Quick update from my running world

Moving house derailed this week's runs, but the creator is gearing up for Boston Marathon training with 5-mile run-commutes and has lined up interviews on meditation and mindfulness during vacation. The Extramilest Facebook group just hit 300 members.

Good morning guys, it's Saturday and normally I try to send out an email on Saturday with some updates on what's going on, some running articles or some running videos, and this week I've had zero chance to put anything together. I'm in the middle of moving into a new house, gonna go over to the new house in a little bit again, and so I haven't had one run in this week, and yeah, it's just a little bit of a wild, wild west. So no post at all, but next week I'm going to have vacation and have some exciting interviews actually scheduled. I'll fill you in more about it, but it's on topics of meditation, on mindfulness, running, and a whole bunch of other things. So more to follow on that, and then we'll be back with more runs very soon. I can't can't wait to start the training cycle for the Boston Marathon soon. Gonna be run commuting several times a week, 5 miles each way. So really a good way to get the midweek miles in. So yeah, can't wait for that. Hope you guys are having a good week. I've noticed the private Facebook group has now grown to 300 people already for the Extramilest private Facebook group. Super stoked on that, stoked to see all the engagement. Sorry I've been lagging a little bit on responding in there. Just been a bit crazy, but very soon a bit more time for that as well. So you guys have a good weekend, hope you get some weekend runs in, and we'll talk to you soon again. All right, later, bye!
