MODULE 1: Launching a high ticket beta offer

Learn how to design and sell a high-ticket beta offer, a 4-8 week paid test run of your signature program. You'll get clients who pay premium prices, stay committed, and give you feedback to refine before launching the full offer.
Talk about how to launch a high ticket beta offer and basically start getting yourself paid to build your signature offer. So what we want to be thinking about is, we've spoken a little bit about MVP is about lower ticket offers around high ticket offers. But something that I work a lot with my clients on is thinking about creating a beta program. Okay. Because what that's going to allow you to do is it's going to allow you to create a framework, but it also gives you, you the exact feedback that you really need to start making it unshakable and really, really scalable. So you might be sitting here thinking, okay, well I have a really good offer. I like know that my big ticket offer is going to work really well. And then what we want to be thinking about is like what is, what is the smaller ticket? So a beta program is basically where you're creating, not like a small offer. So what we want to think about, we've got the MVP and, and then we've got your high ticket offer. So a beta offer is basically where it sits. It's kind of like a test version of your high ticket offer. Okay, so what we want to be thinking about is if your offer is going to be an 8 week, 1 to 1 program, we can essentially look at an 8 week, 1 to 1 Program, light. Okay? So if there are skills that you need, for example, that you don't have yet, you can create an offer that doesn't quite have those skills in it, but you're still able to sell and start showing people you know what your offer is and getting that feedback. So for example, if you are in the consulting space, right, what we want to be thinking about is, okay, I'd love to work with someone on a long term basis, I'd love to support a company much longer term. But actually a beta offer could be something where it's like, cool, I'm going to support them for three, three months. In the meantime, I'm going to understand what's working for them, what feedback I'm getting and how I can actually make this offer better. So it's very different to an mvp. An MVP is like a real micro offer, whereas a beta offer is essentially your offer, but it's just testing and you're actually taking clients through your actual process that you would be doing while you're getting paid. So often it's at a lower price point, it's at a lower proximity, or that there's an agreement that you are going to be getting feedback and that they're going to give you testimonials and however that looks. So that's what that is going to look like, essentially. So kind of starting from the beginning, as I said, a beta offer is your program in its testing phase. It's where you take paying clients through the process while it's being built so you can refine it based on real feedback. So by this stage, a lot of you will have had market research, you would have had mvp, you would have had people buying that. And now we want to start thinking about is how can you start getting paid to create instead of just like waiting? How can you learn exactly what works and what doesn't before you invest more time and start scaling? You can start getting testimonials and results from your very, very first round.
Right?
And that's what we want to be thinking about is how do we get people in as quickly as we possibly can without like, without needing. Without needing to produce the whole thing straight away, let's say. And that's really what we want to be thinking about is what is the path of least resistance, right? And this is what I always say is the most important is how can we start getting you paid as quickly as possible. So we want to be thinking about is, you know when you make like a TV show and you do like a pilot episode, right? They have a pilot episode and they put it out there. Netflix, for example. We'll see how many people watched it, what the audience feedback was, and then they'll invest in the full series when and if they know it works, right? What they won't want to be doing is they don't build out a whole thing and then go, oh, it doesn't work, let's cancel it. What they're going to be doing is actually trying out the pilot, seeing how that works, and then they'll be going, okay, cool. Actually, this works really well. People really enjoy this. And let's put out that bigger one. Once you've got reviews, once you've got testimonials, and once you know that that's what people actually want. Okay, so what we want to be thinking about is how can you create something? So a lot of people think a beta offer needs to be like lower ticker, but we've already got your mvp, we've already got your smaller ticket offer. So you're probably thinking, well, why does it need to be high ticket if it's beta, surely it should be low. And that's the complete opposite it, right? High ticket clients are going to show up fully and therefore you are actually going to get real feedback on whether this offer works or not. Okay. What we want to be thinking about is how does it actually look in terms of people are going to be more committed to something when they actually have skin in the game, which a lot of the time is finances.
