Before you go into your next workout, do these 5 things. I promise you'll have a kick-ass workout. Number 1, try to drink 1 full protein shaker of water 1 to 2 hours before your workout. And if you work out in the morning, just try to get some water before your workout, please. Number 2, try to get potassium and sodium roughly 30 minutes before your workout. This will help you get way better pumps while you're in the gym. Number 3, try to get 20 to 40 grams of carbs 30 to 90 minutes pre-workout. Number 4, Try to get 15 to 30 grams of protein 30 to 90 minutes pre-workout. And number 5, before you go into any of your heavy sets for your exercises, do at least 1 to 2 warmup sets where you're just trying to get the form and make sure you can feel the right muscle to help you build up to those heavier sets. Hope it helped.
