Hi, it's Ninette again. I have a special request from Ken Ova. He requests me to do a healthy dessert. So today I'm gonna make banana ice cream and also cantaloupe ice cream. But we have a special guest today. Let's see who's the special guest. Hello! Hi! My name is Hayden and I'm gonna be helping What are we gonna make today? Um, first, the banana. Yeah, banana ice cream. The ingredients that we will need is banana, banana of course. I froze the banana last, well, a couple days ago. I peel the skin off, put it in the saran wrap, let it freeze overnight. Right now we're gonna have Hayden open the banana and put it in the blender. This is cold. Yeah, it is cold, right? It's frozen. Yeah, we're gonna use these ones too. We're gonna make a lot more because we have some guests coming over tonight, right? Yes, we have a party. Can you undo this sticky thing? Sticky thing? Okay, get this. You want them up? Oh, here you go. That's why we chose banana, because banana contains vitamin B6, vitamin C, magnesium, and fiber. Also biotin. Yummy nutrition. Okay, so you can just blend banana to make the ice cream, but today I'm gonna add some vanilla extract and the cream. We're gonna use, let me see, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Oops, I overspill a little bit, so we're gonna pour a little bit just here, okay? So 2 teaspoons. Okay, so cream, we're gonna use— Yes, cream. Yeah, can you leave it? Okay, let go. Let go. Thank you. Hold this cup. Now I'm gonna fill up 1/4 cup. If we need more, we'll add a little bit more cream. Okay, pour in. Good job. That's— Okay. Yummy. Yes, and then I find the lid. There's still cream in there. Yeah, just a little bit, that's fine. Oh my God. Okay, do you want to turn it on? No, thank you. No? Okay, he doesn't like the sound. Because it's all frozen, so you have to shake it or use a spoon. The Vitamix has attachment. I don't know what you call it, stick, whatever. So I'll just push the banana down. Oops. Yummy. Is it yummy? Yeah? Okay, use the spoon. That looks good with caramel. Vanilla. Yummy. This is banana ice cream. I'm gonna put in the— I'm gonna leave it in the freezer for our guests to try tonight. Oh, guests? Yeah. Why? How many? I don't know. Wow. So same thing for the cantaloupe. I froze it. You can just freeze it overnight, but I froze it 2-3 days ago, so You done? What? Are you done? Okay, here, just pour them in. Here you go. That's a lot of cantaloupe. I think this is— actually, this is almost one whole cantaloupe. The nutrition in cantaloupe: 78% of vitamin C, and vitamin A has 30%. Also have potassium and magnesium and fiber. Okay, so right now we're gonna start blending the cantaloupes. This is too much. I'm gonna take half of the cantaloupe out. Here you go. So I just took half of the cantaloupe out. So I'm gonna add back the rest of the cantaloupe. Test time! Oh my, it's a workout, you know. Cooking is a workout. Yeah, cooking is a definite workout. Okay, let's see how it tastes like. No, that's the measuring spoon. Okay, let's see. Actually smells really nice, very fresh. You can add cream or milk to your ice cream, but I decided not to because cream is not as good. So we're gonna have Hayden do the test. Try it. Mmm, is it good? Daddy, you want to try your spoon? Wanna try? Come Come over here and taste. Come over here! Give him the spoon! No, thanks. Hayden will eat it. Daddy's turn. Is Daddy's turn? Daddy can eat it now. Thank you for watching. Gonna eat it with the other people. Say bye to the camera or no ice cream. Say bye. Hayden, Hayden, stop! We have to wait. My daddy's telling me to do that. Daddy's not. He says— He's doing this. Your face is being blocked by it. I know. I know, I'm trying to— I know I'm short. Psst, make sure to check out my newsletter. You're gonna love it. Hi, I'm Jason J.
