Jev Images Completely Changes the Game (4 Crazy Use Cases)

In this solo presentation, Eric Siu introduces Jev Images (Jev 1.14), the newest multimodal capability of the Jev AI platform, and demonstrates how its low cost, high intelligence, and reduced hallucination make it valuable for both personal and business applications. He first shows a personal use case where Jev acts as a virtual sports coach, providing tiered feedback on tennis performance for himself and friends. Siu then walks through four primary business use cases: (1) AI Visibility Tracker – measuring brand mention share against competitors across sites like on.com, Viori, Atlassian, Salesforce, and Single Grain; (2) Homepage Audit – grading site homepages on UI issues and offering concrete fixes; (3) Screenshot‑to‑Opener – converting visual audits into concise value‑prop statements and calls‑to‑action; and (4) Own‑Gap Analysis – pinpointing specific on‑page gaps and recommending precise changes. Throughout, he highlights Jev’s cost efficiency (≈ $0.006 per run, under $20 for 500 M tokens and 342 k requests) and speed, noting that tasks that previously took weeks now take seconds. Siu suggests turning these audits into free tools for lead capture, using the AI visibility score as a teaser and gating deeper insights behind email capture. He also outlines a sales‑follow‑up workflow that extracts prospect pain points from calls, creates quote cards, and automates personalized follow‑up messaging. The video includes a brief Riverside sponsorship plug and a promotion for Single Grain’s AI‑driven marketing services. Siu concludes by confirming that the tennis coaching advice from Jev produced real performance improvements, reinforcing the platform’s practical impact.
Chapters
Jev just released Jev Images and it is a big deal for work and it is also a big deal when it comes to personal. So what it has done for me is for less than $1, you can pay Jev and it's a fraction of a penny and you have the insights from a world-class tennis coach. Like you can use it for tennis, you can use it for golf, you can use it for really anything that you want. You can use it freaking for cooking, you can use it for your basketball stroke, whatever it is exactly. All right. So as we are scrolling through here, you can see that they just released composable images. So they are, enabling multimodality for future Jev models. And then current, you can see that images are out. Okay, so what does this mean exactly? So Jev, they're talking about overall intelligence. So just look at this one over here. So you can see that intelligence versus cost. So the new Jev, Jev 1.14, you can see that the cost for a million queries is about $100, maybe a little more than $100 or so. And the intelligence, so higher is better, it's off the charts over here, right? So $60 or so comparing against the other classifiers that are out here. So it's way cheaper. And it is way smarter than these other models down here from a classifier standpoint. And then overall calibration error. So they tend to talk about how they hallucinate less. So you can see that the error rate is a lot lower. I was playing tennis with some of my friends this past week. And so I said, hey, S tier through D tier, I want you to rate our tennis game. Okay? So this is actually me in the white over here, but this is my friend Yaniv. And it's actually rating him on, hey, S tier, here's what you need to fix over here. A tier, here's what you need to fix. B tier, here's what you need to fix over here. And it actually just says that he tends to be at rest too much, right? Even when we're doing like a live ball game. And then I have my friend Gaitano in here and it'll show you like the different tennis levels that we have. And it says that he has the biggest raw tools in the group, right? Jumping overhead. So he has all these different shots and it actually tells him where he should be correcting and things like that. So this is pretty good. Like you would pay a tennis coach money for this. And I don't get this from my tennis coach. And I play a lot of tennis right now or I've been playing recently. Not so good at it, but I'm just saying that this is amazing. Like if you want to improve your tennis game, you want to improve your basketball game, whatever sport, maybe you're doing dance lessons, I don't know, freaking ballet or whatever, right? Freaking like any sport doesn't matter, right? So the cool thing is that works for personal life because now it has images, but now you can also use it for, you can use it for work, right? So Jev Visual Proof. Okay. So I'm looking at this right now. I'm like, okay, what are the different for plays that you have over here when it comes to Jev Images? So Number 1, AI visibility tracker. Number 2, homepage audit. Number 3, screenshot to opener, right? We can take a look at that. And then number 4, own gap analysis, right? Or own gap fixes. So I'm going to scroll around here. I mean, you just look at this one over here. So I'm wearing an on.com hat right now. Okay. So on.com, they're known for their running shoes, their tennis gear and things like that. So here we can see 6 out of 60 AI answers naming the brand. So 10%. Okay. So And then for Viore, which I would say is a competitor in the athleisure space, they're listed 49 of 74, 66% of the time. And Atlassian, we're talking about 78 of 79 versus their competitors, right? And then Salesforce versus their competitors. So these are looking at different types of brands over here. And then Single Grain over here, apparently we're only 3 of 68, right? And the most named competitor has 60% share. So then it gives you these kind of AI slot design You know, this UI over here and you can look into it. But think about this for a moment. From my perspective, because I run Single Grain and we help people with marketing, what about using this for sales? We can use this for— because this costs us next to nothing to do. So why can't we say, okay, your