Right?
So when it comes to finances, when people have skin in the game on that, they are going to fully show up and commit.
Right.
They're also going to give you better feedback because they're actually invested. They're not just going to say to you, oh my gosh, this is the best program that I've ever done and not really care about it. They're actually going to give you real feedback in real time because they're fully invested.
Right.
And the next thing is is like you start building what you actually want to build. You didn't leave the 9 to 5 or you're not looking to leave the 9 to 5 to sell a bunch of lower ticket offers. You are actually leaving your 9 to 5 so that you can make good money and sell your higher ticket offers. So when it comes to a beta offer or beta offer, what we want to be thinking about is how are you actually pulling in your ideal clients? Because then the delivery of it is actually going to land with the higher ticket clients. And if you watch any of my trainings before this one, you'll know that I shared this before. On the same day that I signed a $20,000 client, I also signed an one $11 client.
Right.
The reality was the $20,000 client was far less work. They were more committed, they were showing up, they had skin in the game, they knew they were going to go all in. The $111 client kind of showed up, did a little bit of it, wanted way too much out of it, and wanted this huge transformation. And the reality is, if you want people who are going to move, you need to make sure that you're working with people who are investing in themselves, paying high ticket and fully committed.
Right.
Especially if you're a consultant, for example, what you don't want to be doing in is going in with an offer that's low ticket and then saying, well, you know what, it's not really that expensive, so if it doesn't work, it's fine. You want to give yourself the best opportunity that someone's going to say, oh my gosh, this money that we invested, this 3,000, this 5,000, this $10,000 was the best investment we've ever made for this business. And look how we've seen on return on investment We've got to get her in full time. We need to invest in her bigger offer, whatever that piece looks like. Okay. And we've also got to be thinking with this offer was we're not charging for the perfect finish. Okay? You are charging for your brain, your expertise, your time, and your transformation that you deliver, even if it's being refined. And this is where a lot of people get confused, where they say, well, if I'm doing a beta offer, surely I should do it at an insane price. And the reality is, is, yes, we do want to do it at a good value price, but we also want to make sure that every single call you're turning up to, you're actually excited. Imagine if I told you right now that you were turning up to a call and you were getting paid $20. You're going to show up very differently versus someone who's paying you $150. Much like if you're showing up as a consultant, if your day rate is 200, but actually your day rate should be 500, the energy in the way you show up is really going to be transmitt, and therefore it's going to show in your work. So therefore, actually doing a lower ticket is not only devaluing your brand, it's making you not want to show up and do the best possible work. Okay? So you can also offer payment plans, you can offer founding member bonuses, whatever it is. But we're still leading with premium positioning, even from this early day. And that's one thing I want to make clear to so many of you, is even if you're starting out from day one, we want to be leading you with premium positioning. We want to make sure that people know from day one what your prices are. I was working with a client this morning, and she's been undercharging for so many years, and we're really trying to shift her pricing. And one of the biggest things she's struggling with is she's taught her audience that her offers are cheap. She's taught her audience that her offers are below market value. And therefore, now that she's trying to increase her prices, she stuck. Because all of these people don't see value in what they're getting because they've been undercharging for so long. And what we really want to be thinking about is from day one, whether you're restarting your business or growing your brand or wanting to shift, we need to position you as the authority, the expert, and the person that charges these prices. So even if you are doing a Beta offer, we need to be thinking about that. Okay, the next thing we want to be thinking about is how do you structure this offer? How do you structure a beta offer?
Right.
So what we want to be thinking about is, and this is how I would recommend to set it up. There's kind of three ways, three things that we need to think about. The first is the format, the second is the duration, and the final is the actual delivery. So in terms of the format, what I would be thinking about is what is the easiest and quickest way to deliver it?
Right.
What is the easiest and quickest way to deliver it? Again, as a consultant, it might be on a day rate, which we'll talk about in a minute. It might be on a day rate.
