10 Mindset Upgrades That Will Completely Change Your Life

In this solo motivational video, neuroscientist and coach Emily McDonald ("Em on the Brain") shares ten personal "mindset upgrades" that she claims can radically transform a viewer's life. Drawing on her own experiences—diagnoses of ADHD and PCOS, depression, a psychedelic ceremony, a PhD journey, relationship struggles, and spiritual awakenings—she weaves together neuroscience concepts (neuroplasticity, brain‑generated reality, identity modeling) with spiritual ideas (manifestation, surrender, divine connection). Each upgrade is presented as a concrete belief or practice: (1) recognizing the brain’s plasticity and the power to reshape reality; (2) the dream only works if you act; (3) manifestation is a repeatable, real process; (4) our perceived reality is only a brain‑constructed slice of a larger world; (5) trust and surrender replace the need to control everything; (6) it’s okay to rely on others rather than stay hyper‑independent; (7) don’t let collective narratives dictate your personal reality; (8) be crystal‑clear about what you want and never settle; (9) others may love you but lack the tools to express it; (10) shift focus from "what to do" to "who you need to become". The video ends with promotional calls to action for her book MindCraft, a free virtual masterclass on the neuroscience of manifestation, and an in‑person tour, encouraging viewers to subscribe, like, and engage.

Here are 10 tiny upgrades that you can make to the way that you think and operate that will have a huge impact on your life. And I'm not just saying that because these specific upgrades that I'm about to share with you are actually based on moments from my life and mindset shifts that I've made to completely transform my life. And if you are new here and you don't know who I am and you're like, huh? My name is Emily, also known as Em on the Brain. I'm a neuroscientist. I've got 2 degrees in neuroscience. As well as plenty of years of research experience in the lab. I'm now a speaker, author, and coach to people in over 55 countries all over the world, and I'm here to help you rewire your brain, level up, and live your best life. So I do just wanna warn you because these upgrades are going to get a bit personal. I wanna share with you the very personal stories that led me to these realizations because I think, you know, it's one thing for me to sit here and tell you something, but it's another thing for me to give you super clear examples. And they really are so, so, so powerful. So I'm gonna stop telling you about them and just start. Mindset upgrade number 1 is that you have so much more power to change yourself and your reality than you realize. When I was getting my first degree in neuroscience and I was learning about neuroplasticity, which is the ability for the brain to adapt and rewire, and certain areas can strengthen, certain pathways can strengthen, certain areas or pathways can weaken, and The power of neuroplasticity and the ability that we have to rewire our brains. And not only that, but change our beliefs. And then what happens when we start activating different pathways in our brains is we can actually change the biological expression and the proteins that are being made and our DNA expression. Like, it goes so deep. But when I started learning all of this for the first time, I, it really was the first time in my life when I realized that I wasn't stuck the way that I was for so long, for so many years. I was in and out of doctor's offices. I was diagnosed with ADHD, PCOS, just being told all the time by doctors that I have all these problems. And I really felt that I was just stuck the way that I was for the rest of my life. Like, I genuinely just felt like something was wrong with me and I was just stuck like this forever. And it was a tough place to be. And like mentally, I wasn't super well, honestly, I wasn't. I really struggled with depression when I was in high school and even into college and I really struggled. And so when I first learned that, hey, actually, like, you can change, like, you have a lot more power to change your brain than you realize. And therefore, through changing your brain, you have a lot more power to change your reality than you realize. But the truth is that your brain is not fixed, and neither is your future. Like, yes, you have programming. You've been programmed. You've been conditioned by society, by the way that you grew up. And your circumstances are real, but that doesn't mean that they have to define you. Mindset upgrade number 2 is that the dream doesn't work unless you do. When I was in undergrad, I was getting ready to graduate with my first degree in neuroscience, and I had this birth of a dream to go get my PhD in neuroscience because I fell in love with neuroscience, and I was like, I wanna do this forever. And I loved— I was doing— I was not only getting my first degree, but I was also doing research in the lab, and I fell in love with research, and I was just like, this is it, this is my thing. I wanna go get my PhD in neuroscience, but not even that, I wanna go study drug addiction. to cure a drug addiction. Like, that was the goal, all right? I really, really stepped into this. Like, I'm telling you guys, when I had these— all, by the way, all of these upgrades are