I remember me being an entrepreneur. I love helping entrepreneurs because I struggled so much as an entrepreneur. I struggled and tried so many different things. I felt like I had all these different ideas and I tried them all and nothing worked. And I failed and I failed and I failed and I failed until I found the thing that actually worked, which was modeling success. Looking at Bill Gates and how he started Microsoft, I copied that, that idea of partnerships. Microsoft built their business through partnerships. Their big deal came with IBM, where every IBM computer shipped had Microsoft software on it. And Microsoft is already a $7 million company when that happened. So how did they get the $7 million? Same thing, through partnerships. I started applying partnerships to my business and suddenly had my first check for $13,500, which was mind-blowing to me, which I'm making $300 a month. So $13,500 was huge. And then it gave me a recipe that I could do again and again and again and again.
