I don't need to have 100,000 followers on LinkedIn. I don't need to have 10,000 followers on Instagram to know that my message is strong enough. The conversations that I'm having with people, what I'm doing is landing with people. And that's what makes it more potent than having 500,000 followers, than having all the people that are going to see everything I'm doing. It's actually the most important thing that we can do, is actually show I am loud enough, I am doing exactly what I need to be doing. I am being visible, I am being seen. And that doesn't mean having 10,000 Instagram followers. It means that your message and how you're showing up and the energy that you're showing up in is enough for those clients to want to move. So you've always been good at what you do. Each and every one of you inside of this space right now, or each and every one of you watching this replay, you've always been good at what you do. You've always been the overachiever. You've always been the one that brings more. But no one's going to be paying you for what they can't see. No one is paying you for what they can't see. And what we want to be talking about is your story, your perspective, your past. These are the most magnetic brand assets that only you have. No one else has them. And that's the beauty of you being able to be visible and share your story. And I want to lean into this and really start with this. And we're talking about this visibility. People don't buy because you're the most qualified. They buy because they inherently trust you. Emotion is always going to lead and logic will follow, right? They're not hiring you or paying you because you've got 10 years experience in this or this qualification or this. They're buying because something you've shared, something you've said. Messaging has landed so clearly with them that they're like, oh, my gosh, she's the only option. She really gets what I'm trying to say. And that's where emotion's gonna lead. And the logical decision comes next. Your audience wants to feel seen in your story, safe in your presence, seen in your messaging. They want to be certain that you can help them, that you build that trust with them, that you're a consistent presence. You're someone that says what they're going to do and then does it. You've got messaging that mirrors their thoughts. And it's interesting because I had a, I had a call with, with someone the other day and we were on like a kind of like a free clarity call, strategy session, whatever you want to call it. And she said to me, why do you spend so much time like giving free value and getting on calls with people? Because actually it's the quickest way to build trust with people. I want to get to know you. And that's why for me, this five day challenge was so important, because you are all getting to know me. You're getting to understand my energy, how I work, the results that I can get for you, the clients that I work with, what my world looks like, what the inside of my world looks like. Even after seeing me on Instagram or LinkedIn, what the inside of my world actually looks like. Because without this challenge, it's just a bunch of words. It's just a bunch of, hey, come work with me. Hey, this is what I can offer you. Hey, here's this freebie. You actually get to sit for five days inside of my work and inside of my energy to see if we can do this in five days. Imagine what we could do in three months, six months, a year together. Imagine what we could do if I booked a one to one intensive with Emma. Imagine if I booked telegram day. But the visibility, the quickest way is to get people to trust you and get people to like you. And the reality is, is like I'm giving all of this away for nothing in return. But the reality is, is like I'm building trust with each and every one of you that at some point, when you want to hire a coach or when you want to work with someone, you've learned to trust me. You know what I'm like. You've been my energy, you've seen my results, you see how I like, you know, get people to move. And without this, we don't have that. And that's why the visibility part is so, so important, because you get people to trust you. Now my question to you, and let me know in the chat, have you ever just come across someone and been like, yeah, you know what, I'll just buy that. Or is it taken you time to learn to Trust that person to speak, that person to understand the results, that they get, to understand what it's like to be in their work, in their energy. And that is exactly what we want to do when it comes to your visibility. And I'm going to be talking about the visibility that attracts clients. And that's exactly what we're talking about. The first thing is your invisible sales machine. Your content is your sales team. Right? Back in the day we'd have like big sales team calling out, getting on cold calls with people, doing all of this stuff. Your content is your sales team now. So if you're sat there thinking, well, I'm starting from the beginning, how do I do this? How do I get people to move? Your content? And visibility is exactly what's going to do that. And your daily content is the closer. Whether it's Instagram, whether it's LinkedIn, whether it's TikTok, whatever platforms you guys are on, your daily content is your closer. And this is the flow, how it goes. Stories going to build connection, posts are going to build authority. People need to see you as a leader. They're not going to hire you if they don't think you're a leader. The DMS is going to build relationships. I've had conversations with each and every one of you inside of DMs, whether it's Instagram, whether it's LinkedIn. Application builds commitment. If we want people to apply, book a call with us, answer some questions and then the call and offer builds the conversion. They're getting on the call with someone, they're having the conversation. But we can't get to DMs or applications or calls and offers unless we've done the visibility, the storytelling. And that's