The next time you're doing your lat pulldowns, I want you to follow these 3 simple tips. When you first grab the bar, I want you to first put your hand above your shoulder, then move it a couple of inches out, and that's where I want you to do your lat pulldown from. And a pro tip, I like going with a no thumb grip so you don't wrap your thumb around. This way you'll actually end up feeling your back muscles work a bit more. Second, I don't want you to think about driving back with this bar. I want you to think about driving down towards your hips. As you pull down, I want you to slightly lean back and pull your shoulders down with you, not just pull your hands down. You want to have that slight lean back and pull your shoulders down as you do this pulldown. I hope it helped.