Right.
And you might say, right, I'm going to do two days a week. Because I feel like that is going to be a good chance for me to see. It could be that you start with three days a month. It really, really depends on how much you want to be giving inside of the smaller offer.
Right.
What you also want to be thinking about is if you were to jump from a three day, three days a month that, let's say $200, would you then feel comfortable to jump to four, three days a week at $350? So what we want to be making sure is that you're not overstretching yourself. Because what I see with a lot of freelancers or consultants or people going into businesses is they'll say, okay, well let me do three days a week at 200. How are you ever going to upsell someone into four days at 400?
Right.
You're already giving them so much. So with this offer, we want to make sure that the client is leaving, going, I want more, I want more. How do I get more of them? Same with the coaching offer. If you're doing one to one coaching and it's an eight week offer, don't give them a call every single week, give them a call every other week, every three weeks, leave them wanting more. And therefore it's going to be so much easier to upsell into your high ticket offer. So format is the first round. What is that that we're offering? Is it one to one coaching? Is it a set amount of hours? Is it? Is it? How does that look?
Right.
And it's easier to adapt and you'll start learning more. Once your process is clear, we can move on to. Again, thinking about how do we scale that? Do I then want to hire people under me to do the delivery Do I want to turn it into group coaching? But for now, the best way is to start one to one. It's the quickest way to get in, it's the quickest way to close clients and it's the quickest way to make it like, make it personable so that you can actually start getting that client some really good results. Step two is the duration, right? So I would say when it comes to a beta offer, it's around four to eight weeks, right? And the reason being is it's long enough for results, but short enough to make real good, fast improvements, right? You've got enough time where people are going to leave wanting more. An MVP offer is great if people are new to your work and this is a second thing to get them into, right? What we want to be thinking about is also something that they don't even have to go the MVP route. They can just go straight into this. Four to eight weeks is enough for people to make fast improvements, for people to actually start seeing results, and then once you're gone after the four to eight weeks, they desperately need you back. And that's the good thing about a beta offer like this is it's easier to get people into your work and then you can get them to renew and continue working with you. It's also quick enough that you can focus on one thing that, that they want to achieve in that time. Get those results, get those testimonials and then continue moving that way. The final thing we want to be thinking about before we move on to price is delivery. Okay, so like is it weekly zoom calls? Is it private support in Voxer, in Slack? If it's with a corporate business, do they want a Monday morning meeting with you? If it's with a one to one client, do they want telegram support? But actually you're not going to give them unlimited telegram support. Maybe it's just one. Once a week they have telegram support with you. Again, a lighter offer, a lighter lift for you. What you don't want to do is book your calendar out with beta offers and over deliver and feel like you're just exhausted for the high ticket, we need to leave a little bit of room. This is why I always say, I always say it's kind of like dating, right? And I don't know if you've ever heard this where it's like if you're, if your boyfriend asks you to do something, you're like, no, no, that's actually part of the, of the fiance package. You're still on the girlfriend package.
Right.