so important. And Noella just said, thank you for living, for sharing that messaging. You are completely right. It builds trust. We all want to feel safe in something we're purchasing. We all want to feel that the money, the hard earned money that we're investing into a business, we're actually going to get the results that someone's promising. And that comes through trust. It doesn't come through. I saw one of your posts and I thought it was nice and you gave me three tips on how to lose 3 pounds or lose 20 pounds. No one cares about that. They want to know trust. They want to know trust, right? And so I really want to dive into and I'm going to share this strategy with you. But like the first thing is who you need to become to be seen, AKA the version of you, whose content magnetizes, converts, and changes lives. And I don't say that from a place like, oh, we're changing lives. Genuinely, your work is changing life. My coach's life is changing work. All of you that are sat here today have a bigger calling to want to change people's lives. You have a bigger calling to want to actually make more impact. And that is exactly what you're here for. That is exactly what you're here for. You are here to make a bigger impact, to really change people's lives. Now, I want to start by telling you about one of my clients called Tiffany, who is actually inside my mastermind. Okay? So when she came into my world and into my mastermind, she had a personal Instagram page and she was like, you know what? Kind of feel like I want to start something new. I kind of feel like my messaging hasn't really been on point. It's impersonal. I follow, like all of these people. Let's start something new. So the strategy I'm going to share with you is the exact strategy I talked her through, right? So first of all, she showed up like she was already the leader. That's one of the things we're going to talk about. She posted with purpose, with really strong messaging. She posted with conviction. She spoke with conviction. She showed up and owned her voice even when no one was following her. When she had five followers, ten followers, she was getting zero followers. Zeros like zero DMs. Nothing was happening. But the strategy that I'm going to share with you is what we implemented. And she's been working with me for a little over three and a half months. Right? So what do you think happened? And again, you don't know the strategy yet, but based on what I've been saying, what do you think happened to her and her visibility when she implemented this proven five step framework? When she showed up like she was the leader? She showed up with purpose. She showed up with conviction. Let me know in the chat what you think happened to her and her visibility when she implemented the proven strategy that we worked on, what do you think happened to her visibility? Let me know in the chat. You can see some of you typing away. What do we think happened? Rosa Phoenix. She attracted her ideal clients and followers. Boom. Exactly. She blew the fuck up. She blew the up because she started showing up like the expert, okay? And when I say she blew the up, I'm not kidding. Within weeks, she grew her audience from 350 followers. She's actually about to hit 5,000. But I made this two days ago. She's about to hit 5,000 followers. She went viral with over 2.2 million views on one post. 146,000 likes, nearly 24,000 shares. And this was because we implemented the exact strategy, this exact strategy. So over the next five days, you take anything. This is going to be the thing that absolutely shifts your business and blows everything, everything up for you. And this is you can use this on LinkedIn, you can use it on Instagram, you can use it on TikTok threads. Whatever platform you have decided that your ideal client is on, you can use this. Okay, so this is called the scene strategy and this is my five step framework that's going to change everything for you. So, and I'm going to go through this in more detail with you. So step one, you decide you're already the expert. Step two, you take up digital space like it's your job, because newsflash, it is your job. Three, you speak like the leader that you are. Four, you move from passive to positioned. And five, you talk about your journey. So let's jump in. Step one, you decide that you're already the expert. Right? I'm really bump with you. The Internet does not need more people waiting to be perfect, waiting to do this, waiting to do that. What we actually really need is people who are ready to move with clarity, with conviction, with confidence. Right? You need to decide, I'm the expert. I have lived this. Whether it's strategy, whether it's operations, whether it's coaching, whether it's grief, I have lived this. And I guide from embodiment, not just theory that I've learned from a piece of paper, from another certification. You have actually embodied this work. You have done this work for other businesses, for other clients, for yourself. And this decision isn't just fluffy mindset work of like, I'm going to decide I'm the expert. This is actually neuroplasticity in action. Because every time you act like the expert that you already are, you're strengthening your neural pathways that make it true. Right? And repetition, repetition is identity cemented. Right? You don't need another certification, a full on rebrand, a full this burning everything to the ground, you may be going, you know what? I'm currently in this current business and I'm burning that to the ground. I'm starting again. Yeah, but you're starting from experience. You're starting from, I already know this stuff, I'm just packaging it up differently. You are the expert. You have lived this. You have guided from embodiment not just theory. So that's step one. And right now is your line in the sand moment. And I want you all to write in the chat for me right now, if you're here live, I am the expert and I want you to declare it to every single person inside of this room. Right, I