THE 6 FIGURE IDENTITY SHIFT

A coaching session for women leaving corporate jobs to build six-figure businesses. The focus is 80% identity work, 20% strategy. Three shifts matter: claiming authority, embodying your energy, and getting visible. Pick one signature offer, run it for 90 days, then build a simple client pathway.
To be talking about the six figure freedom, identity shift. Okay? So we've spoken so much around the strategy, we've spoken a lot about the things that we need to do. And actually the identity piece of being a six figure business owner is one of the biggest shifts that is going to help you from where you are to where you want to get to. Okay? So what I want you to think about, first of all is I really want you to think about what your current state that you're in. Okay? And you will hear me talking time and time again around thinking like an employee versus thinking like an entrepreneur. And so many of us have been conditioned for so many years to think like an employee, to act like an employee, behave like an employee. So what I really want you to think about, first of all before we jump into this session is this session isn't about hustling harder. It's not about me telling you to do all of these new things. What it is, it's about stepping into a new identity, a new strategy and a flow that makes six figures inevitable.
Right?
And one of the biggest pieces is that identity shift. So what I want you to think about is, first of all, clients don't buy the program first. Okay, yes, the program, yes, the offering is important. But what they buy into before that, to even get on a call with you, is your energy, your authority, your embodiment. Because you can have the best offer in the entire world. But if you aren't in the energy or acting as the authority, people are not going to be able to find you and therefore people are not going to be able to buy from you. So the three shifts that I look at to shift into that six figure self concept, the first one is, as I said, the authority. So it's owning your story, owning your expertise, and getting yourself seen mean as the authority in the space. That is one of the biggest things that so many of us do not do. We just become another person inside of that space. And actually we need to think what makes us different, what makes your journey and your experience different to the hundreds of other people that are out there doing the same as you. Because there are lots of other coaches doing the same, there are lots of other consultants offering the same. But what we really want to be thinking about is actually how are you making sure that your expertise is seen differently and that you are seen as an authority. And that comes from really owning your story inside of your niche. The second thing we need to think about, and you'll hear me talk about this all the time, is The Energetics. Okay, for so many years, and again, for some of you, this may sound so fluffy and so woo woo, but really listen to me on this. For so many years, I lived in the masculine, the hustle, the do, do, do. And I thought that that's how I would scale my business. And the reality is, is actually the energetics of embodying certainty, embodying confidence, being magnetic is going to make your business grow so much quicker than feeling like you constantly have to hustle. And this summer was a prime example of that. This summer, I worked less than ever before. But my energetics, my embodiment, my confidence, me stepping into that next level version was the most important thing. And it was the thing that was at the top of my list to do. And it came so naturally and easy because actually, what you have to think about is in order to be the embodiment, you just need to be the real, true version of you. And again, that's where so many of us get it wrong. That's where so many of us really, really get it wrong. Because what we constantly try and do is embody someone that we're not, or we constantly feel like we have to try and show a version of us that actually doesn't feel right to us. And we feel like that's what we should be doing. Again, because that's what, that's what the society has told us. That's what people have told us that we need to do. And the reality is you need to show up as the fully embodied version of you to attract those clients that are actually interested for you. One thing, and the way that I always compare it to is if you went to an interview and pretended to be someone that you're not, you're gonna get the opportunity. It's not going to be the right thing for you. Much like if you aren't body embodying the real version of you, you are going to attract clients that actually aren't the right fit for you. You are going to attract opportunities that are not the right fit for you. So actually, this is the easiest part that in energetics and embodiment work, but it's something that so many of us overlook because we're so focused on strategy, strategy, strategy, that actually we forget that the part that is so important is this energetics piece is the confidence piece is the fully embodied version of you. And then the final piece is the visibility piece, right? And one of the biggest things I say and the quickest way to shift yourself, if you are still in your 9 to 5 is how would you show up? If you had already left your nine to five, if you didn't have the cushion of your salary, if you didn't have the guarantee of your 9 to 5, how would you show up? Would you be posting more? Would you be doing more breath work? Would you be going all in on the embodiment? Would you trust yourself more? Would you be selling more? What would you be doing differently? Because so many women do not show up as if they've left the 9 to 5 already, and then they wonder why their business isn't taking up. So let me ask you this, and I really want you to think about this. If you left your nine to five right now and you had to make $10,000 or replace your income, do you think what you're doing right now is enough? Energetically, authority, enough strategy, enough? Do you think what you're doing is enough right now? And if it's not, I really want you to lean in and think about what needs to shift. Is it the authority piece? Is it the energy piece? Is that you're not talking about your offers enough, right? And then