Your help with this special running project?! 48 hour deadline.

Runners worldwide are invited to submit 30-second videos for a pandemic compilation. Share your name, where you run, and one piece of advice for staying positive. Email videos to hello@pathprojects.com by the 48-hour deadline.
Hello everyone! We need your help with a special project. We've come up with the idea of creating a compilation video where you, our global run community, provide the content. As most of you already know, running reduces stress and boosts your immune system, two things we could really use right now.
We want to hear from you! Please share with us a short 30-second video and let us know 3 things: your name, your running location—so where is it that you're running these days? What is your local trail, your local road, or even Even if you're stuck inside, what is it that you're doing these days to continue working out? And third, share with us one piece of advice on how you plan on dealing with this current pandemic situation. Like, how to spend your time positively. You can just record the video with your phone horizontally and email it to us at hello@pathprojects.com. You can send the video or you can send us a link to Dropbox or WeTransfer so we can download it.
For example, my name is Scott Bailey and I'm in Huntington Beach, California. I'm running at the Bolsa Chica Wetlands and I'm looking forward to planting a spring garden with my daughter and reading a good book.
Hello, my name is Floris Geerman and today I'm planning to run the trails of Crystal Cove El Morro. So I'm located over here about an hour outside of Los Angeles, so in the United States, and the trails are beautiful out here. My one piece of advice would be to truly focus on the things that you can control in this situation. So one thing would be to really get enough sleep, 7 to 8 hours at least every night, and really limiting the amount of screen time as well. The deadline to submit your video is this Sunday, March 22nd, and we hope that you will join us in sharing a message of positivity.
