Cycle Syncing: How Your Menstrual Cycle Can Change Sex, Pleasure & Relationships

Isla Rose, founder of Wise Woman Temple, discusses how syncing daily life with your menstrual cycle can transform sexuality, relationships, and body image. She moved from PMDD and birth control side effects to tantra and cycle-based self-care, and explains how the four life-stage archetypes and hormonal rhythms shape pleasure and feminine wisdom.

What if some of the things we've been taught to fix about being a woman aren't actually problems? Our cycles, our moods, our changing desire. What if your body isn't failing you, but it's trying to tell you something? Today, I am talking with Isla Rose, the woman behind Wise Woman Temple and Secrets of Your Cycle. We get into the moment she realized She didn't even know what she wanted in bed. What happened when she started organizing her life around her cycle. And why she thinks pleasure doesn't have to disappear as we get older. In fact, it might get better. Because maybe getting older isn't about losing something. Maybe it's about finally learning how to listen. Welcome to The Sex Mysteries.
Ayla, welcome to The Sex Mystic.
Oh, thank you for having me, Fleur.
I'm very excited about this conversation because I really relate with your work, with somehow like an inner fight happening within me that I didn't understand at the time. And so I'm kind of curious You know, for you, how this journey started with your body, with your cycles, like the before, before the Woman Temple?
Oh, this is a long journey, but I'll try to keep it short. It really started, everything started for me as far as consciousness when I met my partner Jonathan before we started the Love Gurus and It was my first introduction to my body because I had been relating to my body in terms of like what society had taught me, which is, you know, move through everything. Like, don't worry about what you're feeling. Ignore your cycle. You know, the thing that every woman is fed since you're little is like your cycle is an inconvenience. And because of that, I was having so many issues with my body. I had, right before I would start to bleed, my PMS was so intense. At some point, I got diagnosed with PMDD, and, you know, it was— they were trying to prescribe all of these pills for me. And, um, it, it was just this constant battle to be in my body and to be a woman. And when I got together with my partner and we were about to be intimate for the first time, he asked me what I wanted and what I liked and started being curious about me. And I had never had a person be curious about me like that? And then I realized, I went into complete shock, and I realized I had never asked myself those questions. And it was like this snowball effect that completely destroyed me at the beginning, and then this evolution started toward coming back to my body. All that to say is that he became the doorway into my body because he reflected all the places I had neglected myself. And it was such a gift to start off like that. So I started off this whole journey through deepening partnership and relationship and sexuality. And I know this is how we bonded is through the feminine discovery of our bodies and how important that is. And for me, tantra was the first step of discovering my sexuality. Which then led to deepening into the cycles and wisdom and deepening into partnership. And, um, yeah, that's how it started.
I love the way you bring, you know, like your partnership as actually like the beginning of like a deepening for yourself. And I truly believe, and I say that a lot, that partnership is like, you know, the advanced level of self-development. That like your partner is mirroring you back the blind spot and other shadows you've been not wanting to really see. And so starting to be more curious with yourself, how did it evolve for you and your own relationship with yourself?
Yeah. Oh, curiosity is a great word.
Mm-hmm.
For the beginning of any path to self-development, because it was a curiosity of like, why didn't I know any of this? Why didn't I have any of these questions? And then what do I like? And that question was so trippy for me because I had never considered that. I had never considered what is it like to feel alive in my own body? What turns me on? What opens me? What closes me? What scares me? And like you said, I was so numb. From here down, because I had so much protection, so much overprotection, because I felt like if I move a certain way, I'm going to be violated. If I look a certain way, then that's dangerous. Like there was all of these wounding around being feminine and what that meant. And I had a lot of programming growing up with my mom, and she was just trying to protect me. And she's like, but she's like, be careful. Men are not to be trusted. You have to do this and this and that so you're gonna be okay. And I internalized that so deeply that I just, I mean, I blocked everything from my body. I've, I blocked my pleasure from my body. And it, it was, it took so long to get that back. And then in the discovery with the tantric processes with, with Jonathan, that's where we started to deepen and discover.