in order of kind of when I realized them or learned them in my life. And so the stories are kind of all like a string through my experiences as well. But after I realized that I had so much power to change, and I could change my brain, I could change my beliefs, and I could regulate my nervous system, I went to work and I started, um, listening to all these motivational videos on YouTube, just like compilation tracks. And I had this huge dream planted within me, this delusional dream, which I am a huge supporter of delusional dreams. And anyway, so when my delusional dream came of being, you know, going and getting my PhD in neuroscience and studying and developing and working on new ways to treat and prevent relapse to drug addiction, I realized that one, I needed to go to work. And this is actually a line from one of those videos, one of those motivational videos that I listened to at the time. It was, I can't remember who said it, but I have a playlist actually on my YouTube channel of all the different motivational videos that I was listening to at the time, because I was just making it for me. Now it's public for all of you. At the time, I had no idea that I would once have a platform. But anyway, it's in there. You could probably find it. But, but the line in the video is, the dream doesn't work. Unless you do. And there was this entire summer before I went into the PhD where I was working my ass off just reading multiple research papers a day. I had this 200-page doc ready to go for when I got there. And I was in the gym and I was posting mirror pics and the caption was, the dream doesn't work unless you do. So anyway, it was sort of my mantra. For the months leading up to when I went into the program and I ended up getting into the program. It was such a powerful time for me. And it really is an amazing reminder for you listening that you cannot think your way into a new reality. You have to act your way into one, right? Because your brain doesn't just listen to your thoughts, it listens to who you're being. Neuroplasticity doesn't just happen from you thinking different thoughts, although it does happen through that. It also happens Through acting, okay? Through taking action, all right? The dream doesn't work unless you do. Mindset upgrade number 3 is that manifestation is real. It is so real. And whenever I got into all this like neuroplasticity and mindset and, um, like neurobiology, whenever I started getting into all of this, I actually started to become more spiritual, I guess you could say. I really wasn't before that. I actually grew up going to Catholic school, and then after that I was super depressed, and I really struggled with my health, like I mentioned. And also people around me, close family members of mine, were also very sick my entire life. And so I rebelled against the church. Which I think a lot of people have that experience, but sometimes you have to find your own way into it, which I did. And I just share that to say I didn't always believe. I actually was the opposite. Like, I identified as like an atheist when I was in high school. So anyway, I don't anymore. I don't anymore. I'm a believer now. But when I started to study neuroscience, this actually was kind of one of the doorways for me into spirituality that I, I needed, honestly. Like, I had such a logical, rational mind that I needed a little bit of logic to get into it. And understanding the neuroscience of reality really opened my eyes and opened the door. It was kind of like the gateway into becoming extremely woo-woo, which now, if you were to call me and tell me that you talked to an alien on the phone yesterday, I would believe you. Like, I would believe you. I, I would believe it. If you were to say that you had a whole full-on conversation with God where you heard like the words, I would believe that too, because I have experienced that manifestation is real. And my personal example that kind of what taught me that for the very first time was getting into the PhD program of my dreams. So like I told you, I had this incredible dream of going and getting my PhD in neuroscience and studying drug addiction. And I looked into all of the best PhD programs that specifically had labs that were studying relapse to drug addiction, which, you know, it's one thing to go into a PhD program in neuroscience, but it's another to find like one that has a specific research lab doing exactly what you wanted to do. And I found that and I applied and I used all of the tools that I had been gathering because I became obsessed with mindset and rewiring my brain, like I said. And I started using all the tools— the affirmations, the visualization, regulating my nervous system, rewiring my beliefs, doing shadow work. I was doing like everything. I had, I had the— I developed the best morning routine, which I've actually created a video about. It's the same morning routine I've been doing for probably like 6 years. It's just that good. I got into the PhD program of my dreams. And it's so interesting because You know, of course I applied to multiple programs and I got denied from multiple programs. I remember when I would get denied, rather than feeling upset about it, my mindset immediately was like, well, one step closer to the program I am meant to be in. And so rather than having this mindset of