A man has run 100,000 miles on his knees without pain. He credits the body's ability to adapt: muscles strengthen faster than tendons, so damage accumulates slowly. Once bone surfaces wear down, pain becomes inevitable, but stem cell and exosome therapies may help preserve joints long-term.
It is astounding to me how fascinating the human body is. It truly is that we can strengthen it by putting that kind of repetitive use on.
I think I have about 100,000 miles on my knees and no knee pain. I have literally no knee pain. Like your muscles adapt faster than your tendons. If you go out and do something where your muscles can handle it but your tendons can't, then you're going to get a little pain. But over time that works out. Unless you're like bone on bone already
but nothing advanced like stem cells, exosomes.
The body only goes in one direction, right? So at some point you're going to have to like start taking evasive. But as of now the body is holding up. I'm doing what I can do and I've been lucky where I haven't had anything really significant injury wise where I need to go
