What's up, Believe Nation? Happy weekend. It's time to open some more of your packages. Alright, super pumped to be here again. Happy weekend, guys. Hopefully you've been having an amazing one. You guys have sent more stuff, and so we're going to open them, give some shoutouts, and for those of you who want to potentially be on a future video with your product, We're gonna link up the address in the description below. Send it in and you never know, you might be featured on this channel with a link to your website as well. Let's get started. First up, let's do this from Tuan. So Tuan runs a company called Dude Buddha. We did a collaboration together. Let's look at the card first. Oh, there's no card. There is no card. It just says, it just says, for Evan and family, Tuan, with no card.
Well, let's hug it out.
Nice! No, that's mine. I actually look really good on you. Wait, did I get another one?
No! Tuan!
I lost my other hat! This is the hat, "Let's hug it out," from Tuan. And he brought me one when we went to film, but it was too small. And so after like half hour of filming with him, I had this line across my head and a headache, so I said, "Can you give me a bigger one and I'll wear it?" And so he sent it to me. Yeah, looking better. But now I lost the hat. Come on, bro. I need another one. I need another one, please. Need another one. I just lost it to the wife. Great. And then, oh, so these are his t-shirts. Let's hug it out. And one is for Hayden and one is for you. Whoa, X-rated stuff happening on the other side of the camera. Look at that. Let's hug it out. Oh, let's hug it out.
Actually, when I first saw you wearing this t-shirt, Oh, let's hug it out. I'll give you a hug too.
There you go. And she's got the hat. That looks good. This one is still unclear.
This one's yours.
You think it's mine?
Yeah.
Actually, I like the back. Look, check out the back, guys. Dude Buddha. This works. All right. It's a little tight at the chest, but I'm feeling I'm wearing yours. I'm feeling you gave me two. And I'm wearing it.
Or maybe you didn't. Then don't stretch it. Then don't stretch it.
Next. Who's it from? What do we got? What do we got?
Oh wait, it's actually really good.
It's really good.
I think I have to see it first.
Oh, I see my face. What is that? Oh, what is this? This is pretty cool.
Evan Carmichael card. Oh, cookies!
Brownies! Thank you.
Look at this.
Look at that. Thank you Evan for all you do for us. Hashtag believe. I like this. Who's this from though? Valerie Pugliese. Lovesly. Oh, there's something more. Holy cow, look at all this. Look at that. Valerie wrote a nice message. Evan, thank you for all you do to support the entrepreneur community. You are my lunchtime break from the computer. I especially enjoy the espresso and the Lunch and Learn series. Lunch and Earn, Lunch and Earn, although I haven't done that for a while. At first I couldn't resonate with your one-word concept, but of late I'm starting to play with it and I've landed on the word serve. Serve, I like it. "I've left a few comments," this is ISSolutions4u, "on some of your videos, but I mostly watch it on my smart TV and I don't usually comment, but you're having an impact. Thank you." Valerie Pugsley, I love it. Okay, let's open it up and see what we got. This is cool. Let's save that. What do we have?
It's just dark chocolate. You don't like dark chocolate.
I know, but can I see it at least? Are you sure it's dark chocolate? You're lying, it's not dark chocolate. Gourmet fudge brownie. My mouth is watering.
I know, me too.
Mouth is watering.
Okay, share one.
Yeah, let's open it. Valerie Hugsley, we're gonna share your brownie.
I'm still on a diet, so I'm gonna try it a little bit.
You're making a big mess. No, and how is it?
You're making a big mess. The chunky chocolate is yummy.
We'll finish this later. Thank you, Valerie. All right, next. What's this? Gabriel Brown.
It's a book.
Last time I had all those books. Remember how many books I had? I'm still working through my books. I don't read that quickly, guys. Oh, look at this.
It's a thin book.
The Pond by Gabriel Brown. Look at that.
That's a thin book.
That's a thin book.
Oh, it's actually a note.