like, oh, I got rejected, for me it was like, I fully believe that the program that I'm meant to be in, I'm going to be in. And so who cares? That mindset, like, I'm so proud of myself for having it. And like, looking back on that, I'm like, wow, like that was really another level. I was just so focused and my mindset was just so right that I just never lost belief and I never lost faith. And I kept the trust and the belief and it happened. And then I actually used the same formula. And whenever I was in the PhD program, someone that I guess had looked up to me for years, that I never even knew her, but she was one of my best friend's little sister's friends. So I did not know this girl. I did not even know she existed until she reached out to me and she was like, hey, I want to go get my PhD. And in clinical psychology. Can you help me? And I, I, I like to help people, so I was like, of course I can help you. And I, I helped her and I gave her the entire process that I used, and, uh, I, I edit— helped edit her essays, and she got in. And I— at, at— it was me getting in and then using the same process to help somebody else get into the program they wanted to get into. That was really what showed me, like, manifestation is a repeatable process and it's— and it works and it's real. And since then, I have manifested So many things. So stop letting your current reality dictate what is possible for your future. Your current reality does not have to be evidence for what's possible for your future. You could look back one day and be like, whoa, so much has changed. My life looks completely different in the best way. Mindset upgrade number 4 is that the reality you experience is not necessarily all that exists. Remembering this is so important. The reality that you are currently experiencing is not all that exists. It's really not. And learning the neuroscience of reality smacked me in the face when I learned how the brain constructs our experience of reality and how the visual system works and how over 99% of the information that arrives to the brain gets filtered out. Like when I started to understand all of that, and then when I learned the kitten experiment and how when they raised 2 groups of kittens in completely different environments. One group was raised in an environment with only horizontal stripes. The other group was raised with only vertical stripes. And then at the end of the critical period of development for their visual system, they put them into a normal everyday environment. And what they found was that the kittens that only saw the horizontal stripes, they'd jump up on tables and perch, but they wouldn't weave. They'd bump into the table legs and chair legs because their brains didn't construct them properly. And it was the exact opposite for the kittens that saw the vertical stripes. They would weave in and outta table legs, but they wouldn't jump up onto tables and perch because their brains didn't construct it. Properly. And so the brain is like, your brain is constructing your reality right now based on your programming, based on your beliefs, based on your emotional state and your memories. It's just so powerful. I remember, and this is gonna be a little juicy here for a second, when I was in undergrad getting ready to graduate, I had a psychedelic experience that completely transformed the way that I look at life and the way that I look at myself. And the spiritual realms like literally completely changed me and my life forever. I'll kind of talk about it a little bit, but you kind of like, you close your eyes and you go into this sort of hallucination state. Just to be clear, this situation or this kind of opportunity sort of presented itself to me. I didn't go seeking out like a psychedelic trip. I didn't. I was actually at my friend's apartment and her, she had 2 friends visiting. that she went to high school with, and they apparently like, they do like ceremonies for people. And this was something that they did regularly and they were talking about it. And I was like, oh, you know, I'd be open to doing that. And they were like, do you want to? And I didn't realize it was like an option for me to do it right then and there, but it seemed like, it felt like intuitively like I could trust them. And so I did it. Before I did it, her one friend, it was a very like ceremonial thing, which, and, and very intentional, which I much appreciated. And he said, you know, when you're in it, Don't try to figure out what's going on. Just surrender. Like, don't try to figure out what's going on. Just surrender. And anyway, so I was in it and at first it was weird and I was like, what's going on? Why am I being shown this? I don't like this. I don't get it. And then I remembered his words and he was like, oh yeah, just, just surrender. And so the moment that I stopped trying to figure out what was happening and I remembered to surrender. It was like, I went through this doorway, complete darkness, and there was just this buzzing, and this, that went on for a bit, and then this white-hot lightning bolt. That's how I describe it now. In the moment, right, I wasn't trying to describe it, but after the fact, this white-hot lightning rod struck through me, and it was like electrocuting me, but, and it was making my body super hot, and like, it was— It's really hard to explain