In this short motivational clip, Dave East emphasizes that success comes from dedicating time, sacrificing distractions, and actively creating one's own life. He critiques those who watch others succeed and become resentful, noting that they often do nothing themselves. East asserts that it's preferable to stay busy working toward personal goals rather than passively observing busy people and feeling envy.

You put that time to it, or you dedicate, you sacrifice all them distractions, you'll see some type of success. And people don't understand that. They'd rather watch— they'd rather see you get successful and then be mad at it, or be wondering, well, why that's him and not me? You ain't did nothing. It's about the life you create. And I wanted to be busy, and I mean, I'd much rather be busy than be sitting back watching busy people.