And so what we want to be thinking about is like, you know, before, if my husband had said something to me, I'd be like, oh, no, sorry, that's actually such on the girlfriend package. But in order to get that there's a, there's a wife package you need to get. He's like, what are you on about? And I was like, but that's the reality. Your commitment to me is what my commitment to you back is. He did not love that. But that's okay. We're now married. But that's the thing. What we want to be thinking about, right, is like they want all the commitment from you, but they're on a beta offer with you. They're on a smaller micro version of it. And if they want the big full wife package, they're gonna have to pay for your high ticket offer. And the way that you do that, as I said, it's kind of like dating. Like the beta offer is the dating stages, you understand? Is it a right fit? Is it good? And then they can go on to the bigger ticket offer. And that, that, that like upgrade from the beta offer to the high ticket offer is so much easier because you're not convincing them. They know your work. You don't have to show them a million testimonials. They are the testimonial of your work. And so that piece is really, really important. And then what you want to be thinking about is like, where do the resources tech get kept, right? Is it in Google Drive? Is it in notion? We don't want to over complicate full course platforms yet. You don't need to get Circle or Kajabi or anything, right? A beta isn't about the bells and whistles, right? It's keeping it simple and it's getting that transformation dialed in quickly. Like it's making sure that from day one, if you think about, if you join a bigger program, it's like you've got onboarding, you've got that orientation. No, this is getting people in day one and getting results as quickly as you possibly can. Okay. The next thing we want to be thinking about is pricing your offer. Okay. So pricing for everyone is often one of like the sticking points. And here's how I like to think about it, right? If your finished high ticket offer is going to be, let's say $5,000 for three months, let's say, like that's where you're at, right? What you want to be thinking about is cool. Could you do three months slightly lighter? So you keep. Sorry, like eight weeks, slightly lighter. And keep it around the 3,000 mark.
Right.
So it's not the full three month offer with all the bells and whistles and everything. It's like actually they get an eight week version with the same transformation, but it's just a little bit lighter.
Right.
It's still a significant investment, but you get it slightly cheaper because it's a lighter version and you're a family member.
Right.
So what you can start saying is when this is complete, it's going to be $5,000, but as a founding member, you'll get like, you'll get it for xyz even though it's a slightly little bit lighter. Something else other people do, which I wouldn't recommend doing this, but it's something that you can often do if, for example, you have a three week offer, sorry, three month offer with six one to one calls, telegram, support, everything. And you know that that offer is going to be $6,000, you can do it at a beta price for 4,000 for the exact offer. However, something I always find is energetically trying to jump from 4,000 to 6,000 can feel like quite a big leap. And what often happens is people feel like they need to add more to make it now valuable at 6,000. So I would rather go down the route of creating something shorter still with as much impact, but at a lower level investment so that they can upgrade to the bigger investment. That's the way that I would personally do it because I feel like energetically I would. I constantly felt like I had to add more and it felt weird having one client over here paying me 4,001 client here paying me 6,000. And subconsciously what you want to make sure that you're doing is every single client in your world and in your work has the exact is treated the exact same regardless of what price they've paid. So we just want to make sure that you're balancing that and energetically you're putting in the time and the energy where it needs to go. Okay, so the next thing we want to be thinking about is refining through feedback. And this is honestly something that is so, so important. So your number one job during this beta process is to notice these patterns. Okay. So they're like some specific patterns that are going to be coming up. So the first one is where are people getting stuck? So with the clients that you're working with, with the companies that you're consulting with, where are they getting stuck? Now, what I've noticed over the years of being a consultant myself and doing Freelancing and consulting and all of that is every single time that my clients often bring me in and they often get stuck when they are trying to grow. Because one of the biggest things is a lot of people build businesses that are not scalable. So what I try and do is I look at what point does this business break and what is the focus first thing to break. So for me, I know from the feedback that I've done, the conversations and the work that I've done, people are getting stuck here. So one of the first things I do when someone brings me on for a consulting, the first question I ask them is where is your business going to break? What is the first thing that is going to break in this business if we grow? So I know day one, if I can fix that growth problem, they're never going to let me go because I can help them grow and scale in ways that they cannot. Your clients are all going to be different, right? So where are people getting stuck for your client? It may be once we get to this size of business, we break. Once we get to this many invoices, our system breaks. What we once we get to this tax amount, we don't know what to do anymore. Once my once, once I get to the, to the idea of the business, I get stuck and I don't know how to grow it. Once I do the meditation for a week, then want more and I don't know what to do. So where are people getting stuck? And that's going to be such an indication to be able to then pull back to your messaging. So being able to identify where people get stuck in speaking to your ideal client is going to be so key. The next thing we want to be thinking about is what works across the board. What works across the board for so many people. And the reason that this is so important is two reasons. First of all, we want to think about scaling, right? So if we know what works across the board from a coaching perspective, we can start doing group coaching programs. Great. We can then start scaling. The second thing that we want to be thinking about, if we know what works across the board, we can train other people and we can start agencies, marketing agencies, social media agencies, consulting agencies. If we know where, what and what works across the board, we can then train other people to actually deliver and fulfill that work as well. Again, we get to be scalable. So knowing what works across the board is going to be key really early on. The next thing we want to be thinking about is what is unnecessary or confusing.