the next thing I want you to think about is, like, if you were already at 10k months, what is the thing that you would be doing more of? What would you also stop tolerating right now? Because that is the identity shift that we need to move into. Because there used to be a version of me, whenever I would go on holiday, I'd be like, I have to work all the time. I have to do this all the time. And yes, I'm doing some calls because I want to show up for my community, but I'm not doing it in a way of I need to make sales. I need to make sales. I need to make sales because my business is where I want it to be. And obviously we're still growing. But the reality is, is I stepped into that authority piece, into the energetics, into the visibility piece, because actually, I'm so embodied in the work that I'm doing, I don't need to be in that hustle piece. So I really want you to think about those three pieces, the authority, the energetics, and the visibility, and really think about out of those three, which do you really need to lean into more? Is there one particular one that you need to lean into a little bit more? Is it all three of them? Are there things that you need to be shifting? Know you need to shift, but you just haven't. So I really want you to think about that. So that's part one. The identity shift part two is the strategy, right? So identity is so powerful, so, so powerful. And so many of the multi, six and seven figure entrepreneur women that I'm inside of masterminds with and inside of sessions with, the things that they always say is 80% of it is strategy. Sorry, 80% of it is identity, 20% of it is strategy. However, we still need to have a really clear vehicle and strategy which is going to carry your identity into results. So the way that I always look at it is like the three part Runway, right, to like kind of thinking about your salary replacement, thinking about how you can really get things off the ground and you'll you, this is nothing new for you. For you ladies, you would have heard me talking about this before. What we want to be thinking about is the one signature offer that you can show up and sell every single day for 90 days. That's the first piece right alongside the authority, the energetics, the visibility. So what is the one signature offer that you're talking about that you're embodying, that you're selling as if you've already left your nine to five. That's the first piece we need to be thinking about. I was on a call with a new client the other week. Absolutely love her. She has an incredible business that she has 11 offers at the moment and she's very, very new to business. And one of the things that we were looking at when we were going through her content and her emails and how she was talking to her network and doing her research is she's getting on calls with people and they're confused. They're confused about what she does because she has so many different offers, they're confused about how to work with her, which offers for her. So what's happening is people are getting on calls with her and then they're going, great, let me take all of this away and figure out which one works for me best versus getting on a call with someone and saying, hey, here's your offer, here's the thing you want to do, right? So you may have an MVP and you may have a high ticket offer, you may have a mid ticket offer. Pick one of those that you are going to talk about if you want to sell out your offer. Think about which one you are going to show up and talk about every single day. The second piece that we want to be thinking about is what is the path of least resistance. So a simple client pathway, right? So it's one offer, but it's on one platform and it's one conversion Method, Right? So if you think about it this way, the way that most of you would have come into this offer is through a master class or through an ad. But all of those will be leading through one big piece and coming down into the freedom circle. So all of you would have gone through that route and come down into the freedom circle. Okay? Everything is held on one platform, everything is held in here. The calls, you, the conversations, the messages, everything is in one place. People purchase through it, people purchase on the platform. It makes things so much easier. So even if you are in the early stages of it, we need to be thinking about what is the easiest way, the path of least resistance that we can get people into your office so they're not signing a document here, paying something here, doing something up here, messaging you over here. We need to be thinking where do we want to keep them all? And for each and every one of you, depending on what your offer is, how you're delivering them, it could be slack. If you are a corporate consultant, slack is probably going to be your best friend. If you are running a group coaching program, Circle Kajabi are probably going to be your best friend. You're doing one to one coaching notion may be the place that you want to communicate. Plus with telegram, again, all of these are available to you, but we really want to be thinking about what makes it easiest for your client and where does it mean that there's a path of least resistance that they can come in. I remember when I first signed up with a coach that I worked with many, many years ago. I knew she was new in this space, but I absolutely loved what she was. She had me signing a docusign, then it was on stripe and I needed to go to Calendly and booking my first call and then we were communicating via Telegram. There was a lot of different things and it was fine, but it made me feel a bit like, wow, there's lots of moving pieces and for a lot of people that can be really off putting. So I really want you to think about what is the simple way to say, hey, here's the link. Sign up to work with me. This is what you need to do. There's also a really big thing going around in the industry at the moment of application only. I don't particularly like applications, application only programs. Just because I would never do an application and I say I'm quite a good candidate for a lot of offers. I would never do an application because I know that my time is super valuable and sitting there and doing a half an Hour application is not what I'm going to be doing.