competitors list at 72% of the time. Okay, on your list at 10% of the time. Here's what we would do exactly to level you up, right? So you can see best running shoes over here, most comfortable running shoes for walking all day, right? And so, by the way, I didn't put these in here. I literally just asked Jeff to do it. That is a big deal because it didn't take me much effort to do this at all. This used to take weeks of work to get done, and you'd have to be— you'd have to have someone focused on this to do it, right? Okay, so then you can see Viori in here, right? And then you can see Atlassian, you know, best project management software, best issue tracking software. Again, I didn't come up with these keywords. I didn't tell it to do this. I didn't need to do the keyword research for it. That is a big deal, okay? So Anyway, you can use this as a sales weapon. You can use this to optimize your AEO or your AI visibility. I guess we're calling it SI now, right? And so then what else can you do? Okay, well, let's take a look at the homepage audit over here. Okay, we're looking at on.com. It grades it a D. Okay, why is it a D? 3.8. Top issue JEV flagged was email modal covers the hero on first load. Okay, so that to me is not such a big deal because you can just click out of it. Yeah. Viori, it says a C, 5.1, 20% off modal over the hero, no ratings. So I think in this case, maybe it's over-indexing a little bit, right? The, the, the pop-up now. Okay, who has a good grade over here? Oh, Single Grain has a good grade. Okay, Single Grain, the C, 6.0. This video is brought to you by Riverside. So I use Riverside for all of my recordings. So the AI features are amazing and the webinar features are amazing too. In fact, it is the go-to tool that I use when it comes to running my webinars. It is great for bringing people in. It is great for also live streaming. So I live stream it also over to Instagram. I live stream it to other channels as well. It is the all-in-one platform. I don't need to pay for any other platforms out there. In fact, I'm recording this right now on Riverside, so I use it for YouTube. The API is extremely powerful. The MCP, the API MCP, whatever you want to use exactly when it comes to running your work through AI. I virtually don't even have to log into Riverside much anymore. It's just my AI harnesses do all the work and it collaborates with Riverside. So using Riverside has made us way more productive. And because of that, it allows us to focus on making better content, which drives us more reach, which drives us more business. So if you use the code levelingup, just go to riverside.com to learn more, use that, and we'll give you a discount. You get 1 free month of the Grow plan. So we'll see you inside. Headline does not say who it is for. And then no name free offer. Okay, so yeah, that's pretty good. We should probably have a better free offer. Salesforce Piper Chat opens, unload uncovers content. Okay, no proof on the first screen, logo row starts just below. Okay, that's not such a big deal. So sometimes it might over-index. this stuff a little bit, you might need to calibrate it. But I'm impressed by this because this doesn't cost you much money to do at all. And so you go through this, you can try it yourself. Okay, all these things over here. You can draft a post for it too. Like I can probably make each of these little bits of content for myself as well. Okay, JEV is great for a homepage audit. JEV is great for AI visibility and you can use it for sales as well. This is the type of stuff that people like, right? So there's multiple ways to attack this. Now, screenshot to opener. What is one specific visible thing we can say to this brand from a sales and partnership standpoint? Or like any team shipping its own site. So you can see who this stuff is for. So continuing on here for number 3. So we can see that, okay, what a re-audit would look like after we fix on.com. So we clarify who it's for, value prop in 5 seconds, proof and trust, CTA strength, visual hierarchy. So take it from 7.1 to 8.1. AI search readiness, take it from 1.4 to 2.5. Other offer specificity, right? So that's fine, okay? And then let's take a look at this last one over here, own gap, okay? So it's calling out the gaps over here, okay? Hold the email offer until after the first grow, okay? Not bad. Fiori, move the 20% off offer from modal to the top bar, okay? Not bad. Atlassian, pull the customer logo row into the first section, okay? Not bad. And by the way, look, it's doing a little after mockup too. That's cool. Salesforce, open Piper as a launcher, not a panel, okay? Great. So yeah, you can launch it over there. You don't need this thing to pop up, or maybe they do want it to pop up. Single grain. Stop the product pop-up from covering our own CTA. That's actually a good one. I've been meaning to take that pop-up off for a while, right? Okay, three more gaps on our own site over here. Okay, promo bar on services SEO pricing redirects to an old guide. No FAQ on homepage. Dude, I'm saying dude right now because I haven't even seen this before. I'm literally just going to send this to my team afterwards and say, "Hey, please fix these things," right? Because I didn't even know these were issues. In fact, I should just say, "Hey, Jeff, just run the visual proof through my entire website right now. Use the API." And, and let's go, right? In fact, you know what, let's do this right now. Okay guys, I just want to show you, this is my own JEV spend, okay? So this is about 495 million tokens that we, we have gone through. We spent less than $20 on this, okay? We have 342,000 requests, and you can see here's who's running all this stuff right now, okay? So this is incredible to me because what I just showed you right now These things used to cost— this is less, and this is across everything. I'm not talking about— this is like what I just showed you right now alone would be worth $20. But we've been running