Right.
So what are you giving them that is actually confusing them more, right? So when it comes to portals, when it comes to logins, when it comes to telegrams, is it too much, is it too confusing? What are the things that you're giving them that actually they're not utilizing? That kind of become a bit redundant and a bit unnecessary, right? Thinking about those things in those places that we're giving to add value, but actually they're just confusing and your end user is not actually enjoying them. And then the final thing we want to be thinking about is how can you make it even simpler, right? Like, how can you make it even simpler for them? How can you make it even simpler to get that desired result? Because that is fundamentally why every single person is signing up with you. They don't care that there's 500 things to watch, they don't care that there's telegram support, they don't care how many hours you're doing. They want to know, can you get them the results? So how do we make it even simpler for them?
Right?
So what I realized, again, I was doing this when I was doing one of my offers maybe three years ago when I did a first, first, first beta offer. I noticed that so many people were struggling in week two. And I looked back at what week two was, and week two was understanding their skill set. So that told me that I actually needed to probably add another step in and make week two week three. So week two then became a master class on, if you don't know what the your skills are, this is what you need to watch and this is what you need to do. So by the time people got to week three, three, which was now, let's pull your skills out, I'd given them that step. Because what that then avoids is people telegram messaging me saying, hey, I'm stuck on week two. Can you help me? Because what I've then got is I've got five or six people all messaging me the same questions. Whereas actually what I was able to do is I put in another step and those questions massively reduced. And so therefore, it means it's much more scalable. Because in week two, when I used to have lots of messages coming in, I no longer have those messages. Messages coming in, because people aren't asking me the same questions. Again with you, for example, if you're consulting or freelancing, you may be getting to week three with a lot of your clients and saying, okay, so now what are the deliverables? And they're like, wait, I don't really understand what we're actually delivering because I don't understand what our goals are. Okay, so in week one on the onboarding document, we need to say, let's get really clear on what good and great and excellent looks like for you in the next three months. So then when it comes to week three and they start thinking about their goals and the deliverables, you're like, great, go back to that message and they can look exactly what they wrote down. So it's just thinking about how you take that feedback and how you pull all of that in to actually start building out this really, really solid offer that people feel like, okay, cool, actually, this is really good and really solid. If this is what she can do in week four to eight weeks, imagine what it would be like bringing her on full time. Okay, so what we want to be thinking about is all of those components together really build out a great beta offer that you can start doing. Okay, so the next bit that we want to kind of move on to is, okay, how do we actually build that out? Like, how do we actually pull that out? And the way that is the simplest is literally decide how long it's going to be, how you're going to deliver it, what the transformation is, and then literally sit down and be like, week one, I'm going to do this, I'm going to do onboarding, I'm going to do this. I'm going to get this information. Week two, I'm going to do this, I'm going to get this information. This is how it's going to work.
Right?
And again, it may depend because, for example, a lot of you who are starting more like offers that are more bespoke, like consulting and freelancing, there are going to be different milestones for each client. However, as the provider and as the practitioner, you are still going to want to have a set amount.
Right?
So week one of the every single offer, regardless of who it is, which company is, what they're doing, is onboarding. And this is the information you need. Week eight is offboarding and understanding how you upsell them. Then the bits in between can be a little bit different. But we want to make sure that overall, this offer has a consistent flow. And then you can start getting feedback on what works and what doesn't work. Okay, the next step we want to be thinking about is how do you actually sell this offer? So you're probably sitting there thinking, this is great, Emma, but how do I actually sell it? So what we want to be thinking about is we want to be thinking about the fact that this is not something that's just going to be for everyone.