Mm-hmm.
all of those pieces that I had forgotten. But before that, there was so much— it was like a block of ice. I couldn't feel anything. And then when I started to feel, I started to feel pain. Pain is what comes up. And what happens when you feel pain? Like, most of us are programmed to like, oh no, no, no, avoid that. We don't want to go there. That's not— that's not okay. We don't want to feel the pain. But it has to— there's a process of feeling it and going through it that gets you to the place where you finally start to melt. And sense the other side of the pain. And as much pain as you felt, you have another expansiveness on the other side to pleasure and to excitement and to aliveness. And, but you have to go through it, especially if you've been numb, especially if you've gone through any sort of trauma, any sort of like violation to your body, which I have yet to meet a woman that hasn't. Whether physical, emotional, and there's so many levels to that. And we have built protection in our own bodies. Our womb just blocks it. So as I walked through that within my body, as I walked through it with my partner, I started to discover there was so much more to me, to my body, to sensuality, to being a woman than I had been taught. And then I got angry. I was like, why? Why aren't we taught these things? I'm learning about my cycle in my 30s when I should have learned that when I started bleeding. And the power that our cycle has, the power of our blood, the power of our emotions, the discernment that we have as women when we really tune into our power, into our cycle.
For me, it's evident I have to say that our power is where we've been taught not to look. We've been taught that it might be dirty, we might be judged for it, ostracized. There is, I mean, like for me, like looking at how I've been raised in my personal life, but also through history, how women— Pleasure have been somehow like, look at it like a certain way, very clinical, right? Like the mad, bad, sad hysteria kind of way to see it, a very masculine way to see women's cycle. And I can feel a clear fear And reject of the feminine wisdom that in turn over generation have disconnected us in so much wisdom, so much pleasure, so much vitality also, because I really connected the two, you know, like how protecting all the time is so exhausting, how pushing through all the time, the constant giving everything and this imbalance, not having too much back. And then outsourcing, outsourcing like the void inside, outside myself. Like it took me forever to see the pattern there, but now I'm like, oh my goodness. Oh my goodness.
Yeah.
Even into, you know, what we, What is femininity, right? Like the whole beauty industry, the whole wellness industry, still being a performance somehow.
Yeah, I feel like what I've noticed within myself, like as I move through this, is an unraveling of my remembrance. If that's like the simplest way I can put it. It's like every step I take is like remembering what it's like to be my own kind of beauty. to have my own kind of power. And the thing that has gotten in the way of that, and like the simplest way I can term it, is like the witch wound, right?
Yes.
So the witch wound is, whether you know it or not, so many women are carrying this because it's in our blood. It is the memory of what happens to women when they have spoken out in history, when they have been in a position of power. And if you think back with like the witch trials, and even before that in Europe, when they were burning women just for, being in their power, for knowing their medicine, for being in their bodies, for being in touch with their sensuality, for owning land. So anytime a woman couldn't be controlled by the society that was forming, she was a lot of times killed or burned at the stake or beheaded. And there's all of these crimes that have been not even completely recorded. They have been taken out of books because it was so atrocious, the crimes that have been done against women. And this has been passed down through our DNA. So we feel it in our bodies. We feel this need of like, if I speak up, if I tap into my intuition and live from that place, something bad is going to happen. And it's been passed down generation after generation for protecting ourselves. But that overprotection has really hurt us and has hurt our connection to ourselves, to our sisterhood, to trusting the women around us. And I see it a lot with women competing with each other and feeling like they have to be prettier, they have to be stronger, they have to be whatever, whatever that thing is, be better than the woman next to you because if you're not, then what? Are they going to take your man? Are they going to take the things that you own? There's so much fear around just being yourself. And that is, I think, where a lot of my anger came from, a lot of that feeling that I started to uncover when I did find pieces of me. It's like, why haven't we been protected in this journey?
