Who's Evan Carmichael?
Celebrity.
What message do you have for the people?
It's good to sit down.
Your time is important. Nina got me drunk, but Nina felt great, and that's what good husbands do. Okay, we're gonna stop the video right there. Update: last night we were supposed to go dancing, but Nina passed out at like 8 o'clock, so we started watching a movie and she was reading a book and she passed out. She woke up briefly at 11 or something. I said, okay, you ready to go dancing? Uh-huh. And then she passed out again. So Evan was basically by himself last night, and we decided we'd sleep in because there's not a lot to do in St. Croix, and so we're gonna go get some breakfast. Although it's really late. What time is it? We got off the boat— we're usually up and off the boat at just past 8, and it's 10. We're still on the boat. But Nina felt great because she slept well, and she's really happy, and that's worth it, I think, right? Good. So breakfast and then get off the boat. So it looks like we're the only cruise ship in town. Yeah, which is strange, right? Every other ports had multiple ships. It's gonna be a sleepy day, probably. Maybe Nina needs another nap. Nap on the beach for 5 hours. Yeah, maybe. We'll see, we'll see. We're gonna go explore. So we're on one of the main streets here in St. Croix, King Street, and it's totally empty. Because they're getting ready for a parade. It's 11:30 right now, and, uh, we asked, what time is it starting? It's supposed to be 10 o'clock. I don't think I could handle this island time thing. I hate wasting time and something being hours late. How about you?
Yeah, I have no patience.
No patience. Liam needs it right now. I'm training Alex, who's the new guy who I hired to help me with Carnaval de Salsa. His punctuality isn't always great, which bothers me because it's also my time, right? It's not just his time, it's my You gotta show up, be on time or early so I'm not wasting my time with you. The next time that he's more than 5 minutes late, I'm locking the door. I'm locking the door. I'm not letting him in. That's it. Alex, you've been warned. If you're watching this, you've been warned. If you're late, I'm locking the door. You just gotta make it a priority, right? Like when you go to an airport, you know the airplane's gonna leave at a certain time, or— yeah, they're not gonna wait for you. Why do we allow people to be late for us? Your time is important. Lock people out if they're late. That's it. New plan. You're late for meeting with me, you're locked out. Lock the people out of your lives if they disrespect your time.
Hey, what about when we first started dating?
I know, I bent the rule for her. She kept me waiting for like an hour the first time. Yeah, it's just because you're cute, that's all. Nina wants some coconut juice. What message do you have for the people?
It's good to sit down.
We're gonna go to the most famous cafe restaurant on the island, Polly's, grab a drink. So that was good. I feel relaxed. That's the fastest Wi-Fi we've had. I know. Oh my God, it's like half decent normal actual Wi-Fi. The parade might be just starting. Holy cow.
What time is it?
Like 1:30? So the parade stopped for some unknown reason, so we're gonna go back to the boat. Okay, Nina's hungry, I'm full, and so we're gonna eat and then we're gonna go work out because when you have a huge meal you're supposed to work out right after. That's what they say. I'm really just keeping Nina company because that's what good husbands do. Okay, we're off to work out. Nina's feeling a little bit better. This time I'm prepared. I got my music, I got my games, I got things to keep me distracted while I'm working out. And we're gonna go. Nina also is thinking about doing a 30-day fitness challenge.
Weight loss challenge.
Weight loss challenge once we get back because we've been eating too much.
Oh my god, I don't know how much weight I gained.
So we'll see. We'll film it. We'll see. If you guys like that idea, leave it in the comments and we'll see. Legs are jello. Did a workout for an hour. Nina rushed me out and I wasn't able to do a proper warm down, cool down, but it's okay. Uh, what, what's next? We're gonna shower, shower, and then dinner. Dinner time. Nina's all dressed up, I'm all dressed up, we're both dressed up, and we're gonna go eat. Okay, last dinner on the cruise ship. How you feeling? What message do you want to share?
I feel good today.
Why?
Because I worked out.