am the expert. Because that is what each and every one of you are. You are the expert in your field because you wouldn't be here if you, if you didn't think you were. You wouldn't be day after day showing up to the challenge, learning. And it's interesting. I, I logged onto YouTube this morning and over 20 of you have logged on and re watched day two. You know that this work is here for you and actually it's like your moment now to be like, I am the expert and people are going to pay me for that. And this is what we move into. Step two is taking up digital real estate space online. Like it's your job because it is. You're the face of your business. You are the brand, you are the business. And what we want to think about is like showing up like you're already booked out, showing up as the CEO and business owner that you already are, posting with purpose, sharing your story, being seen, taking up space without an apology and saying, is this too much? Am I over sharing, giving value without expecting anything back, without over explaining? And it's interesting. I was on a call with one of my mentors about six weeks ago now when I went through this real big like up level that's a whole different conversation. And one of the things she said was in the online space we're so used to, let me give so I can receive. How would it feel to just give value, just to share with the people without needing to over explain and be like, well, the reason I'm sharing this is because. No, no, just give, just share. Talk about your offers, offer opportunity and your brain is probably going to try and protect you and go, like, maybe my messaging's a bit better. Like maybe I'll then post, maybe I'll sell when I feel a bit more confident, like I don't really want to sell right now. I just got off my, I just got off my mastermind called it. I'm running at the moment. One of the questions, one of the ladies was like, how do I sell without being salesy? And I was like, that's the first issue. It's the trying to explain and say, I'm not going to sell every day. I'm not going to speak Every day. I'm not going to share my story every day. It's too much. And like I said, like I said yesterday on the call, like, if I'm too much, go find less. If I'm too much, go find less. Like, people unfollow me on Instagram when I share things that they don't like or it's too much. People unsubscribe from my mailing list when I share things that maybe they don't like or it doesn't resonate them, cool, that's fine. But I know the people that resonate and see me and I see them are actually gonna go, that hits really hard. But you don't need to clean up your messaging. You need to be okay with taking up space. You don't need to wait to feel like a leader, to feel like the expert. You need to act like one, and you need to let your brain catch up with you. Every post you publish, every story you tell is rewiring your nervous system to be safe and okay with visibility. So be okay with taking up digital space online. Post as much as you want. Connect as much as you want. Share all the things. And we'll talk about personal branding in a minute and storytelling. And the next thing is speaking, like, the leader that you are. Right. There are so many incredible women and coaches online that I see that, like, sorry, I just had to share this. Why are you sorry? Why are you sorry that you had to call out the bullshit in this industry? Why are you sorry that. That you're leading and moving and building a movement and creating momentum? Why are you sorry? Because we're so used to being told to, like, not be so loud, especially as women growing up. Don't be so loud. No one likes to show off. You know, don't. Don't be too loud. Don't speak too much. Don't be this. No, no, no. We spend so long being in the constraints of it. I remember it's such a weird story. I remember I was in a ballet class when I was younger, and I loved ballet, and I was good at ballet, and I enjoyed it. And I remember we were having a little break, and I decided I wanted to try something new. It was like a pirouette or something, I don't know. And I remember, like, my old dance teacher turned around to me, and I remember the look. I remember exactly this space. And she looked at me and was like, emma, calm down. No one likes to show off. And in that moment, I still remember that feeling of, like, shrinking and being like oh, my gosh, why am I showing off? This is so embarrassing for me. Like, why am I being loud? Why am I being seen? What? Maybe I shouldn't. No one's gonna like me if I'm too much. And I spent so many years of my life not wanting to be loud, not wanting to bleed, talking, sorry I had to share this. And now I'm like, the little version of me. And I think back and I want to be like, f you. I will be loud. I will be seen. I'm not showing off. I just know I have something incredible. And Aileen said, it's so British. It's so British. Living in America, I've learned so differently. Everyone here is, like, talking about how incredible things are and how great they are and all their achievements. And in the uk, someone, someone even says to you, I like your hair. And you're like, oh, my gosh, no, my hair. Like, no, I haven't washed it in days. And, like, it's really ugly. And, like, don't worry about, oh, my God, no, it's a piece of shit. Like, but actually, it's like learning to be loud. And someone say to you, oh, my gosh, I love your hair. And you're like, oh, thank you. Accepting that and being in that and leading with that, or someone saying, I saw that Instagram post that you posted the other day. Wow. It was really loud and bold. And I don't know if I could post something like that and rather saying, well, you know, I've done all this mindset work on myself and now I feel confident. It's like, no, no, it's like, thank you. Thank you for acknowledging the movement that I'm doing. Thank you for acknowledging me as a fucking leader in the space. And that's the biggest thing. And I remember a few weeks ago, I