Hi, my name is Nina. I'm gonna show you how to make guacamole. All the ingredients that you need for guacamole, of course, avocado. You can use regular tomatoes, but I'm gonna use cherry tomato because it's easy to eat. And I'm gonna use cilantro and green onion and just regular red onion. You don't need a lot, just a little bit. And then garlic. I like Guacamole because it's yummy and you can eat it with crackers or tortilla chips. Last time I made one for Evan, I made a whole bowl, a huge bowl, put it right in front of his face. He finished the whole bowl in 5 minutes. I didn't even get to taste. Okay, so we start. So now I'm gonna chop, cut the onions into small like dice. Onion is tough to cut and make you cry. The reason why I put onion in the guacamole guacamole because onion actually keeps the guacamole fresh and it will last longer. Okay, this is all chopped up, put in the bowl. Now I'm gonna cut the cilantro. First we have to wash the cilantro. It has a lot of like sand and, um, the mud in the cilantro. Okay, here you go. You can rip off the stems. I really like the smell of cilantro. I could just eat it like this. Cut it really small, fine. You don't have to put this much, but because we really like the cilantro, so we're gonna add a lot more. Okay, I'm gonna chop it up like this. Okay, this is done. Chop chop. So now I'm gonna cut the, um, the cherry tomatoes. Of course, I have to wash the cherry tomatoes first. Okay, so I just rinsed the tomatoes. You don't have to put too much tomatoes in there because it makes the guacamole watery. I like it a little bit thick. You could try to cut the cherry tomatoes really small. Okay. Then put it in here. Next one, I'm gonna use maybe 2 of the green onions. I always rip the stems off instead of use to cut, but it's up to you. And then the bottom part usually is dry and brown. I'll just tear it off. Okay, wash the onions. I cut in half because it's faster to cut, then chop it really small again. Mix it together. Now we're gonna cut the avocado. Use a knife, slap on it, and then wiggle a little bit, and then pull it out. Right now I'm gonna scoop out the avocado with a spoon. Oh, the small bowl for all the avocado. Okay, now you just have to mix it well, mix it well, just push it down. After you push it down, you can add salt to taste. And then, oh, also add the squeezed lemon juice. Oh, I forgot the garlic too. It's a long day. Um, garlic, I add small teaspoon. Teaspoon, too much teaspoon. Okay, so make sure everything Everything is mixed well. The cilantro is still in the bottom, so I'm gonna scoop it up. Okay, salt. You could add the salt earlier, but I like it after. I like everything is mixed well first, then, um, then add this salt. Okay, this is done. And then I'm gonna add lemon— squeeze the lemon juice. First, I will press down the lemon so later on when I cut it off, it will be easier to squeeze the juice out. Okay, cut in half, then squeeze it out. Okay, half of lemon is good enough unless you like it really sour, but you don't want it too much, otherwise it'll be too watery. Also, lemon will keep your guacamole longer too, same as onions. Okay, so you want to taste it? Triscuit? Brown rice? Really? Serious?
Oh my God, this is all going to me.