with words what I experienced, but after coming out of that experience, and it took me a while to be able to explain this with words, but the way that I describe it now was that I was being charged up by the divine, and I felt like I was truly guided and protected. Like, I was not alone, and I was connected to everything. And ever since that experience, in meditation, when I meditate, not every single time I meditate, but if I meditate into, like, for a good amount of time to where I can get deep into it, I can activate that lightning bolt and it just like strikes through me from above down into the center of the earth. And it's like the most euphoric sensation. That's the best way that I can describe it is it's a very like euphoric sensation. My whole body's vibrating and I feel just very connected to the divine. And I've ever since then, like whenever I've like had conversations with like my angels or God, like I, I just feel very, very spiritually connected. And so I gave you both the neuroscience and this sort of spiritual explanation for that one, because I know not all of you are going to resonate with like the psychedelic experience, and I'm not by any means promoting doing that. If that's not something that calls to you or resonates with you, then don't. You don't need it. I've actually spoken with people that have done certain types of yoga that have had the same exact experience that I had, just in yoga without psychedelics. So it is available to you without it. Um, you can meditate or pray or do yoga, and this can happen as well. My point with all of this though is each of these experiences, learning the neuroscience of reality and then also having my like spiritual experience, both of these taught me that reality is not as it seems. And what we can see with the human eye is nowhere near what is actually there. And we know this for a fact because there are animals that can perceive different colors. Like birds can see the UV spectrum. There are other animals that can perceive heat maps or electromagnetic fields. Just so many different examples from nature of, of things like animals that we know can see things that we can't. So what don't we know? It's sort of like the ocean. Like we know that there's so much unexplored. Like we have no idea what we don't know. And reality is the exact same way. We have no idea what we don't know. It's sort of like a computer. You can look at the screen and you see the image on the screen of your computer, but you don't see all the wiring and all of the code that's going on in the background. You don't need to see the code. That wouldn't even benefit you to see all of that. It wouldn't. It would be distracting and chaotic and overwhelming. Same thing with reality. Like, our brains would fry if we could perceive everything that was out there. So our brains just shows us exactly what we need to see for our own survival, and that's it. And that beautifully leads me into mindset upgrade number 5, which is that you don't need to control everything. For everything to work out for you. When I did get into the PhD program, you remember that Google Doc with all of my ideas and everything that I had come up with for the whole summer prior to going? I gave all of that to one of the faculty members, and after that I was terrified. Immediately my trust issues came up, and I was like, you know, what if— like, what if he steals my ideas, blah blah blah. And I talked to my friend, my best friend that I actually made in my PhD, and she said, She was like, first of all, he doesn't even have time to steal your ideas. Like, he's so busy, like blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And then I remembered, and it really was this mantra that came to me after my psychedelic experience, which was like trust and surrender. Because remember, that's what my friend's friend had told me before I went into it. He's like, don't try to figure it all out, just surrender. And as soon as I surrendered was when the doors opened and this euphoric sensation came through me. And so I just remembered in that moment, like, I need to just trust and surrender. Like, what is done is done. I cannot change what's happened in the past. I can't change what I've done in the past. I can't change what anyone else has done in the past. I can't change, like, the things that I've chosen. All I can do is trust and surrender. And there have been so many times in my life where I'm gripping or trying to control something or stressed about something, and then I just remember, yeah, I need to just trust and surrender, right? Like, trust that it's working the way that it's supposed to, even though I can't perceive it with my human brain. I need to just trust and then surrender. Yeah. to the flow of it. Because at the end of the day, I can't necessarily control every little thing outside of my control. And so just remember to surrender. And so many things have also come to me. This is sort of like a little lesson in detachment as well. And practicing detachment has been a huge part of my experiences too, and very, very powerful. But trust and surrender really is my mantra that also helps me to practice detachment and sort of just let go of the outcome and remember that Things are going on behind the scenes that I can't consciously perceive with my, my little human brain. So just