TOP 5 BUSINESS YOU CAN START TODAY

A short, first-person YouTube presentation that lists five business models people can start to build a freedom-based business: coaching & consulting, freelancing, digital products, online courses, and e-commerce. The speaker draws on personal experience (recruitment, sales, training) to explain how to repurpose nine-to-five skills into freelancing or consulting, then scale into digital products and courses (one course referenced as sold for $33). The video emphasizes flexibility, passive-income potential (digital products/courses), and that founders can blend models to suit their lifestyle.

To break down the top five areas that I would be looking at and that I have looked at. And part of my business is made up of the top five areas where you can start creating a thriving business that works on your terms. So let's jump in. So the first one is coaching and consulting. Okay? You love helping people, solving problems, helping people reach their goals. This is such a good fit. So if you have such incredible experience of like navigating corporate environments, helping others polish their resumes, acing interviews, climbing the corporate ladder, offering coaching services around like career coaching could be an incredible place for you to start. If you are great at social media, at digital ads, businesses will pay for your expertise to boost their online presence. We could be looking at a social media or marketing consultant. Take me for example. I started my freedom based journey using my skills from recruitment, from sales, from training. I started out and took those and created a consultancy and became a consultant. Going into businesses, helping them on really, really specific things. And it took a few months, but literally within a few months I was earning consistent income, like much, much bigger income, but doing work on the areas that I specifically loved and leaving all of the other stuff I didn't love in my nine to five, I didn't need to do that anymore. I got to focus on the things that I absolutely loved. So that's the first option, consulting and coaching. And it's a big part of what I do. The second bit is freelancing. Okay. And this is something I've also done is taking your nine to five skills and offering them on your own terms. And it's such an incredible opportunity if you want the flexibility but want something that still feels really, really stable. So for example, if you are a recruiter, right? If you are a recruiter and you've been recruiting for a while, you can offer freelance recruiting services and support businesses when they get investment if they're not ready to hire a recruiter, time if they're on like a project where they need to be hiring 10 people and they just need someone freelance to come in. So let's talk, let's take a project manager as well, right? If you're a project manager in your 9 to 5 as a freelancer, you could start thinking about like project coordination for specific problems or for like entrepreneurs or small businesses who lack the time and skills to do it themselves. Okay? So freelancing really gives you the opportunity to take literally that nine to five skill set that you've got, have the flexibility, but also have the stability. Because freelance contracts are usually slightly Longer. So this has been such a big topic and something that so many of my clients have absolutely loved doing. The next one is digital products. Okay. So we're starting to move on to like less time for money and more thinking about like digital products. So this is an incredible way to create passive income because once you create something once, you basically just get to sell it over and over again. Okay, so this is similar to like ebooks or templates or principal planners or like for example, if you're a teacher, you can start thinking about creating lesson plans or worksheets for other educators where they can download these and actually use them in their day to day. So you create something once that someone can download as a digital product, as a template, a planner, whether it's like a fitness workout, whether it's like a wedding planner, a meal prep, whatever. You create something once and they can download it as a PDF and have that, and you just continuously keep selling it. Okay, you may have downloaded some of my free guides, you may have downloaded some of my paid digital products where basically it's a template that I create that you can download. And I keep making recurring revenue over and over again. The next you have is an online course. And this is also something I do in my business. So this currently is an online course. This course that you've purchased for $33 is an online course. And for me it was the best pivot in my business because it is one of the most scalable ways to, to start and share your expertise. Right. Because right now when you've just bought this course, I might be sleeping, I might be by the pool, I might be by the beach, I might be working, I might be in a one to one with a high ticket client. But you are getting the value in real time right now and being able to go through it while I'm also out things. So while you've been watching this, there have also been other people that have been purchasing this course and I haven't actually been there delivering it because this is all prerecorded and you're still able to get the most incredible value out of it, but it just doesn't require me to do that. So it means that you can create a scalable business. The digital products and the online courses are also great. If you are in your nine to five. That is super, super demanding. If you work insane hours where you wouldn't be able to offer consulting or coaching. Right now, you can start creating a digital product, an online course, and then move into freelancing and then move into coaching and consulting if that's the way that you think you want your business to go. The final thing is E commerce, which is actually like perfect if you're creative or if you love working with like physical like products. So it's not something I've ever done because for me I wanted to have a scalable business that I could work anywhere. And obviously like living in Miami, moving from London, we're probably also going to be moving to a different state in the next few months. So it's really important for me to have something that move wherever I go. However, handmade goods, drop shipping, print on demand. For instance, like one of my clients started a print on demand business with like motivational quotes and like mugs and T shirts and like it was something that was so simple but something that she was like so passionate about because when we first spoke she was like, I really want to find like T shirts and mugs to have in my home and to wear that aren't like super cringe. And like all of these motivational ones I found are like really, really cringe. So like she started creating that for herself and then people started seeing and being like, oh my God, like these phone cases are cool. Like I absolutely love these. Can you create one for me? And it allowed her to create them without needing to like buy the inventory upfront. So there are five incredible options for you. You've got coaching and consulting, freelancing, digital product, online courses as well as e commerce. Now you can pick a blend of those. So if you look at my journey, I started with freelancing, then I went into consulting, then I went into coaching and now I'm doing a blend of all of the coaching, the consulting, but also digital product and online courses. There is no one that you have to pick, but these are the top five. And we'll start talking about what you're creating in your MVP and it will become clearer on which route you're going to go down to start. So the next video might ruffle a few feathers, but the next video is going to be around things that you should avoid when you are starting your freedom based business.
