Hi there! Lately I've been seeing a lot of runners outside and many of them are struggling. They're either really not enjoying their runs, they're huffing and puffing, looking all miserable, they're getting injured all the time, or they're not improving no matter how hard they try. If any of this sounds familiar to you, I've got good news. There's several small steps you can take to become a stronger, healthier, and happier athlete. Over the past 8 years, I've improved a lot in my own running and I've guided and coached more than 1,000 different athletes, anywhere from absolute beginner to well advanced. And there are several key fundamentals that apply for those looking to improve in an achievable way, in an actual healthy gradual way. One of them is actually to slow down your running intensity, to actually run at a conversational pace like what we're doing right now, and to truly listen to the signals of your body and actually adjusting your runs accordingly. What this does mean is that Many athletes initially have to slow down their running pace quite a bit to actually be able to achieve that. One of the other ones is actually creating healthy, consistent running habits. So small steps that you can take right away to actually get out of the door and to gradually build up your running volume consistently. There's a lot more that I want to talk about. I'm actually going to be setting up a live training soon, and this is one of those Zoom classes. It only has limited seats, but we're going to be discussing 3 proven ways to actually become a better runner, and I would like you to join me. This is really for runners of all levels looking to improve. So whatever your running goals are, whether that is boosting your immune system, losing a few pounds, running a 5K, 10K, half marathon, or beyond, we're going to be diving into different topics, and I think you'll really enjoy it. It's the first time I'm actually doing it. I really love talking about running. In the past several years, I've interviewed many different world-class coaches and runners of different levels about ways to improve their running. And on my YouTube channel, I think I've gotten 1.5 million views on these videos alone. So I really like talking about running, and I really would love to help you improve as a runner as well. So make sure to click on the link below to sign up. Seats are limited, and I hope to see you there very soon. All right, bye now.