was talking to a client of mine, one of my one to one clients, and she was like, the compliments that I'm getting, like, it, like, from people are like, something's changed. Something shifted. And what had shifted was the fact that she was no longer apologizing. She was speaking like the leader. She was leading from a place that she's. She'd never led before. And actually what that allowed her to do was lead from the front for other women. I cannot tell you the amount of people that messaged me after I posted about talking about being an alcoholic on LinkedIn. I'd probably say I got about, like, 15 messages, oh, my God, you're so brave. Talking about being an alcoholic. Why am I brave? If I want to lead a movement where women have a voice and be heard and are saying, f you to nine to fives and do this, I can't sit there and say, oh, you know, I just want to talk about being an alcoholic. Because, you know, it says, I'm sorry if this offends you. Like, I don't give a fuck if it offends you. If it offends you, scroll. It's my journey. It's my story. If I want my clients to lead from the front, I need to show them that actually, in order to lead from the front, you need to be seen. You need to speak in the present tense. You need to move people in a way that they haven't. And identity is everything in this, and I talk about this, that your brain doesn't distinguish the difference between imagination and reality. Your brain doesn't know the difference between imagination and reality. So speak it until. Speak it until it is your reality. Speaking in a present tense of, I help women. Even if you've never worked with a woman, even if you've never coached a woman, you know that's the work that you're doing. My clients experience. What clients have you experienced? Whether it's in a 9 to 5, whether it's in another when, whether it's in another offer. Again, I had a call with a woman last week, and she was like, but how do I talk about the experience I have if I haven't done this before? I was like, right, let's deep dive. What do you help people do? Well, I help women start businesses and scale businesses and do this. Cool. Where have you done that? Where have you learned that? Well, I learned that in corporate. Cool. What were the results, though? That's your experience. That's what you take. Inside my programs, inside my office, inside my world, inside the work that I'm doing, we have to be really thinking about how we move differently and how we speak differently if we want to be leaders in our space. And whatever it is that we're doing, consulting, coaching, freelancing, strategy, mindset, work, whatever work that we're doing, you need to speak like the leader that you are today. As I said, this matters because the language you use rewards and rewires your brain and how it perceives your identity. If you play small and you speak small to yourself, your results are going to be small. If you speak big, speak in the present tense. Speak like the leader that you came to be and take up space. That's where your movement actually turns into something. So the next thing is moving from passive to positioned. Every single one of you is incredibly smart. You know, you are, whether you admit it or not, whether we're too British to admit it. Each, every one of you here is so intelligent and so smart and don't need me to say that, but you're not just another smart woman online. You're not just another smart woman on the Internet who's decided to start a business. You're a brand. You are a category of 1. There is no one else like you out there walking. Why now? Why now is the moment, right? And I say this from a place of arrogance and I'm okay with that. There is no one else like me doing the work that I'm doing right now. And actually, I was on a call with, with a client yesterday and she was like, well, what if someone copies my work and then tries to do it? I was like, let them. I sound like Mel Robbins now. Let them. Let them copy your work because you are a category of one. And no one's ever going to be able to replicate the work that you're doing. You're not just another smart woman that's showing up. You are leading and you are being positioned as the expert. So when it comes to content, how you're showing up and what you're sharing, stop blending in with the vanilla tips and tricks and the boring posts. Here are three ways to do this. Here are my tips on this. Right? We've all seen that. When would you hire a coach? That said, here are three tips on how to start a business. Great. As useful as that is, is that going to make you drop thousands of dollars with that coach? The here's how I did this one thing. Here are my tips on how to be more confident. It's not going to make you drop thousands of dollars. Actually. What makes you way different? What makes Eileen different? What makes Ann different? What makes Emily different? What makes all of you different is your experience and the things that you've learned. That's what makes you different. And what results are possible with you and not the coach, the consultant, the freelancer, the operations strategist next door. Why would someone hire you? Why would someone hire you? What results can you get them? And how do you tell them in your work the results that you can get them? Do you talk about what you've done in the past? Do you say here are three ways that you can streamline your operations in your business? Or are you talking about, hey, when this CEO of a multi million dollar company came to me, I came in as A strategy consultant. Everything was a mess. It's a Fortune 500 company, whatever it is. These are the things we did. Hey, I can get your results. Same thing, different delivery. So it's not just passively giving people information. It's positioning yourself as the expert, as the go to coach, the go to person that if this person invests with you, their life, their business, nothing will ever look the same. And again, that goes back to speaking like the leader that you are. Taking up