Hi, I'm Nina. Today I'm gonna show you how to make kale chips. Kale chips is one of the easiest snacks to make. You only need 3 ingredients. Of course, kale. We, we're only gonna use half of it. And then olive oil and salt. First, we're gonna wash the kale. When you look at the recipe online, they will say to cut the stem off, but what I did it is, you just hold this top and then pull it down. Oops! See, it's all gone. It's easy. It's very important you have to preheat the oven first, 350°F. So as soon as you finish, it will be almost 350°F. You have to rip into small pieces though. It doesn't have to be perfect. Nothing is perfect, just like your 5 fingers. Okay, I'm gonna wash it. Okay, now it's all washed. I'm gonna put it into another bowl. We don't have a salad spinner, so I'm just gonna do it with the bowl. Make sure it's nice and dry. I'm gonna put the olive oil in here. That's how I do it. I'm gonna put the olive oil in here and then salt. You can add more salt later. I'm gonna cover with another bowl and then I'm gonna shake it. Okay, make sure it's nice and tight. Stop it, you're making me laugh. The stove is ready. Now we will put the the kale on the rack. I'll just use my fingers. They're clean. I don't like it on the baking sheet. Sometimes it will stick on the baking sheet. You could use the spraying oil, but I don't like the spraying oil too. So we're ready to place the kale in the oven. Bake it for 10 minutes, 10 to 15 minutes. I always come to check the oven, make sure to make sure I don't burn the kale. Looks like it's almost done. Some of the kale fell off from the rack, but it's okay. Let me touch it a little bit. Oh, looks crunchy. Okay, 20 seconds. Can't wait. Okay, it's time. Okay. Oh, feels crunchy. Oh no. It's a healthy snack. It's super easy to make. Okay, zooming in. Do you want to try? Yeah. Too hot? No, it's not hot. Cheers. See anything? Crunchy, right? Don't be lazy. This is too easy to make. Be healthy and enjoy. Believe. Bye! How are you feeling? Nervous. I've got to set the oven. Oh, you distracted me. Ah, I burned myself.