Look at these notes. Look at that. Handwritten notes. Dear Mr. Evan Carmichael, my name is Gabriel Brown. Pen name, actually. I comment under your videos sometimes as Gabriel Ether. I hope that you enjoy my book. You mentioned in one of your videos that since you have a lot on your plate, that people should just tell you what page to go to that speaks of believe. Yeah! Although this book is simple, is easy to read. I think when I actually say the word believe, it's on the very last page of the story, but the entire book is about believing in yourself, and you can see the book is very short anyway. Also, I was so troubled about whether or not I should send this book to you by it having so many errors, but unfortunately I cannot fix the errors at this time due to my current situation. My book has still a bunch of errors after I went through it 1,000 times, my editor, the copy editor, it still has errors. It will be fixed in the next edition, so those of you buying it now, you get the rare version. I decided to send because the grammar is fine, so there will be no problem reading it. I'm a perfectionist, so I'm very disturbed at the moment, at the amount of I know there's some typos, but I couldn't risk not sending at all because the opportunity is so great. I love your videos and I respect the work that you put in them. I know that I have a great book and I know it will help many people to start believing in themselves. Gabriel Brown, thanks for the love! The pawn! The pawn! That's an angry face. Look at how angry that face is. Look at that angry pawn. The pawn! Alright, what's next?
Who's this? Muhammad Ali.
Muhammad Ali?
Ali?
Muhammad Ali sending something? Different Muhammad Ali. So oil pastels. 50 sticks of oil pastels. Is there a note?
No.
No note. Did we talk about oil pastels? No, I don't know.
What is that? What is that?
It's to make art. Holy cow, look at all this stuff.
That's a lot of color.
Look at all that. Well, I don't know what prompted this, but thank you, Muhammad Ali. I appreciate it. Next up, R. Finley from St. Paul's College, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Oh, it's another envelope. Oh, I ripped the letter! There's a letter in there. Oh no! Evan! Very sad. Rosemary! Sorry, Rosemary, I broke your letter. Dear Mr. Carmichael, I'm writing on behalf of my friend Andres de la Casas. Andres has said you are familiar with his name. I've represented his artwork for the past few years on a pro bono basis. He has two exhibitions in Canada. Hope this work amuses and stimulates you. Rosemary Finley. I have to be more careful. It's art. They're art cards. Art cards. We got postcards. There's a lot of owls. The thing with owls, owls have wisdom. That's it. Thank you, Andreas. Appreciate the love. This is from Artan, Puerto Rico. Oh wow. Smell that. I don't smell it. What? How do you not smell that? As soon as you open it, it packs a punch.
Maybe I'm still sick.
I'm always healthy.
Lemon.
No.
Citrusy.
No. Your hand smells weird. What did you put on there?
It's that.
No, no, no, it's different. You put on lotion or something.
Oh, it's a mix of lotion and—
It's a mix of lotion. This smells— this smells different. This smells— what is this? Holy— I create my day. Look at that. To Evan and the Believe Team, thank you for inspiring us. Rose and Rasa Tan. Any and all feedback on my products are welcome. But what is the product? It says scented cards. Oh, see, there's a little thing. Okay, let's see. This is it. This is what's smelling. Tabula rasa. Lemon is the first ingredient.
See, I said lemon. Listen to the wife. That's what I said, lemon the first thing. You said no.
I was smelling the, uh, spearmint. That's what I was smelling. I was smelling the spearmint. That's like a— that's spearmint 100%. Let's open up these cards. What do we got? It's like a bunch of these cards. Oh, there's stuff on the back. Mindfulness mantra, daily meditation. Oh, there's stuff on the front too. Harness the power of positivity. I see the gifts in everyone and everything. I am practicing compassion. I am abundantly blessed. So it's like affirmations. I know today will be amazing. I like this one. I create my day. Let's see. I allow myself to live the life I want. I am prosperous. My possibilities are endless. There has to be one with believe. Believe. I believe I can! Yes! I believe I can! This is the best one. This is my favorite one. This is the best one in here. I like it. Thank you. Thank you. Jay Wong sent the card. Jay Wong was on the channel. We did an espresso or two together. He profiled the One Word book on his channel, which I appreciate. Appreciate it. So I sent the card. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to collaborate with you earlier this year. Hopefully we can do it again soon. I appreciate the advice and suggestions you've given me on my brand and on my journey to ignite my movement. Wishing you and your family an awesome season and massive breakthroughs in 2017. Look forward to updating you on progress very soon. Keep #believing anything is #possible. Your biggest fan, Jay. I like it. Good work, man. Boxes.
