Okay, we're gonna wait 15 minutes and then we will do a testing. Testing. I'm not sure if you guys noticed my hair color, but you know what? I'm the one who's cooking. Whether he likes it or not, he still has to eat it.
We are the three amigos.
Wow, I'm impressed.
Hey, did you do the thumbnail picture yet?
I did.
Oh, okay. We're not in the thumbnail picture?
Okay, we could do one. Do one now here. You have to come in closer. Ah, it's leaking! Holy cow.
Uh-oh.
Hello everyone, this is Nineth. Today I'm filming this cooking video by myself. Evan, he's in the meeting right now. He has mastermind once a month on a Thursday night, so, um, and I decided to do the cooking video by myself. Today I'm gonna make a breakfast meal. It looks like a quiche actually, but I'm gonna put some vegetable, tomatoes, pepper, arugula, and some parsley in there. What also you will need is egg white. That's the main ingredient for this quiche. I will also use salt, paprika, and pepper. I'm gonna put some dry basil in the quiche. By the way, I grew these basils on my balcony and I dried them. You're gonna have to grease your muffin pan. You can either use cooking spray or you can use butter or you can use oil. We don't use spray, cooking spray or butter at home, so I'm gonna use oil. First, I'm gonna use a paper towel to grease the muffin pan. I made this dish when Evan's parents and his sister came over for brunch one day and they liked it, so I decided to show you guys how I made it. First of all, you're gonna put arugula in to this muffin pan. You don't need a lot of the arugula because you also will put the tomatoes and pepper in there. So first, arugula. Just kind of fill up the muffin pan just like this. Doesn't have to be perfect. Next, I'm gonna add some tomatoes. It's super easy for breakfast, super quick. And then put some peppers in here. Evan doesn't really like pepper. He doesn't like cooked pepper, but you know what? I'm the one who's cooking. Whether he likes it or not, he still has to eat it. Next, I'm gonna put the dry basil. I love basil. Every time when we eat pasta, when Evan and I, we eat pasta, I always put so a lot of basil in our pasta or spaghetti. And then I'm gonna add some parsley. You don't have to cut it very fine for the parsley because it's just gonna go into your tummy anyways. Then, of course, egg white. I bought these egg whites from— if you can see, it's from Costco. They have egg white cartons. Fill the muffin pan up with the egg white. If you don't mind egg yolk in your quiche, you can also add egg yolk into your quiche as well. They will both taste yummy. As you can see, I filled up the egg whites almost to the top and I spread it out. Spill the egg white. Okay, I'm gonna wipe this now. Now I'm gonna add some salt, just dash it in. You don't have to add a lot of salt because if it's too salty, you can't really take away the strong salt taste. If it's less, you can always add it after. And I'm gonna add some paprika spice. I like paprika. Sometimes I put in my, um, my chicken. And bake it. It's tasty, very yummy. Last, pepper. I love the fresh ground pepper. Mmm. That's it. Now you just have to put in the oven. So before I start the video, I have already preheated the oven to 350°F. So it's ready. I'm gonna put the quiche in there to bake for 15 minutes. Very importantly, don't forget to set your timer. You don't want to burn quiche. Okay, start. Okay, we're gonna wait 50 minutes and then we will do a testing, testing. We'll do a tasting. I'm not sure if you guys notice my hair color. I just dye it 2 weeks ago. You can see it's purple. I love it. I haven't dyed my hair for so long. I think the last time I dyed my hair, that was 7, 8 years ago. The first time when I dyed my hair, I actually bleached the whole hair, dye it in blonde, and then a pink highlight, a red highlight. I love that, but I don't do it. I didn't, I don't do it anymore. It just really damaged my scalp. Anyway, so once it's ready, we'll get back to the quiche. While I was waiting for the first pan to be ready, I made another pan of the quiche. I was out of the egg white, so I beat up the whole egg. I'm not sure if you can see, As you can see, it's a little bit yellow, but we'll see when this is ready. So I'm gonna put this one in and then take the other one out. Okay, let's see if it's good. It's a little runny. Actually, it's a little runny. I'm gonna put it in for another 2 to 3 minutes. I don't know why. Last time I bake it for 15 minutes and it was perfect. Maybe because last time I used only spinach and tomatoes. This time I add more vegetables, so we'll see. Okay, so I actually let it bake for another 5 minutes, so total bake for 20 minutes at 350°C. So let's take it out. So this is how it looks like. Evan's not here, so I'm gonna do the tasting by myself. Or maybe when he gets back, I'm gonna let him have some. And he will let you know whether it's good or not. Mm, yummy, I like it. I like it more this time than the last time because there's more flavor, the basil, the paprika flavor, I like it. Okay, I'm gonna take everything out and put it on the plate for Evan to try. I just thought of something while I was taking out the vegetable quiche. You could also add bacon bits in this quiche if you want. Some people might be vegetarian or they don't want to have any meat, so just vegetable, it's fine. Or you can add bacon bits, whatever you guys want. Okay, I'm gonna leave these for Evan to try, and we will record how he likes the, the dish.
We are the three amigos!
Wow, I'm impressed!
Where were you? You're at school! Over here, over here.
Please come in.
That was great. We just finished the meeting.
I didn't expect we have guests coming.
It's 11 at night almost here. We gotta get these guys home.
Were we invited?
No, they made their own way in. We crashed.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, you guys crashed.
It's okay, you know, entrepreneurs. You smelled it from the street and you had to come up.
Yeah, anyways, I was waiting for Evan to try to test.
I noticed there are different colors, so I'm trying to understand.
Yeah, okay, the reason why there are two different colors, because I ran out of egg white. Because I bought only egg white for this quiche thing. Yeah, so I ran out of egg white, so I just beat a few eggs with the egg yolk. That's why this, this is egg white. The, the yellow one, it's the whole egg.
Okay, okay. What, where's the fork? You don't need a fork. You're just gonna pull that out?
Stick your fingers.
You go. After you. I'm going with this one. I'm gonna try the whole egg. All right, are we gonna cheers? Cheers! Got it.
Yeah.
Oh yeah, we just had all that sushi, man.
It's good stuff.
That is really good. You want to cook for our next mastermind meal? We could eat sushi. I could eat this.
It's very good. It's good? You guys like it? Yeah, yeah. Yay!
Can I have more? Is that good?
Yeah, yeah, if you want more, take it home.
I'm gonna take one more. One home, one home. Okay, try this one here. Take them home. I'm gonna eat tomorrow anyways.
