So that flexibility within the guidelines, knowing what are the key things to focus on, but knowing what can flex in between, hugely important.
You can have everywhere, anywhere down to someone who the base building phase maybe is only ready for 2 to 4 hours, to if you do the 3-hour program plus the cross-training, I mean, you build up to well over 10 hours per week.
Actually having a a proper schedule that I'm happy with. I know there's lots of these schedules on the internet. However, again, I think a lot of them felt similar to how I trained before, as in get faster and faster each time. So I was looking for something different.
Joining the PR program really accelerated the process.
I'm confident that I'm improving. I know that I'm improving. I feel better. I feel stronger. I'm able to do a lot more things.
You would have all There is always a mentoring site from, from Flores where if you have any comments, any questions, anything that you might come up with or challenges that you might come up with, he will be there just to answer you and just to give you all the guidance you need.
I think the program really helped open up my eyes. Okay, no, if I need to make a real-world life adjustment, it's really helpful.
The part that I appreciate a lot is that it's not only focused on running. Like running, everyone can get out and run, right?
Enormously helpful because I think everyone, as you said, we're all different. We're coming at this from different sources. We have different expectations.
You know, yeah, you can go find a program online and follow it, and that's just a piece of it. That's not, that's not the whole thing. I really find the videos really well thought out and helpful. I also think that the community on Facebook supplements that really well because I feel like I've gotten to know the people also through the webinars, the Zoom calls. You know, I feel like I've gotten to know some of these people that are halfway around the world that are, you know, and everybody I find is really supportive no matter what their level is.
Basically, we are learning to be our own master, what is best for us. Prescriptions are there, suggestions are there, the active community is there.
If you don't have a set— you need to have a written plan that you're following, and I think that this is a great one.
Big thumbs up. You've done a terrific job.
I haven't run 6 days a week consistently in my life, and I'm like, oh my God, I'm gonna break down, and I feel great. It's amazing. It's amazing to me. It's like a revelation.