digital space, deciding you're the expert. Step four can only be done if you've done step three, two and one. And then the final piece is why is your work urgent? Why is it transformative? Why is it unmissable? And if you were in the live call yesterday, I shared with you around a client that came to work with me that's now left her 9 to 5 versus her colleague who wanted to leave her 9 to 5 and hasn't left it. That's why it's urgent, because if you don't move, nothing's going to change. My work is transformative because without me, you don't have the tools and the strategies and everything I've done. And that's what we really need to think about. When you move from informing people of information to positioning yourself as the expert, people stop scrolling. They stop price shopping. They start seeing you as the one, they see the value. And I don't know if I shared this the other day, but for example, if we were in a room full of people and everyone had $0 in their bank, minus, minus $0 in their bank account, right? And I went, here, here's my Rolex, here's my watch. You can have it for $500. Here, you can have it for $500. Do you want it? Even though it's a thousands of dollar watch, I guarantee each and every person in that room would find $500. Not because they have $500, but because they see the value in that. They see the value in this watch and they know that they can take something that's $500 and it's going to change their life because they can go sell it for $5,000. And that's the difference. When you position yourself as the expert, you are able to show people, hey, this is why you should hire me. I'm not just another, it's not just another watch. This is a Rolex. It's gonna Change your life vs hey, here's a watch that you could buy, but like, you could probably go buy another one as well for like 300 and it will save you some money. They stop price shopping, they start seeing you as the one, they start finding the money, they start going, cool, I need to work with this person. Wow. Like, she's really changed my life. Wow. Like she's a category of one. Wow. This is why I need to do it. This is why I need to move. The results that she's getting are incredible. And every time you position yourself as that authority, your brain rewires it to believe it's true. And therefore it reinforces that story. And in step five is talking about your story. Your personal brand is your proof and it is you. Your personal brand is your lived experience turned into leadership. And the story is your strategy. I have so many women that will send me a message and be like, what's my strategy? How do I share? What do I need to do? The story is your strategy, makes you relatable, builds credibility. So it turns lurkers of, hi, you're so inspirational. Inspirational to where do I sign up to work with you? Where's the sign up thing? How do I get into your programs? What are you selling? What are you doing? That's the difference. Because your audience aren't sat there just going, I wonder if she can help me? They're going, has she been where I am? Has she been where I am? And can she help me get the desired result? When I speak to people, they don't sit there and go, I wonder if Emma can help me start a business? They go, has Emma started a business? Has Emma left her nine to five and started a business? Yes. And did she get the desired result? Did she build a multi six figure business? Yeah, she did. Cool. I can work with her and I know she can help me. And that's the difference, right, is you sit there and they can actually see themselves and see that you can help them. The strategy is your story and that's what makes you relatable. That's what builds credibility. As I said, that's what turns lurkers into buyers. When you share your journey, you're not just storytelling, you're actively mirroring what's actually happening. You're literally changing. You're helping their brain. Imagine themselves creating similar results. Like we said at the beginning about around the story, they see themselves in your story. So don't ever hide your backstory. Don't downplay the failures that you've had, the pivots that you've had. Don't water down the pieces that were messy, that were raw, that were uncomfortable. I recently worked with someone. And she had implemented a new CRM system into a business that she was at. And the first CRM system they implemented was a huge fuck up. They lost a bunch of money. They lost so much money. And she was able to draw on that experience and say, actually, these are the things I learned from it. And this is what I would have done differently this time. And this is what I did differently this time. Your personal brand is evidence, your journey is the justification, and your honesty is what's going to attract clients. Okay, so that's, that's a strategy. That's the visibility. Those are the five steps which are going to start changing everything for you. And I implement this strategy every single month now. And I tweak it and I grow it and I evolve it. And last month, and this is why I wanted to share it with you this month, last month, it's no wonder that I had my highest cash month of the year in May, because I also use this strategy. And these were the kind of views I was getting across LinkedIn, across Instagram, right? Nearly 110,000 views. Impressions have gone up 1,121% in the last three, six, five days. Last 28 days have gone up 829%. Right. 