Right.
If I'm going to pay you, I don't want to be doing an application. But for some people, that works really, really well. And for your ideal client, it might work really well. You may be super specific about who you work with and actually saying application only is the best way. So I really want you to think about what works for you. The final piece I really want you to think about is if you want to show up every single day, and I mean every single day for 90 days, talking about your offer, how long is it going to take you to out earn your salary based on your price, based on how many people you can serve in one go? Again, a lot of people will say, I want to leave my nine to five in three months. But they're selling a 300 offer, so they're going to have to sell so many of those offers. But they also don't have enough time in their calendar. So I really want you to sit down and think about what does that look like? What does that look like? So I can run the three part Runway to the salary replacement thinking about the signature offer and what that looks like for 90 days thinking about this simple client pathway. So it's like, here's the link, here's the link, here's the link, right? And then the final piece is thinking about what do you need to do to actually be able to create that really good out earned salary roadmap so that you can leave within a specific time. Okay. The third piece is the flow of it. Okay? So in my eyes, hustle is not freedom. Hustling every day, all day, every day is not freedom. And don't get me wrong, there are going to be seasons of hustle. There are going to be seasons of hustle. I'm not in a season of hustle right now. I'm in a season of relaxation, a season of freedom. I've launched all my offers, things are moving well. But that's not me kidding myself that there aren't going to be seasons of hustle in the next few months.
Right?
But what we really want to be thinking about is freedom for me is structure and alignment. So yes, maybe we have to hustle a little bit to get the structure in place, but then it's about how do we create a business that feels really aligned for us.
Okay?
So for me, when I think about like the soft CEO kind of framework, it's really thinking about the first thing is client attraction. Right? So are we spending so much time on content visibility, conversations, are we spending a lot of time on that? And actually we should be spending a lot of time on that because that's where a lot of your clients are going to be coming from.
Right?
So that should be about 70%, right? Is the client attraction, the content, the fun pieces, all of that stuff. 20 should be delivery, right? So what we want to think about from your perspective is if you are just replacing your 9 to 5 for another 9 to 5, right? Like if you're just saying, right, Well, I work 50 hours a week and now I'm gonna work 50 hours on delivery. You don't have a business, you have another job, Right? And I say that with so much love. Like if you are having to work 50 to 60 hours a week, you don't have a business, you just have another job, you just don't work for someone.
Right?
So what you want to be thinking about is how can you still serve deeply but not overwork like you are in your 9 to 5 now. How do you create freedom? And that might not be where you are right now, but we want to be thinking that's a future thing. So if you are sitting here right now saying, yeah, but Emma, I'm the only person in the role, I have to do all the consulting and the contracting and actually it's probably going to be more like 80% delivery. That is okay. That is okay for this era and for this, like this hustle era.
Right.
But what I want you to be thinking about is in the long run, how do we turn that into 20% delivery? Is it that you want to hire other consultants underneath you? Is it that you want to outsource some of the work? Is it that you want to start an agency? That means you actually get to do a lot of the client attraction. You get a lot, get to do a lot of the visibility, the fun conversations, but then there's other people delivering it for you. Is it that you want to start a group coaching program much like the Freedom Circle, where stuff is pre recorded and pre delivered and you don't have to be available 24? 7. Okay, so the aim that we want to get to is 70% client attraction, and that's the embodiment piece. That's the showing your life that's doing all of that piece. 20% is delivery and then 10% is the backend systems and automations. And to be really transparent on where I'm at, just so you can make a little bit of a comparison, to you, I would say in terms of client attraction, Right now I'm probably sitting at maybe like 50% in terms of delivery. I'm probably around 40%, right. I'm not at the 20% yet, but that's where I want to get to and that's what I'm building at the moment. So what I want you to think about is imagine you had three hours to work a day, right? Like you only had three working hours per day. How would you structure those hours and your business so that you could still hit 10, 15, $20,000 months? Is it going to be low one to one ticket retainers? Is it going to be that actually you have big projects and you outsource some of them? Is it that it's pre recorded? Is it that you hire an assistant to help you with Legion for one of your clients, you sell a full package but actually you outsource part of it? What does that look like? And again I'm saying this might not be where you are right now. You may still be in the trenches of learning how to do it, of delivering it yourself. Like I remember the first few years of business I was really working like 70 hour weeks. Like I was really, really over delivering, working with as many one to one clients as I possibly could. Now my handful of one to one clients is very, very limited. And group coaching is something that actually I'm