MOUDLE 18: HOW TO 10X YOUR BUSINESS IN THE NEXT 6 MONTHS

A motivational/strategic training by Emma Naylor-Weston describing how to 10x a business in six months. It frames growth as a blend of CEO mindset, a focused 10x strategy (one scalable high-ticket offer, evergreen visibility, strategic conversations, funnels, and CEO-style metrics) and disciplined execution (six-month plan, daily/weekly routines, feedback loops and capacity-building). Emphasis is on collapsing time, embodying CEO identity, removing energy leaks, tracking lead indicators, and building systems that convert and scale.
10X your business in the next six months. And what this is going to look like is this is going to look like a blend of the strategy, the mindset of the CEO, and the quantum growth that we want to have. Right? So first of all, I want you to know this. That growing quickly and rapidly is not just for those people, the people we see on Instagram, the people who got lucky, the people who got viral. Right. It is available for you, but only if you are ready to think and act and lead a different version of yourself. So the last few trainings have really been talking about how to elevate yourself and how to get to this next level. Because the person that created your current results is not going to be the person that's going to create your next level or your next level reality. Right? And as I said, we've already spoken about that a little bit. So. So there are a few pieces and a few ways that I've kind of broken this up into. Okay, so there's three pieces that I've broken this into. The first is the mindset. So how to become that 10x version of you. The second one is the strategy. So what is the 10x business plan? And then the final piece is the execution. So what is the 10x operating system? And for each and every one of you, some of this may be more relevant than the other. Some bits may, you may know that you need to really lean into that. You may say to me, emma, I've got my strategy in place. I know what my offer is. My, like, my operating system's great. But the thing that's holding me back is the belief. The thing that's holding me back is actually understanding what those mindset shifts. And whatever you need to take from today, take. And whatever you need to leave, you can leave. Or you may find a blend of all three is super useful for you. So I want to start by jumping in around the mindset, okay? So becoming that 10x version of you. And there are a few main things in terms of like housekeeping that I always have a look at. Okay, so the first one is deciding to collapse the time, right? As employees or as people just living in this world, we are taught that there's a time frame that everything needs to happen in, right? You need to do this for three months and then you do this and then you do that. And a lot of that goes from, again, what we're taught. You do this many years at school, then you go to university, then you get your first low pay job, and then you have to climb your way to the corporate ladder and then you need to do five years or 10 years or whatever that looks like. In this world of the online space, those rules do not exist, okay? Those rules do not exist in this reality. So what we have to think about is if you say to me, right, in a year, this is where I want to be, why can you not do it in three months? You get to decide, okay? And collapsing time really means deciding that it happens now. Not when your branding is perfect, not when your offer is clearer, not when your calendar is less full. Right? And I want you to start by thinking about, and this is a great journal prompt if you love journaling. I want you to think about, if I knew that the 10 times growth was guaranteed, what would I stop waiting for? If I knew that 10 times 10 time growth was guaranteed today, what would I stop waiting for? How would you move differently? And again, this is a prime example of it. What used to be the women that quit the 9 to 5 mastermind, I decided I then wanted to launch the Freedom Circle, which obviously all of you in my brain wanted to wait until September to launch it. But the reality was I knew where my business was going and I knew what I needed to do. And that next step was, I need to launch it. Imagine if I had waited. Imagine if I waited, not only would I have left money on the table, I would have left the belief system on the table that I need to follow things in three month trenches. I need to finish this, I need to finish that. But what it has shown me is I get to decide what that looks like. I get to decide today if I'm going to launch something, if I'm going to do something, and I move in a way that shows me that is going to happen. So if you're in the process of thinking right, I want to launch my offer, I want to get it out there. Are you waiting for the perfect branding? Are you waiting to do this? Are you waiting to do that? How do you actually collapse that time? And that is the quickest. There's no magic formula. When people talk about collapsing time, this is literally what they're talking about. The next thing we want to think about when it comes to mindset, and we've spoken about this a few in the other trainings, is that embodying CEO level identity? Okay, are you showing up as a 3 or 5k a month freelancer, or are you showing up as a $50,000 a month business owner? The version of you who's already built six or Seven figure business, what does she say no to? How does she lead herself through slow seasons? How does she lead herself when she thought that something was going to pay off and it hasn't, that she thought a client was going to sign, that she thought the website was going to be done quicker and the website designer has taken longer. How does she lead herself through things when they don't go right? It's so easy to be a CEO and be a business owner and be on top of the world and the highest version of you when things are going well, when clients are signing, when clients are paying on time, when your Instagram reels are blowing up, when your