Evan Carmichael and Nina tour their new 1,450 sq ft Toronto condo before closing, walking through the den, kitchen, two closets, and living room with a southwest view of the CN Tower. They spot a broken chandelier, a blocked laundry room, and plan updates like a "Believe Wall" in Evan's office.

I'm your superhero, right?
Yeah.
You need more stuff, right?
Yeah.
Nina needs more stuff. Thanks, thanks, Mark. Thank you. Thank you.
This closet is very—
What's that supposed to mean? My clothes are very what?
Nice? You don't need— actually, it's okay. You have the other closet.
Listen, you're a little person. Your clothes are tinier than mine. I gotta back up and give you guys a proper tour. What's up everyone? Happy weekend! So Nina and I have just bought a new condo. We've been on the fence on what to do. Nina wants a house, I want a condo. I don't like the maintenance of a house. Nina likes the space and also having a backyard to plant her stuff. So what we decided on was to get a bigger condo. So the unit that we bought is 1,450 square feet, and today is our final visit to go check it out. Tomorrow is our closing, and so we thought we'll take you along on the journey to check out the place. We don't own it yet, so there's probably gonna be other people's stuff in there, but, uh, yeah, super excited. Nina and I have a buzz, all excited to get this deal done tomorrow, and you can join us on our trip to see the condo on our last— what is it? Last inspection? What's it called when you get a day? You get 2 days in the contract, right? Pre-delivery inspection? Anyway, whatever. Exciting! So I made a video so you know. Oh, you look extra short today.
Okay, okay.
Extra short today.
You made a video?
I made a video at home. For what? Talking about what we're doing, and I said that, you know, I don't really like condos. Nina likes a condo. It's for her, basically. Me, right? Right, like the condo is basically for Nina, but you know, I'm happy to— it's for the wife, right? We gotta do it for her, right?
Yeah, yeah, right, right.
We're sitting waiting for our real estate agent to show up, and the security guard likes my jacket. I'm Nina Spider-Man.
Sure, yeah.
Wow. I think we need take 2. I'm your superhero, right?
Yeah.
Let's go, let's go! This is Mark. Mark O'Lehane. He's gonna get little.
You're gonna make fun of my height, thank you.
See, see? Mark, yes, pick that up! Because we love you, Nina. We love you so much. Mark is, uh, The finest real estate agent in Toronto. At least that's what I think. Last time we sent his brother though. That's okay, I work on a team. I know, but we miss Mark. What's wrong with Jeff? Nothing, but he's not Mark. Mark has the magic. Mark brings the magic. Like Nina, Nina brings magic too.
What kind of magic?
Other kind of magic than Mark. Welcome. Hello. I gotta back up and give you guys a proper tour. Okay, Nina, give the tour. This is the den. The den slash Hayden's room. Pretty big, 10 by 10.
It's messy. You don't have to film the toilet.
Hey, toilets are important. Imagine if there wasn't a toilet.
This is the closet. This is the laundry room.
It's blocked. They have the shoes there. Alright, moving on. Kitchen! This is the master. Nina gets 2 closets. Regular closet. You're in the second. And she gets the walk-in closet.
This closet and that closet.
What do you do with your clothes? I don't get clothes?
His clothes is very—
What's that supposed to mean? My clothes are very what?
Nice. You don't need— actually, it's okay. You have the other closet.
You're a little person. Your clothes are tinier than mine. This is hers and hers.
Yeah.
It's hers and hers. Nina and Nina. Oh, the good old Roomba. The Roomba. We have stories about Roombas.
We need two.
Alright, then we've got— this will be the dining area here. We have a light to purchase, right? Yeah, we need to buy a light. And then this is the huge living room. What's the view here? You're looking south.
Southwest.
Southwest. Southwest, and there is the CN Tower. Huge space here. Okay, then we got patio. Nina's gonna grow some plants out here. Hi, future neighbors! All right, and then the very exciting part, guys. This is it. This is the exciting room. This is Evan's office. Oh yeah, I have to figure out the—
you have closets bigger than mine.
Listen, you get two closets, okay? You can't complain about that.
My table in here, that's small.
What are you talking— this is way So small. Listen to Mark.
This is the perfect size for my—
You barely fit in there. This will be the cleanest bathroom ever because it's only Evan's bathroom.
Yeah, right. You have to clean up your own mess. So please, I'm not gonna lie.
And then we gotta figure out where we're gonna put the Believe Wall in here. Am I gonna work facing the window? Probably. So when we came last time, Mark's brother said we should be looking for signs of them moving out. And at that time they had not moved anything out. So now it looks like they're pretty much moving out. There's signs. There's signs. You need more stuff, right?
Yeah.
Nina needs more stuff. Thanks, thanks, Mark. Thank you. Thank you. Oh, broke their chandelier taking it down. The one that they insisted on keeping, they broke. Should have just left it. Well, maybe they'll leave us this one. Not that I'm a huge fan of it anyway. Not very grand at all. It's not very pretty either. I don't like that wire in the middle hanging down. We can find something better. We like it? High five? Boom! Boom! Boom!
Boom!
It's all over the place. The high fives are weak, but the place is solid. Alright, well thank you for joining us. We will give further updates as we move in. Maybe we'll film the moving in. What do you think? Nina will be freaking out. There's nothing like adding a camera to the day when you're moving in. Right? I think it reduces stress and just adds a lot more fun. 100%.
Hey!