Right?
This is not just going to be for everyone. So what we're going to think about, and I want you to have this in the back of your head, is like the beta, refining it and then being able to scale by upselling it.
Okay?
So we want to be thinking about is in terms of like messaging, we want to be thinking about emphasizing that exclusivity. Right? So limited spot, you're helping me shape the program, right? People love to be part of something bigger. People love to be included in something, right. Next is selling the transformation. So don't over focus on the fact that it's like a beta trial program, right? So we can talk about limited spots, but we really want to be selling that transformation. So like if you are a business that needs X, Y and Z, I have two spots available for me to work with you. And again, when we're messaging people, when we're speaking to people in our social media content, whatever that looks like is, it's like we're selling the transformation, but there's a limited spot available. Okay. The next thing you want to be thinking about is like positioning them as someone who's like really important in this. As I said before, people love to be part of something. People love to give testimonials, people love to give feedback, they love to be a part of something. So really be thinking them about as like co creators for this. Be thinking about them helping pave the way for other women inside of this space or other businesses inside of their space. Right? Really making them understand that their feedback is shaping the future vision of your impact.
Right?
And again, what we need to be thinking about is everyone likes to be involved in something important. Everyone likes to feel like they've been included in something and that they're really important in building out something.
Okay.
What we then want to be thinking about is how we then speak about it and where we speak about it. So thinking about, are there direct warm leads who have been lingering around your social media, have been in your inbox for a while, or have said, oh my gosh, I'd love to work with you like in the future, or they've posted something that you think would be of interest to start like a conversation with?
Right.
So what we want to be thinking about is where is that? Where are those warm leads who we think could be really good but might not be ready to make like the big investment in yet?
Right.
They might be sitting at the point where they're Sort of thinking, okay, I'd love to work with this person, I'd love to hire this person. We all, we don't quite have the budget to hire someone full time yet, but actually we'd love to bring someone onto the business for maybe like eight weeks to help with marketing, to help with consulting, whatever that looks like. Or it might be a client who's been lingering around your inbox for a while, you know, has wanted to work with you, has maybe not been able to quite make the big investment. How do you include them in something like this to make them feel like it's exclusive? They're part of the transformation. They're co creating something with you and really making them feel like I have been thinking about you. When I did my summer sprint in July, one of the things I did was every single time I was messaging someone and I sent it to people who I knew were kind of a bit more low hanging and wanted to get some support. I sent it to people and I really sold them what the transformation was. I didn't say here's a miniature version of my offer because I don't think you can afford to pay the full price. That was not the way I led with it. I led it with, I'm doing this for people who I really feel like the six weeks could skyrocket. Their business could help them go from xyz, could help them take from where you are now to where you want to be. And I was thinking about you the other day because of what you posted, because of our previous conversation. It's six weeks, it's this investment. We have three spots available. I would love, love, love to get you on boarded. Let me know how that sits with you.
Right.