views are skyrocketing, where every single person you're having a clarity call is signing up to work with you. But the reality is is who do you become and who are you when doesn't go your way? How do you lead yourself when things do not go your way? And if you're inside of my telegram group, which I think most of you are, I shared something this morning where I went out on a dog walk this morning and it was raining. And when I say I got soaking wet, I literally looked like I was in a wet T shirt. Concert and a concert, a wet T shirt competition. Of course I was wearing a white T shir. Of course I was because why wouldn't I be? And it was like see through and I was driving back and this like van driver was like honking at me. I was like, yes, I'm aware my T shirt is see through, I'm aware my shorts are see through, I'm soaking wet, I'm on a dog walk, right? And there was two versions of me. There was the old version of me that would have gone, this is so annoying, this is so unfair. I'm soaking wet and now my dog's wet, I'm gonna have to go home. And then there was a version of me that's like, okay, it's raining, what can I do? Absolutely nothing. Cool. I'll continue with my walk, I'll go home and blow dry my hair. And that is the CEO level identity of the micro things that we're doing every single day. When your coffee comes and it's the wrong flavor, your coffee comes and it's the wrong milk. Yes. It doesn't mean you have to accept it and go, I'm lactose intolerant but I'll have normal milk. Cuz I don't want to complain but it's actually going, oh, they've put the wrong milk in it and saying to them, thank you so much for making this coffee. Unfortunately, it's the wrong milk. Could you please change it? You'd have to get angry. You'd have to get annoyed. It's that CEO level of you where it's like, this is so micro and so small. I don't need to be worried about this. Similarly, in those times where you have a great clarity call with a client, you think they're about to sign with you, you have a really good call with a cut. With a corporate business, HR is about to sign and suddenly they don't. How do you react? And who do you become? Who do you become when things are not going your way? And that is the biggest, biggest difference I've seen with people who are running a small business and running a huge, big successful business. We've all worked with those bosses and managers and CEOs who absolutely have a meltdown when pressure hits. Right? They're the worst people to work for because they're constantly in fight or like fighting, fighting. Oh my God, this. And then you have the person, the CEO who's running a huge business and stuff goes wrong and they go, okay, well that. What do we need to move on? Those are the kind of people you want to work with, and those are the kind of people that are successful because the reality is, is they know there are circumstances they cannot change and they still keep moving otherwise. Right? So that embodying that C level, CEO level identity, not just in work, but in every single thing that you are doing in life, and then the final piece kind of leads onto this quite well, is cleaning up your energy leaks. Okay? So having boundaries with drama, whether that's family, whether that's friends, thinking about freebies for people who are unqualified. Right. We don't want to be thinking about a numbers game. It's not just a numbers game. Yes, it's great to have a hundred people show up for our master classes. It's great to have a hundred people download our freebies, but actually I would rather have 10 good people show up for my master class and challenge who are actually qualified. So thinking about what are you trying to bring in? Right? What we really want to be thinking as well is like cleaning up any other energy leaks. So like the smallest things like sleep, who you're speaking to, how you're spending your time, the conversations you're engaging in inside of work and outside of work, the drama, all of that stuff in terms of that energy leaks. And what we have to be thinking about is not only Is putting a bunch of unqualified people inside of your offer not the best thing to do? It's not just about strategy, right? It's energetically so expensive. And I shared a post about this earlier around $111 client versus a $20,000 client. And we all know which one needs more energy and which one is more energetically expensive for you. And that's one of the first things we want to be thinking about, even if you're new and early on and thinking, but I just want to sign people. I totally get that, but get something better out of it. I would rather you didn't charge someone but say, hey, I'm going to give you this freebie. They're probably not my ideal client. I'm going to give you this free thing. However, I want a video testimonial, I want a written testimonial. I want feedback from you that is far better than $25 going in your bank account. So thinking about how can you energetically make sure that you're not just leaking things out, you're actually getting value back from it. And I want you to really think about, like, you're not scaling or growing your business with scraps and pulling things together. You're growing with alignment, boundaries, with boldness. And if that's the level of foundation that we can build, it's going to make things a hundred times easier for you. So that's what we want to be thinking about in terms of the mindset, right? That is how we're going to become the 10x version of you. And of course, on top of that, everything else we've spoken about, the inner work, the meditation, the breath work, the M, like the master class we spoke about on meeting her, all of those things really incorporate into it. The second piece that we want to be thinking about is the strategy, right? So your business plan that we're really, really looking at. So this is going to come down to thinking about your high ticket offer, right? So we really want to hone in on this high ticket offer and really focusing on one scalable offer, right? So what we