Oh, Pantera.
Look at this. It says Mail Time. And it says Evan and Nina. My name is here. Yes, we know. I am the— I have the hat and Nina doesn't have a hat. Nina has buttons though. I like it. Tara, thank you. Okay, open it up. Okay, thank you. Oh, look at that. Evan and Nina. You just made her day. I wanted to reach out to you to say thank you. Just a short time ago, I was at a crossroad in my life to give up my dreams and settle for a life in which my value was determined by others and any job that would take me, or to risk everything for a vision I had of a new invention that stole my heart. I believe that it is because of people like you that have inspired me to open my mind, realize my true potential, and go for my dreams. I can now stand proudly today and say that I have successfully invented this product. It is all that I knew in my heart it would be. I am so thankful to have been able to surround myself with wisdom from both of you. Nina dropping some wisdom. And the many mentors you feature. I filled my mind with seeds and now a beautiful creation has sprouted. I just have to go for it. I just have to believe. Kindly and gratefully, Tara B. Tara B. Tara? I like this. Thank you. I'm saving this. Oh, another one. Look at that. Evan, I thank you so much, but this gift is for Nina. Really? Yay!
Really?
But if you are sweet, she just might share a treat. Wink. Kindly, Tara. Nina's taking a lot of my stuff, okay? She already got the hat. Wow. Look at that. Look at that note. Neat.
Don't shake it.
Well, I need to be able to read it. Nina, your bright and shiny personality makes me smile when you're on the videos. Happy face. I think that you will love my gift and the extras I included for you. I hope you find that it is helpful and that it brings an extra smile to your day as you bring it to ours. P.S. The other goodies that I have included are from a company run by two women that have shown me an immense amount of love and encouragement. I feel that there is nothing to lose from others' success, but only positive things to gain. So if you like their treats, I hope that they could get a little shout out too.
You have already brought a smile to my face.
You're kind of crying a little bit.
No.
Hey, there she is! Look at that, another message. My Tbling. It's time to say bye-bye to that boring string and hello to your new tea bling! Handmade steel— stainless steel clip with a crystal charm that clips onto any tea bag. I drink tea every day.
Here, it looks like this.
It says Platinum on the box. Platinum. Okay.
Oh my— wow!
Okay, wow.
Very pretty.
Let's show it. Look at that. It's sparkly. It's Swarovski crystals. Clip this to the tea bag. Nina just made a huge mess. This is amazing.
Oh my God.
Nina's such a clean freak, so this is great. This is great.
Oh no, okay, I have to vacuum it after. Okay, let's keep going.
Nice. Okay, breathe, breathe your way through it.
You should just see me here.
Breathe your way through it. There's a nice collection of tea leaves on the floor. Nina tried to open this. Loose tea leaves. This smells good. What is this? Oolong tea and green tea. Oh, this is her friend's company. Best Teas on the Go. Earl Grey preserved orange bark.
Oh, smells so good, baby.
What is it? It's a chocolate bar? Chocolate bar. Ooh, let's have some. Oh, it's dark.
I can only have one. Oh, I love dark chocolate.
I can only have a bite. I'm allergic to dark chocolate. The top is like orange on it. Oh, it's like this—
Can I have one? Can I try one?
Oh my god.
Okay, okay, okay. Can I? It's mine.
Mmm. We've got caramel. Orange caramel.
Oh my God, I like the orange inside.
The caramel is crazy. I think it's worth getting the headache from the dark chocolate. All right, best teas on the go. Thank you.
So good.
I need another bite. I need another bite of that.
Ow, you hurt me!
Where'd you put it?
Here, it's in here.
Oh, this is amazing. There's more?