for this for, for over 30 days or so. Um, or, or I mean, I guess maybe this is the, the, the 30-day trends. But if we take a look at it, let's just, let's just, just go all time over here. So all time, yeah, I'm at $20 because Jeffit hasn't even been out for that long. All right, I wasn't paying much attention, uh, attention to this one, but it's like, oh, free tool. I'm like, what is a free tool? Like, who cares? Like Free tools is like old news. Who cares about a free tool? And it's like, well, what if you made a free tool and you put in your— you can take any homepage URL, run the V2 audit plus 3 AI answer checks. So basically all the analyses that I showed you, what if I just gave that away for free on my homepage? In fact, I should do that, right? I'm going to send this video to my team afterwards and say, hey, use Jev to make a free tool to do the same type of analyses that you're seeing over here. Okay? So what are the gaps on your website over here? What are your competitors doing? What is that? What's the AI visibility score? And what is this going to cost me? A couple pennies. Why don't I just make this available for everybody? Right. That is a big deal. One more thing. If you are looking to grow faster and you need help with AI implementation as well as marketing, you got to check out Single Grain with the G. So singlegrain.com. This is where we help people build these AI marketing agents that help with ad scaling, that helps with SEO, that helps with cold outbound infrastructure and a whole host of other things that people need when it comes to AI. Just go to singlegrain.com. to learn more and we'll see you on the other side. Okay? So thank God I did this video because I would have totally just ignored this. Okay? So reading this right now, it's like, okay, here's your homepage grade from a free tool standpoint. Okay. Oh, okay. This is a real output. This is a scorecard on how we would rank on the homepage. Okay? So if we did a visibility audit, we would say, okay, your competitors here would be ranked over here. And then AI answers naming your brand. Okay, homepage score is this. Okay, here's what you need to do exactly. Here's the gap. That's cool. So what if we can give them a little bit of the AI visibility score and then the rest is covered up? The rest is covered up. To get the rest, maybe they have to send their email often and then they have to give their lead information and talk about some of their challenges. And so we can give them that. We can give them maybe 25% of it, the report. And then if they want the rest, we can reveal all of it. That's not going to cost you much money to do. So as I go through here, okay, Look, the cost of a Jev run is $0.006. It's not even $0.06, it's $0.006. That is— $0.01 would be a penny, okay? So massive, massive difference here. And then the own gaps, we kind of called out already, so that's great, right? Okay, so another cool use case here is pain moments. So let's say after a sales call, maybe it's pulling from Granola, maybe it's pulling from Gong, okay? So after sales call, it finds a line where a prospect named their own pain in their own words. Turns it into a redacted quote card, scores the card with Jeff, and drafts the text only, you said, and follow-up for the rep. So knowing the number one job to be done is filling the pipeline, knowing that we haven't really done anything to do that. And this is rolled out to 10 specialists and all of them already stopped using it because it's so clunky. This is like a B2B prospect. And so this is helpful. Why is this helpful? Let's say people get busy. The number one thing, or one of the top things I should say, when it comes to sales is that you're following up and you're reiterating. So the fortune is to follow up. That's number one. But you can't just say, I'm checking in all the time. But what if you're saying you're constantly attacking the goal over and over? The goal, the pain that they said that they had in the very beginning, you're putting it back on them over and over and over again. And not only are you doing that, maybe you're taking all the things that I just showed you right now and you're dripping it to them. Okay. Hey, look, there's this gap over here. We talked about AEO visibility over here. Okay, here's this gap over here. By the way, we're also seeing this gap on your homepage over here. By the way, we're also seeing this creative gap. So this thing can scan all of your competitors' creatives as well. Look at the offers that they're running. Look at the creative gap too. You know, it looks like you're off on creative gap over here. You know, your customer who is 10 times bigger than you, you know, they're running 10 times as many ads. And, you know, I just have to wonder, I wonder if you just cranked up the ad velocity, if you guys would, if you guys would be, you know, roughly the same size or maybe even bigger than them. Because nothing pisses them off more than that. But you see how this works? Everything I'm showing you right now can be used for marketing, can be used for sales, can just be used for working out, can be used for personal. You're just gonna get better at everything for nothing. What, $20 for 500 million tokens? And granted, they're not Frontier tokens. I get it. But the work that you can do, you might as well just say, I mean, this is real work that's gonna make you money. And I think that's a good thing. So we'll just leave it at that. I mean, I'll just leave it with one final thing here. I was playing tennis this morning after I got coached by Jev on Friday. Today is Sunday, okay? I was playing tennis this morning. The fixes that I made actually worked. The things that it called out actually worked. What did it say for me? Run up to the ball more, right? Run up to the ball more, be more aggressive, right? Attack more. And that's what I did today, right? So anyway, I will leave you with that. I hope you enjoyed this video. We'll catch you in the next one.