Absolutely. Yeah.
And that is like, I feel in this modern time, you know, like arriving in like a female body, going through the motion of life the way we've been taught, it's so detrimental in so many levels, you know, for ourselves, for society, for relationship, for motherhood. Sisterhood is a big one, absolutely. And You know, like it's kind of like a divide to conquer kind of situation. And we have internalized, right, like those sense of competition and jealousy. It activates the body a lot. It activates the nervous system. How many times I've been to a women's circle, like feeling very Vulnerable. And this is where I finally connected the dots and realized to be like, oh my gosh, like I'm feeling foreign to my own kind. Like there is something that is so weird here because like, how come like I am a woman but I've been feeling on the sideline for so long and So used to play the game of man. What I mean by that is like just energetically, like the rhythm of life and having this linearity that as women, we're not, we're not, we're flowy. And it's still a source of tension, like for me, my nervous system to be judged, And ostracized because as a little girl, what I saw a lot back in Europe was women getting together and really gossiping, gossiping about whomever, I mean, whomever was not around, you know? And as a little girl, I learned to stay small because I didn't want to be a part of those conversations, right? And being stabbed in the back. That's the effect that it has on me. So very, yeah, like something that is so uncomfortable that for a very long time I didn't go there. And then I'm somatizing a condition that every month reminds me I'm a woman. How interesting.
Yeah, the cycle, that was really You know, had done so much work around my mind and my spirit and like, you know, meditating and like leaving my body and like feeling all spiritual and doing the yoga and like doing all the external stuff, right? But the moment I really dropped into my body was when I started working with my womb. And it started first with like yoni massages and uncovering what memories I had stored in there. And then I really started tuning into the cycle. And I learned all about the cycle. This is like, you know, I knew the phases and I knew what each phase did and all this stuff. But was I truly embodying that from when I first learned that? No, because you kind of have to redo a lot of your— the way that you're living your life. If you're really going to honor your cycle, you have to think about where are my choices coming from? And I don't think I was ready to do that when I first learned it. And then I had this moment a few years ago where I got this very, very clear download of like the course that I wrote for Secrets of Your Cycle. And I was just sitting there and I'm like, oh my God, I saw all of the, the, the, um, chapters and like all of the exercises that came with it. And I think I was really getting that for myself, but it's like the only way that I was gonna do it is if I did it for someone else. So I created this whole course. You know, because it's so much better when I'm teaching and when I'm doing all these things than when I'm doing it for myself. But I really wrote it for me. I wrote it for my 11-year-old self because I wish this is what my mom taught me and introduced me into when I was 11 and I started bleeding, rather than just handing me a pad. I wanted her to sit me down and say, this is what happens to you throughout the month. And I wrote it for her. And then the coolest part was like, I wrote a second part for the partner because Jonathan has been such a beautiful part of my journey. And I'm like, how do you bring your partner into the cycle? Because there's all these things online about, you know, what the guy should be doing and how to support them. And like, they just learn like basic things on how to walk on eggshells. And I'm like, there's no real guidance on how to nurture all of these men into holding you through your cycle. So I wrote this part for him, and the coolest thing happened was when we actually started embodying all of this. We cycle-synced our entire household, from like the food that we eat, from like how we talk to each other throughout the month, like the activities, like the— everything you could possibly do, we actually started embodying that lifestyle. And the thing that surprised me about doing that was— Our relationship got so much better. Our sensuality and our sexuality got so much deeper. Our son, who's 4 years old, knows about my cycle, knows that when I bleed, I'm just gonna lay here and meditate and take care of myself and drink warm things. And he brings me— he, the other day, he went to this little play kitchen and he made me a pretend steak and brought it to bed. And he knows this at 4. I didn't learn this till I was 30. And to me, I'm like, this is what it's for. I'm doing the work for me and I'm passing it on to him so he knows what that is from a very early age. And I think the education for our kids, so often it starts with us evolving and like seeing where we had gone wrong and healing that. So I think I went all over the place with that. My whole point in that is really embodying the lessons of my cycle shifted everything in my life into such a positive direction. And mind you, I have been doing— the work that we do as a couple is we help couples have better relationships, have better sex, have all of these things that have to do with the relationship. We help them heal it. But it didn't deepen as much as it did until we included the cycle piece. It's so important.