want to be thinking about is if someone was to think about you, what is the scalable transformation? What is the signature transformation that you give someone? For example, if I was to think of Emma, right? I'm like, oh, okay, Emma. Emma coaches with moms and she helps them go from X to Y. Oh. Michelle helps small businesses go from X to Y. How do you become known in that field of what you're doing? And that is not done by having 500 different offers and helping 500 different people, right? So what you need to be thinking about is if you can clearly explain the result you get for your clients and how scaling is possible for you. Right? So if you can start thinking about what is the results, what are the clients, how do I get those results to them? You are going to be able to scale. Because the good thing about that is we can then turn it into an offer. You can then start scaling it, you can then start selling it as Evergreen if you're working with 500 different people in high. I did that for a very long time. Every single one to one client I was working with had completely different desires. And therefore I never believed that I could actually scale my business. Because imagine all of you here right now watching this. I would be in a one hour, one to one with each of you doing completely different things. That wasn't scalable. My time is not. There's not an infinite amount of time for me. So what we want to be thinking about is how is that scalable for you? But we have to start with one offer supporting all of your clients in the same things. What is that? Signature transformation. And your offer needs to be simple to sell, easy to deliver, and valuable enough to be able to charge five times more, but also make it scalable. And that's what we want to be thinking about is how do we become known for this one big thing that we're doing. So one of the biggest tips I would look at, and this is going to be so good for each and every one of you, is thinking about what is the one big offer that we want everyone to get into. So every single person that comes into my work now, there are two places that they can go. They can either work with me one to one in my high ticket four month container or they can come into the Freedom Circle. So obviously I have two offers. I've been going slightly longer, I have two offers. But every single freebie that I do, every single event I host, every single thing I do up here is all leading back into these two offers. So every single post I make is for the woman who can come inside at the Freedom Circle or into my one to one offer. Every single reel I do, every single challenge I do, everything I do over here is leading into this. And that's what we want to be thinking about. Whereas before it was one offer here, one offer here, one. And none of them would speak to each other. And therefore I was getting all of these people into different things and never actually being able to bring people together. So that's what we want to be thinking about. The second thing we want to be thinking about is what is your 10x sales system? Okay. And again, this is something that we're going to be covering over the next few weeks, so don't panic if this feels a little bit overwhelming. But what we want to be thinking about is letting go of just launching all the time and doing all of these. Right. We want to be thinking about is your business is a daily sales ecosystem. Okay? So what we want to be thinking about is three kind of main things is the evergreen visibility, the strategic conversations, and then funnels, which again, we've already touched on slightly. So when it comes to evergreen visibility, what we want to be thinking about is where are you showing up? Okay, so like where are you showing up and how are we going to be repurposing some of that content? Okay, so LinkedIn content, weekly emails, reels on Instagram, who are we trying to speak to and where are they? That's really what we want to be thinking about. So we're thinking about evergreen visibility. How do we continuously show up? Something we have to think about is a lot of people who are just posting, you know, open cart for September and you can only work with me from September. A lot of the, a lot of the reels, a lot of the emails, a lot of the LinkedIn content is very dated. So by the time it comes to like October, you can't use any of that content because all you've been speaking about is this launch in September. However, if we start thinking from an evergreen visibility that people can join at any time, how does that change your reels? How does that change your LinkedIn content? How does that change your weekly emails? You become less rushed, you're able to nurture people better, you're able to get people into your ecosystem. It's not first email, they haven't signed up. Great, I'll get rid of them. Actually, you're able to nurture them because, you know, at different points of the year they can jump into your offers and work with you. The second thing that we want to be thinking about is like strategic conversations, right? So are you building a community where people can speak to you? Are you inviting people into your DMs? Are you doing enough market research calls to be getting in front of people? Are you having enough conversations with people? And it was something I was working on with one of my one to one clients about two months ago. One of the things I asked her was how many People, are you speaking to a day? And she was like, a day? And I was like, yeah, how many conversations are you having a day? She's like, I'm not. And then it clicked for her where she was like, oh, my gosh, I'm not speaking to anyone. I'm not speaking to anyone. And therefore, how am I going to be selling? And the reality is, is like, are you speaking to a community or are you just throwing reels out into the void, or are you pulling those people into somewhere to start? And again, we'll talk more about this further down the line. It's like, we know we spoke a little about community and nurturing, but it's