Yeah. Oh, okay, okay, so where's the charm? So what you do is you put the loose tea in this bag and then fold it, whatever, somehow, and then clip on this and then put it in your water and then have this hang out.
Got it.
Thank you. Thank you for the tea charm. I like it. It's very sparkly.
I'm not gonna see that. Okay, next. This says Book. One book. This is a book. This is from Sandra in Switzerland. Sandra Mueller, Geneva, Switzerland.
All right, she's the one who won the contest.
This is it. Look at that. Okay, there's a bunch of stuff in here. We start with tutorials. How to make these different things. Okay, let's look at one that I want to do. Sweet snowflakes, crispy cake.
You want to do?
Well, that I would eat. I'm not— I don't want to— I don't cook these. Crazy chicks, hot air balloon, kick-ass popcorn. Yes, how to make kick-ass popcorn. So it's a tutorial. Look at this, it's a tutorial. Ingredients and then pictures. The steps that you need to take to do it. Oh my God, look at that popcorn. I want to eat that right now. Look at this. My mouth is watering. Next, a book. Ayn Rand, Atlas Shrugged, 50th anniversary edition. Look at the size of this book. Holy cow, look at how tiny the font is too. Look at that. That's nuts. How many pages? 1,000 pages. 1,077? Just over 1,000. There's an inscription. Okay. Dear Evan, here is my submission to the signed book tribute challenge. I hope that you'll like the cookies. Cookies. And I apologize if it tastes a little bit dry. They are best eaten fresh. Here is a copy of my favorite book. It's a long read, but it has changed my life since reading it. "Thank you for all that you do. Your fan from Switzerland." Thank you for the book! Ooh, look at this. Listen, last time it was all about the books. This time it's all about the sweets. I like it, guys. Guys, if you have sweets as part of your business, send it to me. We're gonna eat it. Look at this. Oh, there's— okay, there's a couple things here. Look at these tins. I like these tins. I like— look at that! What a business card, huh? "For workshops, cakes, stuff, and more." kitchencakes.ch. This is some really beautiful—
it's nice. Yeah, very creative.
I like this. I'm thinking do an entrepreneur cafe. Maybe we have some Kitchen Cakes products in the entrepreneur cafe. Oh, you know what that is? No, you don't.
Of course, you show it.
Really?
Yeah.
Nice.
Oh, I like the—
I kind of got— it kind of got messed around, but there's— this is crazy. I don't even want to eat this. So in the flight from Switzerland, it kind of got messed up a little bit, but there's a little YouTube button, there's our logo, and then there's the Nespresso coffee, and then there's the letters BELIEVE, but the letters got messed up. Wow, this is so amazing! Should we eat it? I guess it's gonna go bad, right? Is there a way to preserve this? I feel like we need to eat it, but I feel bad because I want to save this.
Oh, take a picture.
I'm gonna take a picture and then we'll eat it.
She did a really good job.
This is amazing. This is amazing. Oh, it got ruined. Oh, this is your one word.
Yeah.
Oh, this was the book. This is how it arrived in the mail.
Aww.
Very sad. Oh, that's how it arrived in the mail, but it looked amazing. Oh, another one. Well, before I move it around, we got the plane again, YouTube logo, and Espresso logo. I don't think you can save that one.
Maybe.
Nina's gonna try. Okay.
Believe.
Okay, I believe. I believe.
It's a puzzle! I make a puzzle! Okay, so I fixed the other one too. I think I spelled it right.
Yeah, you should know how to spell believe, Nina. Come on. Okay, Nina fixed it, so let's eat one. Who knew believe tasted so good?
If we go to Switzerland—
coming to Switzerland! To learn how to make this. That'd be amazing. So thank you guys for watching. Thank you for all the awesome gifts. I really appreciate it. If you want to send me something for the next edition of Mail Time, send it to Travelin' Salsa. The address is in the description. Really appreciate it. Thank you for all the love. That's it. Hope you have an amazing weekend. We believe in you. We hope you continue to believe in yourself and whatever. Your one word is? Much love, guys. We'll see you soon.
