People want things on Demand. You have TiVo in your homes?
Yeah.
Why do you have TiVo? Because I want it when I want it. Exactly. You don't watch TV the way your parents did. Okay. 60 Minutes is on Sunday night. I don't watch 60 Minutes on Sunday night. I watch it Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of the next week. When I want music, I go to itunes, I grab the music. Okay. Same thing we're doing here, sales meeting, sales training, when I need it. Now we want everybody, we're going to convince everybody to get two segments a day in because we know a minimum of two segments will build muscle. And I'll show you what I mean. We, we've done this in enough places now.
That we know when we get enough segments in. And I don't know what the answer is to the number of segments you need to be on. You see this? Okay, this group right here, this is a group in Des Moines, Iowa. Okay. This says they started with 18 segments.
Yeah, 18 segments a month, probably. Person. We got them up to 46 segments a month. Okay. That's over two segments a day. Each individual that we track, we send your store this graph every month. So I know you're saying I don't care if they're trained. I want them to be effective. I want them trained because I know if I get the right number of segments, the right amount of push ups, I build muscle. That's true. The right amount of time on the treadmill, I build muscle. If I can get it done every day. Once we build the discipline, the first thing I'm trying to do is get the discipline in. It's not a sales meeting or sales training. It's none of that. It's the discipline. I want to build the muscle.
Okay, so while you, while we're watching our sales people, you're kind of watching us and helping give us that extra.
I have access to every one of your username and passwords, every one of your stores. And let me just add to that. You'll never make this work without me.
That's the question. See, I need to know I have backup because I'm the one that's going to be running the show. And it's, you know, my neck if it's not working, Grant. And so I need to know what kind of support.
Look, this is what happens with every program. Y' all get excited about the program. Yeah. You go home and then you got problems. I got an insurance case. I got. Somebody stole a car. I got a wrecked car. I got an employee upset. I got a new manufacturer's program, and their program goes out of whack. And then you. Then you want to blame me and hold me hostage later for the price and say 1300 bucks is too much money, when the truth is it's the utilization issue. So I'm going to send you this graph every month, okay? Here's another company we sent a graph to. We don't know. Again, I don't know how many we need to get done. It might be two segments, it might be three segments. It might be four segments. Once I find out, man, three segments a day for you, and you pick up another 10 units a month, dude, I guarantee I'll get you, like, a crack at it on this program. Because what do you want? You want more production, right? This group, 65 segments a month. Okay? Here's a group right here. They went from 12 segments, okay? 51 seconds a month, okay? They picked up 45 units a month.
45 units a month.
45 units A month. Herb Chambers Group. 70 units in 30 days. Average person watch four segments a day. Two thirds of their organization has been in the business over four years.
So I hear this, and, like, I'm impressed. But, I mean, really, how do you get this? I mean, how do I get this installed? Because I got so much stuff going on right now. How do I ensure that this even gets in place? Like you said, I. I sign up for something and then nothing happens. It falls down. I spent money just to spend money on something, and, like, I don't want to just spend money for the heck of it. I don't have time to put this in place. I mean, how do I do that?
What do you mean? How many hours are you at the dealership?
I mean, how can you help me do this? Like, okay, look, you go there.
I want to make sure it works. Good. You go there every day.
You go there every day, right? Yeah, of course. Good. You go there every day. You bring everybody in. They have a cup of coffee. You run a meeting. Okay? This video is 6 minutes and 22 seconds. Is that too long?
Not at all.
So that's it. I just. The meetings. And then you run a meeting.
Then you're going to say this. Everybody's watching two segments a day. Okay, guys, we're going to know what you're watching and when you're watching it. We're going to go back to this watchdog report. When we start each of your groups, we're going to meet with your management team. This says watchdog report. You see that? Okay. This group was given a target of two segments a day. Okay, everybody in red didn't watch your two segments today. Do you want the reports sent to you every day? You want me text it to your phone? You want me text it to them? What do you want me to do? Okay, I know this. If you don't sell enough product out of your group and you don't hit a certain customer satisfaction index, you're not getting some money from your manufacturer. Is that true?
Yeah, absolutely.
That's right. You don't get the bonus at the end of the year from the manufacturer. So your compensation is based on hitting certain criteria there.
It's nice to get that email, email.
Report.
Their compensation could be based on.
So you're telling me that can actually be sent like to my cell phone.
Then sent to your cell phone? I can text to your. How do you want it? How do you want to deliver to you? Here's the deal. Right now. You're gonna say, I want all this information. You don't need another report. You need support getting this to work.
Right?
Okay. Sales meetings, sales training, the different, completely different topics. Most companies do not think they're different. They're completely different. I'm going to give you a sales meeting. Is different than him going into the gym and training himself. And then the third piece that no one has done, nobody's touched this. And I'm going to go back just so you can see where it is. This is the sticky, the glue of this program. Okay? This is called Quick Fix Solutions. You ever seen how to get rich quick? Yeah.360, $16 million worth of lottery tickets were sold this week. Why? Because people want a Quick Fix. So what we did was basically we're giving people what they want. When a salesperson or a manager has a plot problem, they click on Quick Fix.
