Good morning, everybody. Happy Tuesday. How you doing? It's great to be back. It's time for gratitude journal, livestream number 37. I shaved. Getting used to the smooth face again. We do this daily because it's important to think about the things that you're grateful for. Look at any happiness study, you're going to see consistently that gratitude is on the list of the things that make people happy. And so we need happier entrepreneurs. I believe entrepreneurs are going to solve all the major problems of the world, and we need happy entrepreneurs to help us get there. It's important that it's consistent, that it's daily, right? You're here with me. Do it every day with me if you want. Otherwise, do it on your own, but make it a daily practice. And then again, ask yourself why. Why is this important to me? Why do I care so much about it? If you want to get the benefits of gratitude, then you have to feel it emotionally. You have to actually feel grateful for it. So I'm gonna share 3 things I'm grateful for today. You guys in the live chat, share it up. I already see some people sharing their 3 things. And for those of you guys watching it afterwards, leave it in the comments, leave it down below. Do it daily. I promise you, do it consistently, you'll feel the benefits. So me, I'm gonna start it off. I'm grateful for the experiments that we've been running. This live channel has been an experiment. I did two things at once. One was do the live channel where I do the gratitude stream, I do most of my Hangouts for people who want to join in live and get in and ask questions. It's a little exclusive group. And then on my main channel, I've been limiting notifications to one per day. Picking the video that I think will do the best and picking one notification goal per day and then relying on the related videos to promote the other ones. And everybody told me that it was a crazy strategy, that it would probably hurt my channel to try it, but it would probably hurt the channel from YouTube experts and people at YouTube. So far it's actually been working pretty well. We had a monster day yesterday. So we'll see. It's still too early to claim victory that this is the path that I'm going to continue on. But I love trying things. Even if people tell you that it's a crazy thing to do, just try it. What's the worst that's going to happen? You just go back to what you were doing before. That's okay, I can deal with that. What's worse is not knowing. And so I'm grateful for experimentation. Number 2, super grateful for Halloween. We had an awesome time last night. We scouted the neighborhood, because we live in a condo, so they don't do Halloween trick-or-treating in condos, at least here. So we scouted neighborhoods, fire starting about 2 weeks ago, looking for, okay, which neighbor has to put it out. Last night Hayden was super pumped. He went as a jester, evil jester, something crazy. Picked up tons of candy, caught some Halloween Pokémon, and it was a lot of fun. It was a lot of fun. It's a fun tradition. I love the traditions. We had a good time. And number 3, I'm grateful for Nina, my wife. This is her. That's me. That's her. Yesterday was a pretty rushed and stressful day for her. She had a busy day at work and then had to leave and rush home here so we can go get Hayden from his camp, he's doing boxing. And then we had to rush to go eat and then rush to get to the neighborhood before the sun kind of went down. And then we had to rush to go trick-or-treating, and then we had to rush to get Hayden to sleep so he wasn't super burnt out for today at school. And then she had to rush to go see her parents because her dad was off work, and then rushed to came back, and she caught a little bit of a fever in that process. And then we relaxed a little bit and watched an episode of Arrow, catching up on some old episodes. So Nina had a super kind of stressful night last night, and, you know, didn't complain too much about it, so I'm grateful for all the effort and love and energy there. So those are my 3 things. I'm grateful for experiments, I'm grateful for Halloween and I'm grateful for Nina last night. I'm going to get to you guys in the live chat, so leave it up, what are the 3 things that you are grateful for today? Let's see who we have. J-Rise, what are you grateful for? He kicked us off, I love it. Zeno, Zeno is back. Zeno is back after missing the magic unicorn ninja episode yesterday because of daylight savings. He is back. Taking the gratitude, feel it and share it. I love that. I love that. Oh, apparently Zainab and JRise posted both at the same time. I love it. JRise is thankful for wikis and the abundance of information at our fingertips. I love it. For the wealth of resources nature provides us, air, water, and sun. For journalists spreading the world's stories, especially positive ones. Not enough journalists spreading positive stories, but I agree. Zeno, I'm grateful for a warm and safe home. Two, the beautiful green, brown, yellow leaves that I can see when I look out my window. 100%, man, fall is beautiful. Nina and I have spent the past couple weekends going out to different fall hikes, just some beautiful areas around. Outside of Toronto to go hiking, look out, and just see the trees. Great time for that. And 3, where's 3? Mobile internet, which gives me access to information and other stuff wherever I am. Very cool. J-Rice is also grateful for warm and safe home, autumn leaves, and mobile net. I love it. What else do we have? What else do we have? Special guest today, right? Yes, special guest in the Twitch. Live stream in 4 minutes. We're going to have a special guest there. Stay tuned, very exciting. Nutrition Builder, good morning y'all. I'm grateful that I was born in the amazing year of the dragon for this amazing oatmeal fruit nut combo I'm about to eat. In for electricity. Oatmeal fruit nut combo. Year of the dragon, what am I? I'm a monkey. Is it year of the monkey?