like, how do we upsell those people into working with us? How do we get them onto calls? How do we get the conversations going? And then that final piece is thinking about funnels. Right. And again, as I said, over the next few weeks, you're going to see more trainings around funnels. So we're thinking about lead magnets. Great. We've done a lot of that work. But how are we nurturing people into it? How are we pulling people into our work to then go into a pitch to sell to them? And we don't want you to be doing that. And if you haven't already, go back and watch the training with Nisha. I'll tag it below where she spoke about funnels and about the journey and all of that side of things. Right, so what we need to be thinking about in order to 10x the sales system of your business is thinking consistent audience growth through evergreen visibility reels, LinkedIn content, weekly emails and conversion strategy, which is either strategic conversations or the funnels. Right. One without, the other is a leaky business. And I spent a lot of my time really focusing on the reels, on getting people into my Instagram, on getting people into my mailing list. But they had nowhere to go. So I was basically spending all of this time bringing in all of these incredible humans, but they didn't have anywhere to go and they didn't have anything to buy and it wasn't a clear journey for them. And that was the big leak in my business. And so I want you to really think about, like, what does that sales system look like for you? And as I've been on this call, I have a few funnels running in the background. I've just seen three people have signed up for a freebie that I'm doing. So actually, the cool thing about that now is I've got three people sign up I don't even need to message them because my email funnels are going to do that automatically for them. I'm also about to run another big visibility campaign again. They'll get into that and they'll fall into that. So what I, what I want to stop, what I want to stop thinking about is your business as just a here's my service. This is what it is. It's actually an ecosystem that we need to be running and building on. Okay. Then the final thing that we need to do in terms of the strategy piece, and if you haven't done this already, this is going to be honestly such a big game changer. Okay. We want to start tracking numbers like a CEO. And you may sit there and go, but I haven't made that many sales yet. Or I know what my sales are. I'm not just talking about sales numbers. I'm talking about lead indicators. So how much content are you putting out a week? Right? You putting two posts, three posts, four posts. Great. How many conversations are you having a week? How many people are sliding into your DMs? How many market research calls are you doing a week? How many messages are you sending for market research calls? I want you to know these numbers so well. I want you to understand these lead indicators, because then what that's going to lead on to is if you are posting three, four times a week, you're trying to send DMs, you're having conversations, you're asking for marketing research calls, and then we see, we can start seeing what's not working, what is working, and what's actually moving the needle forward. But without these numbers, we don't know what's working and what's not working. And again, I had a call with one of my clients a few weeks ago, and we just started increasing her visibility through leads, through reels, through campaigns. We were talking about this and she was like, oh, my God, my views have skyrocketed. I'm like, we're finally looking at the numbers. She was like, I've never seen numbers like this before because I'm actually seeing what's working, what's not working. And I'm not spending time on things that aren't working anymore. I'm not putting my energy into things that aren't actually moving the needle anymore. Right. And this is what I always say to people is like, most people aren't failing in their business. They're just not measuring what's working. And the quicker you can fail, and I hate the word fail because I don't believe. But the quicker you can fail, the quicker you can learn what's working and what's not working. And we see this time and time again, people still doing the same things inside of their business and expecting those different results to come, expecting different things to happen. And the reality is, is that's not how it's going to work. If we're doing one thing over here and it's equating to zero, then we need to change the thing over here. We don't need to change the result, we need to change the thing that's over here. Because actually that's the thing that's not working. And so we can keep saying the result isn't coming, but what are we doing over here to change it? And that's what we need to be looking at. But unless we have the data and the numbers, it's really hard to look into that. Okay, and then the final thing we want to be thinking about is that execution, right? So we've looked at the mindset stuff, the becoming 10 times version of you collapsing times, embodying the CEO energy, cleaning up those energy leaks. We've looked at the strategy, thinking about the one scalable offer, thinking about what that evergreen ecosystem sales system is, thinking about how we track your numbers. The last thing that we want to be thinking about is, okay, but how do we execute on this? How do we actually execute on this? So what we want to be thinking about is what do the next six months look like for you? What is the strategy and the plan for the next six months? And for some of you, it may be right for the next six months. Visibility is the most important thing. Great. What does visibility mean? Does it mean reels? Does it mean getting on podcasts? Does it mean doing collaborations with people? Does it mean increasing your mailing list? Does it mean starting to think about doing ads? Does it mean reaching out to more people, connecting with your network, hosting an event, whatever that looks