remember that you don't have to control everything for everything to work out. Mindset upgrade number 6 is that you don't have to do everything by yourself. Hyper-independence is not always a good thing. It is okay to lean on other people. I used to be extremely independent and I prided myself in that. Like, oh yeah, I'm independent. And there is such a thing as, as taking it too far and I was hyper-independent to the point where it hurt me because I felt lonely and I felt like I couldn't trust other people. And whenever I was in grad school, I had something happen in my family. I got some really, really terrible news. It was finals week. It was so terrible that it was before my last final, which was my neuroscience final, and I had 2 and a half days to study for it. After the other final that I'd just taken and I got this news and I just couldn't even focus. I couldn't study. Like I was just like so like devastated and confused and angry and upset. And it, it really did hurt my ability to study. And it got me like to the point where I literally just went into that exam and I was like, angels take the wheel. Like angels take the wheel because like I just didn't have the energy or the focus. And anyway, I ended up getting a 98 on that exam, so they took the wheel. So afterward I got into my car and my grad program was in Arizona. So I packed up my car and I drove to San Diego and I got this like little dingy, not even apartment, like one-room Airbnb. 'Cause that's, I was on a grad school budget, like I couldn't afford anything else. But I stayed there for like a week. Like I just literally drove to a new state and just stayed there alone for like a week. And then when I got back, I told my best friend what had happened and she was like, why didn't you call me? And in that moment I realized that I had never even thought to call her. I never even thought to tell her. I had never even thought to lean on her. I had never even thought. My first instinct was to drive to a new state and go be alone for a week. And I will tell you, I was, that was depressing. Like, that was sad. That wasn't the right choice. Like, it wasn't. But I just, I didn't know that I could. And this is really important for relationships and for your own mental health because we are social beings. Like, we need connection and socialization and time with people that we love and friends. And if you never lean on the people that you love, you're not giving them a chance to support you. You're not giving them a chance to show you how much they love you and care about you. And if you never give them the chance, well, one, they're not gonna feel like you need them. And feeling needed in a relationship is important. Leaning on other people and asking them for help actually allows them to feel needed. So there's that. But then there's also like, this allows you to like feel loved and supported too. So stop making decisions for other people before you even give them a chance to decide for themselves. Because they will surprise you. And remember that it is okay to lean on other people. Tiny mindset upgrade number 7 is to stop letting the collective narrative determine your individual reality. Remember, circumstances are real, but the circumstances that exist don't have to define you. Some people are gonna let circumstances define them. A lot of people are okay with letting circumstances define them, but you don't have to. You can rise above your circumstances. And actually that was a huge motivating factor for me when I had my dream of going into the PhD program. I listened to all these YouTube videos and motivational videos of people talking about their stories rising above their circumstances. And that inspired me and instilled the belief in me that I could do that too. And I'll tell you a jarring example that I remember when I heard this, I was like, ooh, that triggered me a little. And I feel like that's going to trigger a lot of people when they hear it in this video. So this is actually a quote from Abraham Hicks in one of her like rampages, and she was talking about manifesting money and abundance and all that. And she was like, you know, there's this limiting belief that like the, the economy sucks. And she was like, well, the, the economy doesn't suck for everyone. There are people out there thriving in this economy. And when I heard that again, I was like, whoa, I never heard it put that way before. And I'm like, I'm sure that's gonna trigger a lot of people. So if you're hearing this right now and And you're a little triggered, that's okay. I think this is really important for me to include in this episode because right now with AI, there is this belief circling, this collective narrative that it's never been harder to get a job. And while that might be true collectively, like the collective narrative is pushing that, it doesn't have to be true for you. I personally know, like my, one of my family members and one of my best friends That just graduated, they both just got jobs in the past like 2 months. While it might be true, and while circumstances are real, like AI is real, like it's, it's out there doing things, like I, I won't deny that. But what I do wanna call your attention to is to pay attention to where you are letting the collective narrative determine your individual reality. Because remember, being