83% of the people that view my profile are non followers on Instagram. Means I'm reaching a bigger audience. I'm visible, I'm being seen. So let's talk about science. In your brain, when it comes to visibility, it feels risky because your brain is wired for safety. Our nervous system is going to protect us from rejection, from exclusion. So when you step into visibility, it can trigger the same alarm as a real internal threat, as a real, real big threat. Your brain is wired for safety and belonging. And it doesn't want to feel like it doesn't belong. Right? But I want to show you this, because here's the science. Each time you show up and realize you're safe, your brain starts to rewire itself. So you're not just building a brand, you're building new neural pathways. Confidence doesn't come before the action, it's the result of the action. And the more you show up, the safer being visible becomes and the more your identity aligns with the leader that you came here to be. And as you can see here, your brain loves proof and you get to create it. So it's the belief, the behavior, the evidence, and back to the belief. So the belief is no one sees my content, no one's interested in what I have to say. The behavior Is you start creating lower quality content, you start creating less content, you start showing up less, you start taking up less space. The evidence is no one's going to buy from me. And then no one does buy from me, then that becomes your belief and then we start all over again. Versus the belief is if I show up with content, people will start showing up and it's going to feel good. The behavior then becomes, I'm showing up creating incredible content. The evidence then shows you that the world did not end when you created that content and shared that content. And then the belief is, see, I can create content that feels really good and exciting and it feels really aligned and nothing awful happens. And that's where you start building and the visibility becomes safer for you. And when you believe that you're valuable exactly as we spoke about you sharp online, you post with conviction, you get feedback, Your brain says, see, I was right. But if you don't interrupt this loop when we spoke about the loop a few days ago as well, if you don't interrupt the loop, what happens is I'm not ready. I stay quiet, I don't get results, I stay stuck. Visibility rewires your identity. It's brain training. It's brain training. Michelle said it's kind of like starting a new habit. And the reward is changing the belief. Yes, exactly. And this is what's so important. All of us when we first start, and I remember this, I'll wait till I feel X, I'll wait till I feel Y, and then we're going to move on to that. And actually, I want to invite you for a little nervous system tip. As I said, visibility can really trigger the fight or flight. And before you post, this is what I want you to do. I want you to take three deep belly breaths and ground your feet and literally just say, it is safe to be seen, it is safe to be seen, it is safe to be heard. My message is going to be received safely because that's fundamentally what, what we all want. We all want to feel safe, post, walk away, move on and do the same. Rinse and repeat. And now I want to invite you to this next stage of this visibility. And this really comes from the embodiment and the inner work. Your mission has to be bigger than you. Your mission and your vision is bigger than me. Because if it's only about income, you'll stop when things feel good enough. And if it's only about freedom, you'll quit when it gets uncomfortable. But when your mission is about her is about creating impact that's when it sticks. My mission and my vision is bigger than me because each and every one of you are relying on me to show up and help pave the way of how you get out of your 9 to 5 and create a business of your dreams. My mission is about all of you incredible women. The women stuck in a job that you hate. The women who I identify myself from five years ago, the woman in the room who just needs one person to believe in her and tell her, hey, this is possible. There is a ripple effect in the movement and in the work and in the mission that I have that is bigger than me. And that's when you become unshakable. The business that you're building and the business that we're all building isn't just a cute side hustle or a cute Instagram thing or something we want to do on the side. It's a fucking movement. One that is going to shift generations and businesses for years to come. And it's a. It's the woman and it's each and every one of you that says, like, this ends with me and it begins with me, right? And I had this like, literally come to Jesus moment when I was at a 9 to 5 and I was like, this ends with me with women thinking that the only way to be successful is. Is in a nine to five and climb the ladder. This ends with me. And what begins with me is the strategy, the framework and the movement to go and do ends with me. And it begins with me. Your vision isn't supposed to fit what other people view as as good. Doesn't need to make sense to your co workers. Supposed to scare the out. Like I said with this challenge, I never held space like this for five days in a row. And there's the fear no one's going to show up, no one's going to do this. It's stretching me, it's cracking me open and it's reminding me that I wasn't just here to build a business and fill up rooms of numbers of people. It's actually to impact the women. Each and every one of you have taken the time Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, out of your time, to come and learn from me, to come and be with me, to understand how you can do this too. And so my invitation to you is, if you're in the season where you're starting or you've been starting, you've been working, or you're burning something down, you're going through the grieving process of a 9 to 5 of a business. I want you to know that it means you're doing something that matters. You're in the season of change. You're in the season of hard, of slow or uncertainty. Good. I want you to celebrate that. And every single time you up level and every single time you get more visible, you then invite more women to come into your work. You invite more clients into your work. And that's what visibility is all about. There are so many of you in this room that I've never met before, never come across before, and you found me somewhere. There's 20, 25 women watching replays. There's women in my mailing list that I didn't even know existed, saying, hey, can you share the