like? For some of you, it may be like, actually it's just sales and all I want to do is sales. Great. Double down on lead generation, asking for the sales, actually trying to ask for the business, trying to get on calls with as many people as possible. For you, you may be at a stage of your business, which is where exactly. Where I'm at right now is like systemize what's working, automate raising prices, really actually like growing out that business. And for some of you, it may be actually, I want to redo my whole big offer because I feel like that's not aligned with me anymore. I want to optimize my offer, clarify my messaging, get loud about it. So what we want to be thinking about is what does that week then look like for you? Right. So is it one CEO day where you look at your offers and your finances? Is there two content and visibility afternoons where you sit there for two hours and you just do content visibility for the week ahead? And then is there one or two days a week where you're thinking about sales and delivery? And even if you don't have full days to do this, even if you have an hour a day, two hours a day, wherever you're at in your business, really be breaking down, what does each and every day look like? What am I going to be focusing on? It may be that you plan a month ahead and say, right, month one is to optimize my offer and get clear on my messaging and get really clear on that. Month three to four is like double down on my lead gen and sales and get on calls and do all of that stuff. And then month five or six is thinking about, right, systemize what's working, let's automate things, let's rate, raise our prices. Let's do that. And that's really what we want to be thinking about is what does the next six months look like for you? And it doesn't need to make logical sense. That's one thing I always want to invite you into. Okay, if you're at a stage of thinking, yeah, but in six months time, I'm not going to be able to do that. I challenge you to stop thinking like that and step into the what could be possible in six months when we set out a plan, it's not just, this should be easy to hit. It should be a stretch. When I worked in sales for a really long time, obviously everyone, I used to call them minimum targets. Right? I wouldn't call them goals. So what we would have is, let's say, for example, the target was, I don't know, 10 meetings a week. Let's just call it that. Someone would come to me and be like, I've hit 10, I've hit my goal. I'm like, no, no, you've hit the minimum. But yeah, let's celebrate. You hit the minimum. That's not what we're going for. The minimum is the bare minimum that we want to be hitting. And that's what I want each and every one of you to think about is like, what is the bare minimum? And what is the oh my God, Buck. Yes. Goal. What is the Goal that would make you be like, oh my gosh, I've hit this. And that's what we want to be thinking about. Not the bare minimum, but we want to have a bare minimum to make sure that. Cool, that's at least what I'm going to hit. Should still feel like a little bit of a stretch, but then the oh my gosh, big goal should feel like if I hit this, no one can touch me. I'm untouchable. I'm the best thing ever. And that's what you want to be thinking about. The second thing you also want to be thinking about is like that feedback loop. Okay. When you're running your own business on your own, it's often hard to get feedback, right. Like, it is often hard to get feedback because everything we're doing is on our own. We don't have a manager, we don't really have other team members, and if we do, they're usually hired to execute on tasks, right? So what we want to be thinking about is that feedback loop that we do for ourselves, right? So what, what, what we're able to review gets improved, right? So we want to be thinking about kind of like the numbers, but like weekly audits, monthly reviews, quarterly planning, really sitting there and creating this feedback loop for yourself, getting used to sitting there and auditing. What worked, what didn't work? Yes, we can also bring the numbers in, but it's like energetically for you. What worked, what actually landed right? What felt really good, what would we do differently next time? And so many of us just go through the motions of running the business versus actually sitting down and looking at that feedback loop. So I want you to sit down and ask yourself, like, what has worked? What has felt really, really good that I want to do more of next quarter? What feels really, really good? Like who I worked with, the conversations I was having, the rooms that I was in, the events that I attended, what felt really, really good for me, what flopped, what was a big fat, oh my God, that was a fuck up. And you will have those, and I invite you to have those. What really didn't work? What really energetically drained me? What did no one buy? What did no one attend? Did I do a masterclass that no one came to? Okay, why? What happened? I probably didn't do this. I'm probably that great. Let's fix that for next time and then we move on to what's next, right? What worked, what flopped, what's next? And the quicker we can start going through the feedback loop, you will become okay with messing things up. You will become okay with things not working out the way you thought they were going to work out. But without that feedback loop, it's really hard to know what's working and what's not working. And then the final piece that we want to think about when it comes to this execution, we've got this six month plan, we've got this strategy, we're doing feedback, we've blended in the mindset, the sales strategy, all of that is regulating your nervous system to hold more. Okay. Sophie, who was one of our previous guest speakers, and again, I'll tag her below the the masterclass that she did with us, one of the main things that she spoke about was like, you're not just building a business, you are building the capacity to lead that business. Okay? You're not just building a