And what that then did is it was personalized, but make them know I was thinking of them and it wasn't like a massively heavy lift. It was a low, lower level investment for people that I knew really did want to work with me. So what we want to be thinking about is are there people in your network that you know could benefit from your time? Maybe they don't know that they need you yet. Maybe they don't know that they need a consultant. Maybe they don't know that they need a marketer. Maybe they don't know that they need a meditation coach, someone that can guide them. Maybe moms don't know that they need a mom coach or that's even available. Maybe, maybe parents don't know that there's co coaches available for them in their teens. Maybe they don't know that these things are available to them. They've been engaging with your content, they're kind of seeing what you're doing, but they don't actually know what's available to them. So actually direct messaging to warm leads to people. The next thing we want to be thinking about is again, general social media posts with call to actions, short enrollment windows, right? Thinking, I'm looking for two people over the next seven days. I'm looking for two people in the next week, right? Really making people move. And this is something I always say to people. We train our audience to behave in a certain way. So even if you are building a new audience or you're building an audience on LinkedIn or whatever it is, we are training an audience to like to react and to move in a certain way. So what we want to be thinking about is how do you want your audience to move? Do you want to just say, hey, I've got three spots, comes whenever you want and that's fine, or do you want to say like, I have five, there's five days and I'm looking for two people and once they're gone, they're gone. And we want people to move quickly and that's how we train them. That is how we train them in knowing how to behave with us. So thinking about Instagram stories, thinking about social media, call to actions, thinking about the low hanging fruit of people who are potentially in our world already, right? If you're hosting any single kind of like masterclasses or challenges over the next few weeks, be thinking about would this be an easier lift than doing my high ticket offer? This isn't always a bad thing. We can get people into a beta offer and then upsell them into the high ticket offer. There's so many different ways that you can use this and so many different like strategies that will actually help fill this out so much quicker. So if you are thinking about doing a free masterclass or a free strategy session or whatever it is, you can also use this to upsell people into. It doesn't always have to be the high ticket offer, especially if it's your first masterclass or first challenge or first time doing something like this. How can we upsell people into that? The final thing that we want to be thinking about is great, we've got these people into our offer, they're super excited over deliver. We want to over deliver. And this is again where so many people get it wrong. They get invited into the beta, they hired, they sign a great, incredible dream client, dream company and then they kind of like half deliver because it's a low price. We want to be thinking about how do you deliver at a level that even, even if it is at a low price, we are still delivering like it's the most important thing. And this is one thing I say about everything that we do. I show up in the same energy to my free master classes than I do to the Freedom Circle. I show up with my clients who are paying me $111 for a private telegram day, exactly the same as my, as my private clients who are paying me $10,000. I show up exactly the same. Because you don't know that client at some point will want to upgrade that client sometime, will have huge success and go, oh, they actually supported me so well the whole time. Let me move into that, let me sign up with them, let me pay them a year in advance. Oh, I'd love to bring her on as a consultant for three days a week. She was so great when we were working on this project, when we were stuck on this project, provided so much value. We'd love to bring her in full time because she's such an asset to this business. But so many people avoid this part because it feels like we're working for cheaper. But actually what we're doing is we are showing people how fucking incredible we are. We're showing people how amazing we are and they're really learning about how we work. And then it's a no brainer to upside. I cannot tell you the amount of people that I have renewed, the amount of people that have joined like even in this, for example, a lot of women joined the women that quit the nine to five when it was just a six month mastermind, they upgraded into my year long coaching program. A lot of women that I've been working for one to one privately started out as like a telegram day offer, started out as a 30 day to business breakthrough and now they've been working with me for two or three years because I showed them that value really, really early on. And that is consistent whether it's a freelancer, whether it's a consultant, whether it's a coach, whatever it is. And whoever you are delivering to showing up as if they are your million dollar highest paying, they've just paid you $10,000 that client. That's how we want to be showing up. Even if it's a lower ticket investment, that's how we want to be showing up. And once the offer is finished, we then obviously want to polish the curriculum for the high ticket offer. We Want to make sure that the testimonials we can pull through. We want to make sure that we've raised our prices based on the feedback we've got. And then we want to be thinking about how do we upsell people into that higher ticket offer. And we can keep the beta offer going if you want, but a lot of the time that is used to upgrade the high ticket offer. So that's what we want to be thinking about.
Okay.