trainings with me? Hey, I'd love to get on a call with you. Like, the challenge that you do is, like, it's not going to work for me in terms of times, but, like, I really want to get on a call with you and see how I can work with you. Because this challenge isn't just about that. It's about visibility. It's about showing every single woman in the whole world on LinkedIn, on Instagram, on Tick Tock and all of the platforms that, hey, this is what's available for you and I need to show you. So my mission. Every single day, when I wake up in the morning, even on the days where I'm like, fuck, I'm tired, wow, I'm exhausted. Wow, those calls are heavy. I remind myself that my mission and vision is bigger than me, and that's what really keeps me going. So day three, task, your visibility story. And this is all around why you? Why me? And I want you to go through this framework and think about before. Where were you before this work? What were you struggling with? Right. Second thing is the turning point. What happened and made you say, this has to change? Was it a rock bottom? Was it something that didn't work? Was it the fact that you were a strategist inside of a business and you tried and you tried and you tried and you were like, hey, to your CEO, this isn't going to work. We need to try something new? Is it that you were in a marriage and you were like, fuck, I can't do this anymore. I need to leave? Was it that you were drinking and you were like, oh, my gosh, this is rock bottom. I need to get out? Were you like, I cannot be in this 9 to 5 anymore? What was your turning point then next? What was your transformation? What shifts did you make to learn, to study, to get Experience to fail at, to master. This is the juice. This is the real stuff people want to see. What did she do? What was the transformation? How did she do it? The now, where are you today because of it all? What results do you have? How do you live all differently? And then the final is, why you? Why does it make you the one to help others through this? Why does it matter that you can guide them and be through it? Right? And if I think back about my story, the before is I was in a 9 to 5. I was struggling with, with drinking. I was struggling with being on the rat race. I was climbing the corporate ladder. I was frustrated, I was broken, I was feeling misaligned. I was feeling like I knew I had something bigger. I knew there was something bigger for me. And what happened? The turning point was probably two turning points. Hitting rock bottom eight years ago, getting sober. But then also the moment where I was sat there, the world was falling apart, we were going to lockdown. And I was like, is this it? The world feels like it's ending, People are sick and dying and I'm sat in a fucking office doing work that actually doesn't have a ripple effect and doesn't make an impact. That was my turning point. The transformation was I invested in a coach. I pulled out my experience, I did the inner work, I went to therapy, I really pulled everything out and worked through it and built this. I started coaching women, I started consulting, I did freelancing, I did all of the things. And now, where am I now? I run a multi six figure business. I have a business where I've helped hundreds of women. I lead with integrity. I'm leading a movement, I'm leading differently. And why, why does it help me be the one? Because I've been where you've been. I know exactly where you've been. That frustration of like, why does everyone else get to build these fucking great businesses and I don't? I sat there as the employee running the show behind the scenes knowing that I'm incredible at what I do. I bring a strategic and operational background as well as an emotional. I've done that, I've been there, I've mastered how to do it without losing your mind and your freedom. And I know what businesses really need and I know how to deliver it in a way. I know how to deliver in a way. And therefore this task is going to change everything. And the reason I'm asking you to do this task is because you work. The story is your foundation. It's not just busy work. It's not just content for the sake of content's sake. This is the moment that you stop scrolling. This is the moment that people stop scrolling and you stop trying to bypass your story and just say, oh, well, that happened to me and that is what it is. And this fuck up happened and this mistake happened. This is how you build a brand that people trust and buy and remember, not because you followed some script, because you're finally telling the truth. You're not just copying a framework. You're owning who you are, what you live through and why you're the one to help them. This is the work that turns just another business, another consultant, another business owner, another freelancer, another coach helps you turn from another online business into a movement, into a way of leading women. And that's exactly why you're built what's exactly what you're building. So you don't want to miss this task. You are stepping into the role of a leader who knows that she was born for this. That's my invitation to you. This task is really going to allow you to start thinking, how do I want to show up? And this is the foundation for you, who you are, what you've lived through and why your story makes you the one to help them. So before we wrap up today, I want to open up the floor if anyone feels called to. I know a lot of this work is very deep and it may be bringing up some stuff all of you. But if anyone has any questions, anything they want to bring to the space, anything they want me to review, anything in their story. If you've been writing out your story and you're thinking, how do I share this? Is this okay to share? Drop in the chat the word hot seat if you want to come in and I will unmute you and I will offer some hot seat coaching if you feel called to do so. Leanne, let me see where you are. Asked you to unmute. Hey, Leanne, how are you? Hi. How are you?