Okay? And they go, they scroll down to the Quick Fix. They're going to see closes or objections open. These are the things that stop sales, that keep your income from being where you want it to be. Okay, I'm going to click select a category.
And up comes money. Stall, product time, affordability difference. You got a finance manager maybe having an affordability issue. Payment, down payment, too much money. Okay, so let's say a salesperson at 4 o' clock in the afternoon, you already had your sales meeting. You already did your two segments. It's 4 o' clock in the afternoon. And a salesperson who's got a lot of pride, a lot of ego, keeps getting beat on too much money. So you want a Solution. Or does he want training?
That's what I was saying.
Solution. Dude, I just want a solution. Just give me a solution. Just tell me what to say.
Yeah, that's what I was asking about earlier.
Yeah, beautiful. Okay, so I'm gonna answer it. Okay, there are 33 price closes in here on too much money. Okay, so watch. It says price. Close number two. How many of you got big boy Superman? I got 33 in here. You got enough. But none of them are written down. You can't even duplicate them. Nobody even knows what makes you so great, man. You don't even know why you're so good. And I got one more than you.
That's why I'm the boss.
So I'm going to click this. Least expensive. Let's see how long.
Hey, John. We have reasons for being priced that way. Because of its limited production, high quality and tremendous high resale value, this investment will prove to be the least expensive of all. Like investments that you have made. Made in the past. Okay, he got distracted right there. He stops. A phone call came in. He goes back, replaces no videos. 21 seconds long. Is that too long because of his limited production? 21 seconds. Let's say it doesn't fit his personality. What can he do? Quit bitching and click on something else. Dude, I got 33 different. I got 33 different possibilities.
Do you have anything in here for finance or reception or my service people? I mean like. Or is this just for salespeople?
No, let's go to this. Let's go to.
So here's the objection. You get in the clothes just too much. I mean, your, your receptionist is not going to need quick fixes.
Yeah, but you know, she's not going to need closing.
She needs fundamentals.
Yeah, I'm just thinking about you. I mean, you got running the whole place. Yeah, for me. I'm worried about sales people. I'm just thinking about you.
Everybody else, let's talk about service writers, right? Let's talk about the receptions. Let's talk about finding. Let's talk about your comptroller. Okay. Does she need.
Selling away a life? Selling away a life or not?
Yeah, I think so.
Most of them want to raise but don't know how to sell it.
I could never get. You know, I've always had a hard time just getting her to the meeting stuff.
Okay, well, maybe she can watch this on her own time. Maybe she don't want to go to your meeting. Maybe 9 o' clock in the morning doesn't work for her. But 10:30 at night does. Look, we're going to give her username and password and let her do it when she wants to do do it.
I love this Quick fix solutions too. I want to know more about that. So you got to tell me the price. You said 1300.
1300 bucks a month. It's a 24 month contract. If you don't want to sign for 24 months, you could do 12 months. If you don't want to do 12 months, you can do month to month. You save $600 by going 24 months. Okay, look, I have clients that are going longer than 24 months because they know I'm going to continue to add material. 700 segments right here were created, three this year in the last 11 months. I create new content constantly. We're dropping in incoming phone calls right now. Then it's going to be calling back customers, Then it's going to be prospecting. Anything and everything to do with selling your product from meet and greet to social media is going to be in here. And I don't charge you. As long as you're on track with new content.
It doesn't cost us any more to get new content as we go.
New content. When I drop in phones and we turn our clients on. Okay.
Let me see if my phone's around here. Oh, there's phone power just dropped in. Okay, so phone power's dropped in this category on automotive. Right here. Automotive Classics. This is created for car dealers. This is my $12,000 program on DVD that we downloaded and made virtual. Now, the beauty about virtual versus dvd, you don't lose them, you don't scratch them, they can't steal them. And when you click on it, all the management training, all management training is here, okay? It's all interactive. It's all quick, fast, to the point relevant to the marketplace.
Obviously, we have to show some other people on this.
I understand.
I don't know that we're gonna do this or not, but I'm just curious.
You're gonna do it? Yeah. You're doing something. Now, the only reason you wouldn't do it is not because of the money. You wouldn't do it because you're worried about it not being utilized.
Well, I'm also worried about, like, so how long? What's involved in getting this thing going? Like 1300 bucks a month for 24 months. I'm not sure if my owner wants a long term. But you said monthly, so I'm not.
Gonna have to do the 24 months. But like, say.
I say, yeah, Grant, we want this. We love it. I want to. I want to start training my guys. How long before I say yes to the time they could start using it? Is there anything else involved besides, let.
Me see the contract right here. You got in the contract. You're going to ink the contract. You're going to commit to it. Okay. Then you're going to send me some money. Okay. And then what I'm going to do is I'm going to start setting up the accounts, and then we have to launch each individual place because you got different personalities, different management. Your interest, it might be in the sales training. Your interest might be in the meetings and the solutions. I need to get your store, each of your locations, interested in all the content and how to use it.
So your organization is going to help us launch it, walk us through it, teach us how to use it, what to look for.
Like, we don't want people using 14 segments a day.
It's probably too much, right?
There's too much. There's a place where you hit too much. I don't need to be hiding from customers and just sitting with a grant. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. So.