We really, really want to be thinking about how do we get people so excited. We over deliver, we give them the most phenomenal four to eight weeks of their life and they just absolutely feel like, wow, this is incredible. She's really overdone it. Oh my gosh, I cannot live without her now. You know, I had a client the other day say to me, which was honestly the most incredible thing I've ever heard someone say to me. She, we had a call, we were about to finish up and she said to me, no wait, this can't be the end of it, I don't know how to live without you now. And I was like, wow, I've really had an impact on her. And we then had a call a week later and she was like, I'm just so glad to have this call with you. I cannot tell you like honestly what it does. And I think a lot of the time when we've been working with clients for so long, often we can wonder, is our impact still enough? Are we still, do we need to add more? Do we need to over deliver more? And the reality is, is once someone's seen how incredible your work is and how you can work with them, they never want to let you go. Because finding good coaches, good freelancers and good consultants is really, really hard to find. So once someone has found you, make sure that they never let you go. Because as business owners, a lot of the time we're obsessed with getting people in the top of the funnel. We're obsessed with bringing in more clients that we actually forget to over deliver and we forget to actually support and fulfill our existing clients in order to make a six figure year. You don't need or six or multi six figure year. You don't need a million clients. You need the clients that are going to stay with you, that are going to pay month and month on repeat because they know that you have become an integral part of their life, of their business and they would not know how to run without you. Something I always say when it comes to consulting and freelancing specifically is I always make Myself irreplaceable. I always make my. And I know that sounds really arrogant, but it's true. I always make myself so irreplaceable that I know that that company or that person will struggle to find someone who can deliver the work that I deliver. And that is how you really become such an asset that even when you raise your prices, they do not bat an eyelid because it then shifts from, this is too expensive, from actually, wow, we're getting such good value, and, wow, we can't replace her. And that is really the difference between the coaches that are doing okay online and the coaches that are doing exceptional online. They make themselves so irreplaceable that people will continue to pay because they know that the results they're getting are absolutely priceless. And that's the big thing you really want to be thinking about is how do you literally make yourself so irreplaceable? How do you build such authority in that space that you are never going to be replaced? So that's what you want to be thinking about. Okay, so next steps to do. And what we really, really want to be thinking about is, okay, what is that offer that you're going to deliver? What does that feel like? Right, like, what does that offer feel like? The next thing we really, really want to be thinking about is, like, what is the time frame that you want to be delivering in it? Okay, so, like, what does that time frame? What feels good for you, but also, how long is it going to take you to get results? Right, because there's no point in building out an offer if it's going to take you three months to get results. And the offers are only eight weeks.
Right?
You want to be making sure, like, how long do you actually need to do that? So, like, what is the offer? What are you. What's the format? What are you doing? The second one is, what is the duration and how long is it going to take you to actually get that transformation? The third thing is thinking about, what is the delivery? How does that look like? How do you want to deliver? Again, no bells and whistles. Keeping it super simple. The fourth step is then thinking about what your pricing is, how you position it, and then the final piece is thinking, okay, how do I get people into this? Who is inside of my world right now that I can bring in into this offer? And you will be surprised when you start messaging people and connecting with people. You're like, yeah, but I don't think they're gonna buy it. How many people like, oh, my gosh, that sounds great. And you're like, really? Why? Why haven't you reached out to me before? Because a lot of the time people don't actually know what we're doing. They don't actually see those offers. Right. They don't know what we're available for, what we can be selling. So really, really important to make sure that you are reaching out and actually telling people, hey, I have this offer. Hey, it's going to be at this price. Hey, I'd love for you to help me co create this. Hey, I'd love your feedback. This is a no brainer investment. This is the test, this is the transformation that you can get. This is what's included in it. Really making sure that you can get paid to build your program. You're getting feedback from people, you're getting testimonials from people. It's going to make such a big difference into your high ticket offering. You're really going to get real feedback. Obviously we've done the market research, which is incredible, is the first step, but the next thing we want to be thinking about is how are we getting real feedback from people who have gone through your offer, have gone through your method and are starting to actually see results that is going to be so impactful and make it so much easier. When we're thinking about messaging moving forward, when we're thinking about offers moving forward, we're thinking about who we're speaking to. Once we have real life results, oh my gosh, everything absolutely changes and it makes things so much easier.