business as a side hustler, as a freelancer, you need to be building the capacity to lead it. And there's a very big difference between someone who just shows up and does the work than versus someone who's actually running a business. Right? Scaling and growing and 10x in your business requires a level of safety, not just strategy. And as I said to all of you in some of the other trainings, I've been speaking to a lot of like multiple six, seven figure and eight figure business owners. And one of the biggest things they say to me when their businesses started to skyrocket was they didn't increase their strategy, they increased the inner work, they increased the capacity to hold. They did the mindset work right? So you can't Quantum leap and 10x your business while you're on an emotional roller coaster, because stuff is going to go wrong. If you are moving so quickly, stuff is gonna go wrong. Which is one of the reasons why so many people don't want to move quickly. They want to move slowly because then they can control the things that are happening and not happening. And the reality is the quicker you move, things are going to go wrong. You are going to stumble on things. And it's in that moment where our brain goes, see, that's not working. You've done all the strategy, you've done all the frameworks, you've implemented everything. It's just not working. But actually stepping into that embodiment work and regulating your nervous system to hold more. One of the biggest things I've recently been doing, and it's something that I'm running for, a challenge that I'm about to launch. And one of the things that I've been thinking about is how will I feel after that challenge is over on, you know, on the day after the challenge or the week after or the month after. So what I've been doing is I've been grabbing my pen and paper and I've been writing down the date few days after the challenge finishes and I've been saying, oh my gosh, that challenge was amazing. This many people signed up, this many people did this, these are the results we get. Oh my gosh, this is so exciting, as if it's already happened. Because what I'm then doing to my nervous system is I'm saying, see, it is safe to hold this, it's Safe to invite 10 more people in, it's safe to sign 10 one to one clients at this price. It is safe to do that. And that's what I, that's such a good tool for each and every one of you to do is thinking what feels in the future. If you were sat with yourself in 6 months time, write the date of 6 month's time and write down all the things that have happened, not that are going to happen, that have happened. Because again, you're showing yourself in your body via scripting that it's okay and it's safe. You're visualizing what is to come. And as we spoke about in a few of the other trainings, you're not just like pretending and thinking, you're remembering. So when you do hit that, your brain's going to go, well, yeah, of course, of course it feels safe to do that because we already did it. Your brain is remembering it. So with all of that said, these three pieces are going to be the thing that's absolutely going to help you skyrocket your business in the next six months. And I really want you to know that it's not a lack of knowledge or strategy. A lot of the time that women don't do this is because it's their own power holding them back, right? It's the waiting for permission, it's the wanting to play safe, it's the getting distracted by just the quick wins and not actually thinking about the bigger picture. So what I want you to think about, each and every one of you who sat here is thinking about what is this one high level offer that we are going to be selling. And obviously in the trainings we've spoken about creating a high ticket offer, selling that out. But I want you to really go back and have a look at that and think, is this what I want to scale? Am I obsessed with this offer that I'm creating, Do I really feel like, oh my gosh, this is going to change the lives of the women that are signing up, this is going to change the lives of the businesses that are going to sign up. If the company's hiring a consultant, this is the offer that they want, this is the idea that they need. And I really want you to become so in love with your one high ticket offer, so in love with it that all you want to do is talk about it. The second thing I want you to think about is what is the next six months of your life going to look like? If we were sat here in six months time, which I will be for with many of you into the next trainings, what are the next six months of your life going to look like? And how are you going to move the needle 1% every single day to get there? And then the final thing I want you to think about, and we've spoken about this in some of the other trainings, is the version of you who already has the results. How is she showing up and what's she doing? Is she starting to think about? Great. Once this offers sold out, how do I leverage it? Once this offer sold out, how do I implement things in the back funnel? What is that version of you who already has those results? What is she doing? How is she behaving? Who is she becoming? Who is she speaking to? What is she doing? What are the actions actions she's taking? Because I want to be really honest with you, the next six months can be the most transformational season of your business and of your life. If you decide to lead like it. You have so many of the strategies, you have all of the tools and everything you need. Now what we need to be thinking about is these three big steps really continuing with the mindset work to become that 10x version of you. Really thinking about the strategy to become the 10x version of your business and the business plan and then thinking about the execution piece of the 10x operating system, what does that look like? So the next six months can and will be the most transformative six months of your life. But the conversation that needs to happen today is what do those moves need to look like?