scaling more. So I really want you to like on a way or not think about, oh well, that feels impossible because I'm the only one delivering in my business. So I really want you to meet yourself where you're at and think about in six months, a year' time if I only had three hours of working a day and I wanted to make those 10, 15, 20 thousand dollar months, what does that look like? And work backwards so that actually every single decision you are making today is leading to that. Now I wanted to share this with you because back last year I was solely focusing on one to one. I was only doing one to one. There was no group coaching, I was doing no consulting. It was fully one to one, right? And I had a great cashier, I had a great six figure year in my business. But what I realized was I had backed myself into a corner and I was not, not able to scale any further. I was not able to actually scale any further. So the biggest issue is really understanding, okay, what does this look like from a scalability perspective. And again, it may not be what you're doing right now, but it is something that you need to think about in the future. It is something that you really need to think about moving forward and how that looks. Okay. The next thing I really, really want you to think about is what this flow looks like. So it's the identity, the strategy, and then the flow. Okay, so it's the identity, the strategy, and then the flow. One of the biggest things that we often get stuck on is we go straight into the the flow framework. I need to deliver, I need to do this. But we haven't really sat down and actually thought about, who do I need to become to be that version? Who do I need to become to be that version that believes I don't have to work 100 hours a week? Who do I need to embody to realize that actually I can be in the soft CEO, I can outsource things, I can do all of that because I want to build a 10, 20, $30,000 business a month. Then what we really need to think about is, does the strategy work with what I am trying to achieve? And hi, me, last year, my strategy of just doing one to one did not match the flow that I was trying to create. It did not. It did not align with the business that I was trying to build. And therefore, at the beginning of 2025, I kind of had to burn my business to the ground with everything I knew and rebuild it differently from what I had learned. And then we can move on to what does that flow look like? So then we actually know what we need to be spending time on. Because what a lot of people do is they spend all the time on the delivery not realizing that actually they need to spend time on the back end so they can get things automated and systems and going. And they also need to be thinking about the cost client attraction piece. Okay. So one thing I really want you to think about this week when it comes to this is what is the single shift that you can commit to this week that moves you closer to that version of freedom? Is it that you need to start showing up as if you've already left your nine to five and it's okay if you haven't been? This is not to call you out, but this is to show you actually, when it comes to my content, when it comes to my conversations, when it comes to the messages that I'm sending? Am I showing up as if I've already left my nine to five, or am I showing up in kind of a way that's like, I'm kind of running this business and thinking about it? Is it that you need to really step into your expertise and own it? Is it that you really need to step into that version of you and really, really own it in a way that maybe you haven't before, in a way that you've maybe felt that you're not quite there yet. Is it that you really need to start trusting yourself for and trusting yourself more and knowing that making six figures is inevitable for you? What is it that you need to do this week to actually start shifting things? Because I was listening to a podcast this morning and so many of us wait for the big things to happen and it really resonated with me and so many of us are waiting for the big things to happen. Well, I'll you show show up as if I've left my nine to five. When I've left my nine to five, I'll show up as confident when I sign my first client that proves that this is going to work. I'll show up, you know, in certainty once I've got three or four people signed up to my office because I know that it's something I want to do. Because if I show up and it doesn't work, that's embarrassing. And it's not. The reality is, is you have to do that embodiment work, the visibility work, to actually be able to step into that next version of you. So you can have all the strategy in the world, which all of you do. But if we're not showing up, we can talk about our signature offer once a month and expect people to sign up. But actually, are you embodying that work? Are you talking about it every single day? Are you owning yourself as the expert in that space? Are you making the path of people buying really, really easy and simple, or are we making it harder? And this is what I really, really want you to think about this week and really lean in to what are the shifts that are going to take you from where you are to where you need to be? And I want to let you in on a little secret because these aren't huge shifts. These are actually really tiny micro shifts that if you make, you will see such a big difference. And again, I'll be totally transparent with you. The biggest thing that took me from like three to four thousand dollar months to fifteen to twenty to twenty five thousand dollar months was the identity shifts was the fully owning my craft was fully leaning all the way in becoming known as the 9 to 5 exit strategist was becoming known as the authority in my space as that. And that is genuinely the biggest difference between where you are and where you want to get to.