Yeah.
And you know, like, it's so funny because like, I have like all those like bad talk of like, unfortunately guys not understanding it and talking about their woman being like, oh my gosh, she's crazy. You know, that's a crazy time.
Yep. Oh, she's luteal.
Don't go there.
Right.
I'm fascinated by all of that and how. You know, like evolution and nature because there is always like a deep wisdom in nature and how there is reason even if we don't understand them. And what makes me laugh in the whole feminine cycle and men being like, oh my gosh, it's her time, she's crazy, you know, it's like realizing that it's when your hormones drop that actually you're— don't fuck with me during those time. You know, like, it's pretty much what it is. And, you know, learning through the years that, like, estrogen is like a pacifier, right? So, um, it's, it's fascinating to see, like, the cycle of women also through the ages. And, you know, as we go into different time and out there, we talk a lot about menopause, perimenopause, all those changes that with our modern life are not fully embraced.
Yeah.
And how, you know, losing especially your estrogen, you're becoming like an unfuckable woman. You're becoming so strong into your sense of who you are That you're not the malleable maiden you used to be. And for me, it excites me. I see that all the time in women, and I see it in myself. I'm not quite there yet, but I'm 45, so I start to see, like, you know, little change here and there. And honoring it is not always easy. It's not always easy to embrace that. Yeah.
Well, it's like we're not prepared for it. No, our society is not prepared. Basically what we're told is after you're young and beautiful, you are useless. That's the programming we've received. And really what's happening is when you're the maiden and you're discovering and you're curious and you're like learning about all these things, and then you become the mother and you're nurturing nurturing everything. But when you go to perimenopause, that's your wild woman. She's the one— if you look at it through the cycle itself and like the spiral of the cycle, she is the one that's saying none of this stuff is working, we gotta fix it. So the same thing happens in our life cycle, not just our menstrual cycle, is just preparing us on how to live every stage in our life. So if we embrace that, we are getting monthly guidance on how to be a master Of walking the path of life. And when we get to that perimenopause, that I feel like for the first time that's actually been talked about, because I never heard of those words prior to, like, I don't know, 2022 maybe. But now that we're finally talking about it, it's so exciting because you're like, guess what? We're gonna burn everything down. This is not working. I'm angry at this. This should not be happening. Let's Fix it. So it's giving you a blueprint for your life of what you need to change to truly embrace what's about to be born. And after you go through that and you enter the cronehood, which is like when you stop bleeding and you're not controlled by your hormones and you're not a constant roller coaster, then you're like in this place of like, I can give my wisdom back. And I can build stuff from a steadiness, and I can really hold the generations before me with so much depth. We have to embrace that path because I feel like women are really coming alive, and you have a second maidenhood when you enter the crone era because you get to rediscover everything that you hadn't discovered before. But we have to walk into it with the guidance of our elders and people who've been through that. So it's not just like, Oh, you know what? Now you're, you're an old lady and no one's gonna look at you.
Yeah.
And get so much Botox so you pretend you're 20 again and feel like crap inside because you're not honoring who you are. And I'm so grateful that women are actually embracing that now that we have like a model for that, because I'm seeing all these women rediscover themselves in their 40s and like building all these massive empires. And it gives like the 20-year-old something to look forward to. Because I don't think I had that growing up. Everybody just kind of like let themselves go after 40 and it was like everybody looked really old and purposeless. And I don't think that's happening now. And it's really exciting.