30-day challenge? What's your goal?
Uh, 113.
How much of a difference is that? I guess we'll see.
I don't mind losing more.
Good morning. Just got rudely woken up, but we do have to get— that guy was slamming on the door, but we do have to get up in like 15 minutes until breakfast closes. So it was actually not that bad. Uh, it's 8:15. What happened last night? We went back to the cabin, Nina got me drunk, we watched The Last Airbender. I like that movie, it was good.
You said acting was so bad. No, the acting was really bad, but I liked it.
I like the story. And then I missed my window to sleep, went to bed at 4 in the morning. So don't have a lot of sleep, not very conscious yet. We're gonna get breakfast, pack up, and get going to San Juan. Last breakfast on the cruise ship. All right, we're getting off the boat. We didn't post much this morning, mostly one because we were too tired and zonked out, and then we were rushing to pack up and leave. Evan is the family donkey carrying everything. Super excited though that I didn't have to use my big camera. I brought it along with me, but I filmed all of the vlog kind of videos on my Hero 4 Silver, and all of the regular videos, the Antspressos, the top 10s, all that stuff, were just filmed on Nina's phone. It was the OnePlus 1?
OnePlus 2.
OnePlus 2. So we're gonna hit the Old San Juan and have some fun. So we're standing outside Barachina, and what these guys are known before are having a place where you could drop off your bags. And I forget how much you have to pay, a small fee, uh, but place for basically tourists to leave their bags for the day so they can go enjoy San Juan and then come back and pick it up. Pretty cool thing to do with the restaurant and a good way to drive people into your business. I feel lighter. Yeah, nice to have. So they just basically— the guy there works for tips and it brings people into the restaurant. We are on the hunt for our first Starbucks in a week. Uh, we've asked 4 people And everybody tells us different directions, but Nina found somebody with a Starbucks cup and he said to go this way, so we're on our way. Nina has a friend and coworker who wants Starbucks cups in every city. Every time we go away, we have to find something for Tony. Tony, this is for you, buddy. All right, well, we relaxed for an hour, almost 45 minutes. Hey, yo, wait, we're okay, man. Hey, thank you. And, uh, that was awesome. We're gonna go explore. We got an hour and a half, then you gotta catch a cab to the airport. So we turn on the first street and Nina already has done some shopping.
Huh?
You promise? What'd you buy? Cigar. Holy cow, are we gonna smoke that on the way home?
Do you want to smoke it?
No, no, she got it for her boss. I had to stand outside the store because the smell was so bad. I can't stand smoke. I'm sneaking up on Nina. We're at Marshalls. She has a cart. I mean, she found something.
I don't know if I'm gonna buy it.
What did you find, friend?
It feels nice.
It feels what? It feels nice? Is that how you make a decision on a brush?
Yeah.
Really? So far we've gone to 2 stores and Nina is shopping up a storm here. We got stopped on the street by a Puerto Rican who said, "Who's Evan Carmichael?" Celebrity. Spreading some believe to Puerto Rico. So Nina's hungry. We're stopping at the Café El Funko, which did well on TripAdvisor. Gonna grab some food and then head on home. All right, we got our bags. Snack. We're heading to the airport.
I don't know what this is, but salty.
You will like this. It's not beef. Is it beef? Yeah, beef. Oh, good. I like it. Okay, we made it. I'm tired. This is a very low energy update. Uh, what are we doing? We're just waiting for our flight. Excited to go home. I miss home. I miss home. It's gonna be snowing and cold. We were warned, but, uh, I don't like being away for too long. Too much good stuff is happening back home, but I gotta get back. We're in business class on the way back. Finally made it back. Insane long flight. Delays everywhere. But it's good that we're in first class. Just kick the bag. You can't get it straight. There we go. Okay, welcome home. Thank you for joining us on the vacation. You had fun? What's— what final message you have? Yeah, yeah, we're home. Yeah, we're home. All right, let us know what you think in the comments. See you guys soon. We'll leave.