I'm great. I. I am driving, so. Yeah. So I just find this also fascinating in perfect timing, talking about my story. And so I just want to. I don't know where to start, but I guess maybe just today I had sort of a really amazing result from all the work that I've been doing. And I'm like, this needs to be shared. Because I think so often we don't see the results immediately and we think it's not working right. And I'm like, this needs to be shared. So I was like, oh, as I'm so funny you brought it. Do you want a hot seat? I'm like, I need to get this out because I just had the haha on my way home. So where should I start?
I guess start with what in terms of your story, in terms of sharing this win. What do we want to share? What is the. What do we feel called to share right now?
Well, I think the biggest thing for me and what I, what I really help women with is like, to get over the people pleasing. Especially, like, I've been In enough, quote 9 to 5, right. For 25 years and of this worrying of what other people will think and the reprimands of saying something incorrectly. And I'm like, no, you need. I've been speaking my voice for almost three years on my podcast. And today I was approached by senior management and was. There was a room, quote, rumor alleged that I was speaking ill or abusing my position. And I was like, no, I was speaking my truth. And if that triggers you, that's on you. And so I'm like, how do I get this out? Because it just, it just dawned on me today, like, as I'm sitting in this room with this person where I'm like, you have nothing on me. I am so strong. And I've had like, people need to understand they can speak their voice and, and not be afraid of the circumstances or the repercussions of what's coming out.
Okay, So I think this framework is going to be so good for you. So I think it's like, before this work, you didn't have a voice. You didn't have that voice to feel confident, to share because you had grown up with X, Y and Z. Like, paint the picture of how that felt. The turning point for you was either when you went to like an event or you went to. You had a call with a coach, or there was like an awakening moment for you where you were like, actually my voice is important. It needs to be heard. Like that whisper, that voice that you couldn't ignore anymore. And then the transformation is I literally bought a microphone, went online, googled how to start a podcast and decided that my voice was worthy of being heard. Right? Like, can you see how we're like building out that story of like, what you really went through and then at this and then talk about the now and be like, and you know what? For the last three years, I've been speaking my truth. And these conversations that I've been having, these, this is the result when I speak to the conversations that I've been having are X, Y, And Z. And it's allowed me to show up differently. And in my 9 to 5 job, in this job, in my relationship, in my marriage, these are all the things it's been able to do. And like, the why is now is like, actually, I've gone through this of not being able to have a voice, to actually being heard by X amount of people who have downloaded the podcast. And it matters to your ideal client because it's like, I can help you move away from being the people pleaser to actually being heard by X amount of people who have downloaded the podcast. And it matters to your ideal client because it's like, I can help you move away from being the people pleaser, from wanting to be heard all the time, from wanting to do this, from wanting to do this. Right. And that's what we need to think about is actually how do we lean into that and share why you are the person who can help them move through that. Because, hey, three years ago when you started posting and you didn't have a voice, you were where they were. So can you see how we can use that framework?
Yes, yes, yes. Yeah, I see it very clearly how I can use that. Yeah. So good.
Amazing, amazing. Perfect. So make sure you share that in the telegram chat with us so we can all view it and again, we can tweak it a little bit and make sure that lands.
Yes, absolutely. I'm going to work that as soon as I get home.
Amazing. Thank you so much for sharing with us, Leanne.
Thank you.
Thank you. I know Aileen wanted to share. I think she had to jump off. Is there anyone else who wants to jump in, talk about your story, talk about anything else that has come up for them during this call or during the challenge at all. And if there's anything I can coach you on or support you on. Okay, so if there's no further questions or no further coaching, this visibility story is such an incredible place to start today. This is going to stack on to the other tasks that we've done already. So my invitation to you is after this call. Grab your pen and paper on your notepad, whatever it is, and start working through your why story. Start working through the five part prompts and understanding why you become the authority, why you become the person they want to go to. The visibility strategy starts with this. I've loved this session so much. I love holding space for each and every one of you. I will see you all tomorrow for day four. If you haven't been able to watch day one and day two, I will be sending it out again when I send out this recording as well. Make sure you're up to date. Make sure that you are jumping inside of the telegram group and sharing everything. And I will see all of you incredible ladies tomorrow. Bye, ladies.