delusional like really means that you are living outside of the illusion, which is the reality of the norm. I knew for me in my own personal life that I wanted to rise above the reality of the norm. Like, I didn't want to be normal. I didn't want to live a normal life. I didn't want to live the reality of the norm. I wanted to live a reality of the unimaginable. And living a reality of the unimaginable means that you have to believe in the unimaginable. You have to believe in things that are outside of the norm. And this is so important because, you know, when my friend actually, when she graduated, she was on the phone with me and she was like, oh, literally at her graduation. The man who spoke at the graduation, the faculty guy, the special guest they had to speak at her graduation, literally told all the graduates, it's never been a worse time to get a job. It's going to be so hard. I was like, that's horrible. How's it not motivating at all? That stuck with my friend and she's calling me and she's like, I'm not going to be able to get a job, this and that. And I was like, hey, not with that mindset, you're not. You have to believe. Yeah, circumstances are real, but you have to believe in what you want if you want to get it. You have to. She had other people telling her, oh yeah, Yeah, like she had faculty members telling her it's going to be difficult, this and that. She got a job in a shorter amount of time than the person she was comparing herself to that graduated like a year prior. There are so many different examples I could give of this. Like, I remember when I was living in Miami and I thought it was just like such a horrible city to date. There's no one to date in my city. Like, but does that belief support what you want? Or is it a collective narrative that you're allowing to create your individual reality? Mindset upgrade number 8 is to get extremely clear On what you want and then never settle for less. The way that you get caught settling is if you're not clear on what you want first. And the example that I want to share with you here is when I manifested my soulmate, I treated dating like an experiment. I have a whole episode on how I manifested my soulmate, so I'm not going to go too deep into the details here, but essentially I had a very clear list of every little detail that I wanted in a partner. And when I met my fiancé, it immediately felt like home. And then Kind of whenever we got to know each other more, I realized that he checked every single box on my very long list, by the way. And this wasn't like a superficial list. It was a list of values and qualities and traits, but literally every single item on that list he checked off. Truly, I remember having a conversation with my best friend at the time and us saying like, it seems like he was made for you. And I genuinely feel this way even to this day. Like, it's like God designed him specifically to be with me. I wish that for every single one of you listening, and not just when it comes to relationship, but just for anything. Like, get very clear on what you want and don't settle for less. I have this mentality with everything. Like, I remember when I was trying to hire an accountant, I met with a potential accountant and I just didn't feel like the energy was right, so I kept looking. And now I have the best accountant of all time. Literally, he's amazing. He does more than what I hire him for. Like, literally, like, he does— he goes way beyond What his job requirements are. He's like become a friend. He's incredible. So anyway, never settle for less than what you want. Tiny mindset upgrade number 9 is that just because you don't feel loved doesn't mean they don't love you. They might just not know how to love you. Just to be completely transparent, I mean, I'm not gonna get too many details here because this person might come for me, but I don't have a relationship with multiple of the people in my family, like zero relationship. Haven't spoken to them in years and For a long time, I felt really sad about that. And I'm talking like immediate family, not like cousins and aunts. I'm talking like immediate, like nuclear family. And for a long time, I felt really, really sad about that. And I beat myself up and I felt like, why don't they love me? Like, why don't they love me? It was the mindset. And then I was working with my coach at the time and she said something that just completely changed the way that I felt and my ability to heal from it and move on. But she said, They love you. They just don't know how to love you in a healthy way. Like, they love you. These 2 people, they love you. They do love you, but they just don't have the tools. They don't have the knowledge. They don't know how to love you in a healthy way. That changed everything for me because it went from being something that I was like lacking and reaching for and gripping, like, why don't you love me? Can I make you love me? Can I try to explain myself? Can I be good enough? To realizing like, oh wait, no. They do love me, but it's just that like they don't even know how to love themselves in a healthy way. Like they don't know how to have a real healthy relationship. So it's not that they don't love me, it's just that they do love me. And so it went from me like striving for their love to actually it becoming a choice. Like, do