It's really inspiring for sure, you know, and we see more and more like real powerhouse. Like when I think about powerhouse, that's the, This kind of women that have lived, you know, made the mistake, right? Because like all of that is a part of the journey and gaining so much wisdom, gaining so much sovereignty in their body. And also something that I would love to maybe talk right now, it's like connecting that to pleasure. Connecting that to like our own sense of vitality and connection. We change, we evolve, and what we might have done in the past is not really working.
Yeah. I've had such an interesting journey with pleasure because like I said before, I was super numb for most of my life. In my 20s, where my body was shut down and like I was people pleasing and like doing what the partners wanted. So I never really enjoyed sex. Like, for me, sex was just like a thing that you do. And I'm like, I never really got it until I started to— I got into Tantra later on. And Tantra had always been in the background. Every time I heard Tantra, I was like, ooh, what is that thing? I'm super curious. But I never really went for it until I met Jonathan. And we dove deep into Tantric philosophy and like with the practices and the lifestyle and all of the things and like really learning about pleasure and sensuality and like different kinds of touch and like there's so much to sexuality that is not spoken about that it was like so exciting to learn about all these things. And then after the whole journey of like melting all of that block of ice that I was and going through the depths of my pain, then I was like, Oh my God, what is going on? Like, this is— this actually feels really good. And it wasn't just a physical sensation. I'm super energetic. So I started traveling into the energetic realms and experiencing pleasure in the energetic realms. And then I, I understood so much about myself and that it wasn't just in my body. I'm like, sex is so much more than just the physical thing. It's so much more about the connection that you're experiencing with your beloved. It's so much more about like, where you can take that pleasure to and expand and what you can do when your pleasure is expanded. And, and then another piece that I guess I wasn't expecting either, with the whole journey with the cycle and him learning to approach me in different ways throughout my cycle, my sexuality deepened again and my pleasure deepened again. And as I've gotten older, everything's actually felt better. And it's not that I think of a certain thing and all of a sudden I'm ready to go. It's not like that. It's so much deeper. It's like, how do I seduce myself into experiencing the highest version of myself by myself and with my partner? And my cycle gave me a clue because it changes throughout my cycle. My maiden likes to be touched differently than my— the mother. And different than the wild woman. Because when I cry in the middle of sex during my luteal phase, oh, that kind of orgasm sometimes is so much better and deeper than a physical orgasm because she needs something different. And when I go into the crone and it's more like the orgasmic and the traveling through the cosmos kind of orgasm, I'm like, wow, that is another level of like— Like pleasure that I didn't even know existed. So it changes and it's exciting. And sometimes I need less sensation and more connection and more like looking in your eyes. So I don't know if I answered your question, but I went into a whole— I'm experiencing all these things. I'm talking to you.
No, I love it. That's the beauty of it. You were talking about curiosity. Sometimes we might have expectations. We might think, oh my gosh, something that's been coming up a lot recently is like, oh my gosh, like, you know, people got it out there. So this idea, like, for many women, that's like, oh my gosh, like, people are fucking around, like, all the time. They got this sorted, but not me. Like, it was kind of like, you know, what came back again and again. What I see, unfortunately, in my conversation is that because of this lack of connection and initiation, because we don't really know, we yearn for connection, we yearn for something. I truly believe that pleasure is actually a way to lean in, and it's not something we deserve, That's not something we have to work for, that all of that, it's inherent to our nature that is within us and is just waiting for us to connect to it. But there is layers, layers between our deepest pleasure and being fully open and melting and what we think it is. There is so much out there that is distorted. The use and abuse of women have been real and long and deep. So now we're in this time, this modern time that can be triggering because everything is unraveled, but it's also an opportunity for us women to really claim it, to really claim it. So if you don't know where to start, What would be like a few first steps women could do to get in this direction of more, you know, pleasure, acceptance, and love for themselves?
If I had to do it all over again, if I had started from the beginning and I didn't know anything about sexuality, because there is a lot out there, there's so much information that is overwhelming, there's so many different methods and pathways, and it It got to a point when I was on my path that I was like, what? Like, it's too much. Like, I need to pull back. Like, it's too much information, too much practices, too many things to do. I don't know where to start. So if I had to do it all over again, I would start with myself. I would start with my body. I would start with my cycle. And I think that's the reason why I created this now, because I was like, this is the beginning. This is what everybody should have been taught first. Because when you connect to your cycle, your cycle tells you How to connect to yourself, what you're needing, how to give that to yourself. And it, it becomes so easy to listen to your intuition when you're connected to your body. And that intuition is gonna lead you to your next step, cuz you don't need the whole road. You just need the next right step for you. And I needed that quiet. I needed that remembrance cuz it's not You're learning all these things. No, it's like, how do you learn to listen to what's already there? You have so much wisdom. You have so much wisdom that's been passed down through your entire lineage and through the heavens. Women are portals to the divine. And when we really learn to connect to your womb, then all of those things get revealed that you can't get from a book, that you can't get from, from anyone else but yourself. And then when you're connected to that, then the masters are going to be revealed to you. What is it that you want to go deeper into? Then that master will come out. You're like, oh, I want to learn herbology. I want to learn more about plants. All of a sudden you're curious, like your curiosity and your, your life force is leading you down that pathway that will help you find a master. But unless you're clear within yourself, There's so much and it's overwhelming.
Yeah, like connection to the self and it's not a one-off experience. This is like a conversation. How would you get that? Like, I love this sense of like, I'm conversing with myself, I'm conversing with my body.
Yeah, well, it's really like your cycle is the one thing that's going to come monthly whether you want it or not. And if you're not having it monthly, that's also something to talk to your body about. Like, what is going on that I'm not having my cycle? Because your body is guiding you. Every symptom that you have, everything that's happening to you physically is a communication that your body is having with you internally about where you're not showing up for yourself, what you're needing, what you need to look at. It's like, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, alarm, check it out. But often we just ignore that and suppress it and make it worse. And that's, you know, partly what happened to me for so many years, bypassing all of my body signals. I would pass out every month on the first day of my cycle. I would have so much pain. All of my symptoms would come online. Everything would come online all at once. Like, my breasts started hurting, my cramps got so severe that I had to double over, and then my back would hurt and seize up and clenched together. I mean, everything you could possibly imagine. My face would break out, um, and then it was so much pain that my body would just pass out wherever it was. My mom would have to come get me in school every month. And, um, it was like clockwork. I was just like, oh, this is just how it is, you know, blah blah blah. And then I went to the doctors and they're like, there's nothing wrong with you. Like, you're okay. Uh, just take this birth control. And then the birth control, of course, muted all of that. And I was like, okay, well, I feel better. My face is clearing up. And then all of a sudden, my entire body just got 3 times bigger. I gained so much weight.
Mm-hmm.
I couldn't lose it regardless of, like, working. I worked out 3 hours a day, and I would ride my bike to school and all of these things. And I just, I couldn't lose the weight. And then I started getting depressed. And that's the That's when I got the PMDD prescription because I was having really crazy thoughts. And I'm like, this isn't okay. So the period, like my periods were just so severe. Birth control is the answer. Then birth control triggered PMDD. And I was like, I don't want any more pills. I don't want any pills. Why is the solution more pills? I don't want pills. And I was, you know, I had not started my journey of self-development or any of that consciousness path yet, but something in me knew, I'm like, This is not the way for me. I'd rather have severe cramps than deal with pills and these crazy thoughts in my head. So when I got off that pill, everything started coming back again, and I was like, okay, just breathe through it. And then there was like a little kind of feeling of like, oh, something else is here. Like, what is that? I didn't get the answer till later, till I got it, got into tantra. But I was like, what, what is my body trying to tell me? And then eventually I got into spirituality and got into all the books, and I'm like, oh, energy. Oh, my body's wise. Oh, what's happening here? And then through the cycle wisdom, I was like, my body's talking to me.
Mm-hmm.