I wanna be in a relationship with this person that is only going to ever be able to love me in a toxic way? Or do I wanna choose better for myself? And hope that one day they heal and learn. And I'll be here if they do. But that, that changed everything for me. And I remember I shared it with one of my good friends and she has an estranged relationship with her parents. And I shared my story with her and she was like, wow, that like helps me so much because she's like, yeah, like I feel like my parents don't love me, but they do love me. They just, this is how they know how to show love and it's not necessarily how I wanna receive it. And then It becomes your choice whether or not you wanna receive it like that. So stop making another person's capacity to show love a reflection of your worth. And then mindset upgrade number 10 is to stop asking how you're gonna do it and start asking who you need to become to do it. Who do you need to become to achieve the thing that you want? Yes. What you need to do is important, but a lot of the time we get caught up in planning, like, what do I need to do? What are the steps that I need to take? this, that, and the other, and you get caught up in the planning stage and you're like, am I doing the right thing? Am I, you know, am I doing— and then maybe you're working against the mechanics of your brain too, because your brain holds a model of who you are based on your past, your identity, right? And it uses that model of who you are to predict your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. So as long as who you are is different from what you want, like, and who you want to be, you're going to be working against the mechanics of your brain to achieve what you want. And so When I stopped asking, what do I need to do? And forcing myself to do it and procrastinating. When I stopped doing that and I just started asking, who is the version of me that gets what I want? Who is the version of me that lives the life that I wanna live? And I got very clear on the identity of who that is. And then I just became her. All of a sudden, the life that I want, the goal that I wanna achieve, it's inevitable. It happens by default because I'm so focused on the process of becoming who I wanna be, that when you become her, when you become him, you get it. Like, it's just, and then maybe you end up actually getting something even better than what you want, or even more aligned with what you want because you're actually way more in alignment than if you were doing a whole bunch of random tasks that may or may not get you toward your goal. So who is the version of you that gets into the relationship, that gets the job, that, you know, builds the business? Who is that version of you? What are their habits? What's their mindset like? What are their beliefs like? What do they do every day? How do they show up? What's their energy like? How do they dress? How do they represent themselves? And when you go to work on that and you just become them, then that's all you really have to focus on. You don't have to worry about whether or not you're on the right track or whether or not you're doing the right— no, like, I'm becoming the best version of myself. And when I become the best version of myself, reality starts to reflect the best back to me. And that's a powerful place to live. And that is all I have for you today. Like this video and subscribe. Really is helpful to like and subscribe, by the way. Also, I wrote a book and it's called MindCraft and it is officially available for preorder right now. So you can check the link in the description or on my social medias. It's just @onthebrain. My link will be in, the link will be in my bio to preorder. There's also going to be a link to RSVP and save your seat in my live free virtual masterclass where I break down the neuroscience of manifestation and reprogramming your subconscious mind. I actually go deep into what the neuroscience of the subconscious mind actually is. That's free and available to you, so click the link and RSVP if you've never been to the class. You should come. Every single time people come to that class, they are always just having like amazing transformations. Like truly, I get messages from people off of that class telling me about the things they manifest So it's really, really incredible. And then finally, I am also going on tour. This is a live in-person tour. Click the link in the description to RSVP for your city. Please do this because we are actually finalizing the cities that we are going to be coming to on tour. And literally one of the people on my team is like, dang, I'm sad. This one city isn't, isn't winning. And I really wanted you to come to that city because I have family in that city. And I'm like, yeah, well. No one's voting for their city, and if you don't vote for your city, we literally won't come there. So RSVP for your city. That's also how you're gonna get on the VIP list to get first access to the tickets. And for this tour, we are doing a bit more of like an intimate setting, so you'll definitely wanna be on the VIP list to get first access. Anyway, I am sending you so much love. I believe in you. I'm rooting for you. You've got this. Why don't you just go have an amazing rest of your day, an amazing rest of your week, and I'll see you soon. Bye! Bye!