So when I started listening to my body, resting when it told me to rest, when I listened to my crazy yelling throughout my luteal phase and not judge it, Guess what happened? Like overnight, all of these symptoms just disappeared. Everything went away. This crazy cramps that I had were nonexistent. Like it's so amazing that I know my cycle is coming, like because it always comes on the same day, but I don't experience any of the sensations around it anymore. And when they do, they're like telling me, "Oh, guess what?" You kind of pushed yourself. You did too much. You weren't listening to me. And then we have a whole conversation about it. It feels so much better.
I think it's so important, you know, if we're not understanding our own body, what are we expecting of our partner, really? There is so much there, right? So I really, really invite you guys If you are curious, because it's always curiosity, learning something new. I truly believe that learning your cycle for women, it's like one of those essential. And I mean, I think men should learn it too, personally, but—
Whether you, you're heterosexual and have a partner, you're going to have women in your life regardless. So understanding their cycle is such a gift to everyone. Because then people are not getting their buttons pushed for no reason, and you're understanding of each other. And that separation that you were talking about at the beginning, everything has been about separation. I'm like, what about if we just come together and understand and stop making each other the reason why something is going wrong? And I think, you know, if everything is synced to a cycle, you know, What if that world existed, you know? And that used to, in the matriarchal societies, that's how it was. It was the women had this red, beautiful tent where they went to bleed every month and got visions to guide the entire tribe. And the men would come outside of the red tent, guard the tent, and bring them food.
I'm like, yes, feed me.
But you know what? I created that in my home. So it's possible. If all of us start doing that within our homes and inviting our partner into it, we can recreate that in our life. And then when your friends see you doing that and seeing the results you're having, they're like, oh my God, that's possible. Let me start treating my body like it, it needs to be treated. And I've been cooking up a storm and I've been loving it. I've been always been a cook. I've always enjoyed creating these beautiful dishes and now I'm syncing everything to my cycle. And nurturing my body with the nutrition that it needs, with the, with the minerals and all these. And also, that has a huge effect on all of the symptoms and on how you age, guys. Because we're so afraid of wrinkles and all that stuff and gray hairs, but there's so many other things you can do around that rather than just like fix it with like external things. If you're worried about wrinkles, nurture your body. Drink some water.
Work from the inside, right? What you eat is also medicine.
Food is medicine. I'm calling it like my psychopharmacy with an F, like everything coming from the farm kind of thing. I don't have a farm, but think about it in terms of that. Like, what are you feeding your body? What's coming from the earth into you? Because that's the real medicine.
If you could just share where people can find you?
Yeah, so, um, this whole new cycle program is under Wise Woman Temple on Instagram and TikTok, and you can find all of the links in the bio for that. But the course is there, and you can buy it for yourself, and then you can invite your partner into it. It's a beautiful process because you get to take the course, and then if you buy the upgrade for them, then their course unlocks, and then they support you through it, and then you do exercises together. And their partner side has so many things about sexuality and pleasure and deepening your pleasure together throughout your cycle. So it doesn't feel like something that you have to do or something that's forced or like fitting into a certain kind of sexuality if you don't know anything about that, but really inviting you to discover what pleasure is within yourself and what you like and how you want to be treated and having those conversations that really deepen your relationship From the inside out. And it's so nourishing. And I'm so excited for this. It's so fun and it's so beautiful. And all of the women taking it right now are just so in awe that this has been there for them all along.
Amazing. So guys, if it moves you, you know where to go and get to know your cycle. Like, it's amazing what's the whole wisdom you can get from there. So thank you so much, Ayla. It was such a treat.
You're welcome. And I have for like all of the sisters listening, this is better in sisterhood. Everything is better in sisterhood. And part of like, first of all, the course itself is only $47. And when you use the code sisterhood, you get to gift it to your best friend, send it to somebody that you love, and you both get to do it at the same time. And then you get to be held in community inside of it, and that heals So much in our history, and you get to pass that on to the future generations.
Beautiful. Thank you so much.
Oh, Fleur, I love you. Thank you.
