10X Growth Con 2022 x Gary Brecka | Full Speech

This is a YouTube video titled "10X Growth Con 2022 x Gary Brecka | Full Speech" containing a full speech delivered by Gary Brecka at the 10X Growth Conference in 2022. The content likely focuses on growth strategies or personal development as presented by Gary Brecka.
Yeah, let's go. I can't dance. Wow. Thank you. Thank you. Come on, now. Thank you. I got to tell you, it's an absolute realization of a life's dream to be standing on this stage. I'm out of breath in front of you guys. You know, four years ago, when I first. Yeah, Wim off. Four years ago, when I met Grant Cardone for the first time, he invited me to the growth con, the big growth con at Marlin Stadium. And I remember looking at that stage and saying, a few years from now, I'll be standing on that stage. And here I am. So my intention today is to provide tremendous value to everyone in this room. And for those of you that don't know me, my name's Gary Breca. I'm a human biologist and a researcher, and I spent 20 years of my life as a mortality expert in the insurance industry. And as a mortality expert, this meant that if I got five years of medical records on you and five years of demographic data, I could tell the insurance company how long you had to live to the month. And it didn't matter if you were 80 years old and had a terminal illness or if you were 25 years old and you were perfectly healthy, I could tell the insurance company exactly how many more months you had left on this earth. And we became so accurate at predicting this that when I retired from that industry, I was one of only five certified expert witnesses in federal court for litigation related to that space. Because the team that I was on was so accurate at predicting death. The only challenge about being in that industry was that I was prohibited by law from having any contact with the patient. I was prohibited by law from having any contact with the treating physician. All I could do was read the medical records, look at the demographic data, and tell the insurance company how many more months this person had left on earth. And as I began to get deeper into my career and realize that there were human beings on the other side of those spreadsheets, and it wasn't just data. I made a conscious decision to leave and touch the face of humanity by doing what I'm doing right now. So thank you. So you may notice that I have a lot of energy. I have an endless amount of energy for this. And I want to spend the rest of the time today really providing value to you guys. You know, these. These predictions that we used to do were so accurate right directly to the month. A lot of people ask me, gary, how did you do that? How could you take somebody who was 28 years old and Perfectly healthy. A male or female with good blood work and a decent genetic test and tell how long they had left on Earth. Well, you have to realize that we had to find a starting point for this. And the starting point was where we all leave, where we all exit. You see, every human being in this room will leave this Earth the same way. We all die of the same thing. The definition of death is hypoxia, Lack of oxygen to the brain. Although we used to think of it as an event. A stroke, a gunshot wound, a heart attack, a bus. But we know now that we can look at five genetic markers on everyone in this room and certain blood markers, and we can see exactly how well you're managing oxygen in your blood. And based on that, we can predict not only the onset of disease, but the severity of the disease and how quickly you will succumb to it. Either you are managing oxygen well in your body right this moment, or you are managing oxygen poorly. If you're managing oxygen poorly, you're not only having a shorter lifespan, you're having a shorter health span. You see, we began to realize in the study of mortality, as we had access to a database of 370 million lives, that it was not pathology and disease that was affecting humanity most. Pathology and disease as you know it today does not exist. And I'm gonna prove it in a few moments by taking from this crowd a request for any ailment that you or someone you love from suffers from. And I will tell you exactly what raw material is missing in the human body, right here on this stage, and how to fix it by putting that raw material back into that person's body. You see, we've lost faith in humanity and mankind. You know, we believe that people that have ADHD are deficient in Adderall, people that have high blood pressure are deficient in a beta blocker or a calcium blocker, or someone that has high cholesterol is deficient in a statin. And none of that is true. If we would spend our time looking for the missing raw material in a person's body, you would find out that pathology and disease tends to eviscerate. The most powerful weapon to treat human beings and cure pathology and disease is this right here. The frequency that this sends. Right, the power that this has over 32 trillion cells in your body. So if you're suffering from something right now, I want to give you some good news. I want you to take out a pen. I want you to write this date down. This is the most important date in the Life of every single person in this room. This is the most important date in your Life. And it's June 17th of this year. Because on June 17th this year, of the 32 trillion cells that are in your body right now, every day that you are alive, including today and in the next 24 hour period, your body will turn over 300 billion new cells. You woke up this morning, and tomorrow, 300 billion cells that you woke up with this morning will not be in your body tomorrow. Which means in 84 days, not a single living cell in your body will be with you. Which means you will be a completely different human being on June 17th. So the question is, what frequency are we going to send these cells? What nutrition are we going to provide them? What information are you going to get, hopefully today to impact how those 300 billion cells tomorrow are going to turn out, and the 300 billion the day after that, and the day after that? All right, do it. So, you know, I commonly say, and if you've seen me speak before, you've heard me say this, but I commonly say that after 22 years in the research space and as a human biologist, that if I was to boil my entire career down to one sentence, just a single sentence, I believe that this sentence is the most impactful sentence that you will hear for the balance of your lifetime. On how this sentence will impact how long you have to live, how many healthy years you have left on this earth, how well you will sleep, how strong your libido will be, how strong your response to exercise, whether or not you will have clean waking energy, or whether or not you will have good cognitive function. Does anyone want to know what that sentence is? No, thank you. It's $1,500. It is this. The presence of oxygen is the absence of disease. The presence of oxygen is the absence of disease. And while that may sound like a very simple sentence, there is not a single disease etiological pathway known to mankind that does not have its roots in blood oxygen. I'm going to prove that today, not one form of cancer known to mankind does not begin in a hypoxic environment, an oxygen deprived environment. Diabetes begins in an oxygen deprived environment. Colon cancer begins in an oxygen deprived environment. Brain fog is oxygen deprivation in the brain. Poor sleep is lack of oxygen and delta wave that doesn't allow you to reach a complete delta wave of sleep. So what I plan to do today is teach you how to manage oxygen, not just by breathing better, but by getting markers checked in your blood so that you have a roadmap for optimal health, so that you have an absolute roadmap for optimal health. And I have a promise, a big, bold promise from this stage, because for 22 years, I was one of the most accurate mortality predictors in the country. So my promise to you today is that if you do what I ask you to do today, that we will add seven years to the life of everyone in this room. Okay, you ready for that? This is getting interesting. I like this. So that's my promise. I want to add seven years, not just seven years to your lifespan. I want to add seven years to your health span. Because, you know, when I first met Grant Cardone, if you've ever heard this story, you know, it was right before GrowthCon in 2018. And I didn't actually really know who Grant Cardone was. A very good friend of his convinced him to get this test done, a test that I'm gonna suggest everybody in this room do today. And the only reason why Grant did it was because he said, if you do this test, I'll pay for it, and I'll invest in your real estate fund. So Grant said, okay, what the heck, I'll just do it. So he got the test done, and he calls my office when the results come back, and the front desk patches them back to me, and he says, hey, Gary, this is Grant Cardone. I said, hey, Mr. Cardone. How you doing? He said, look, listen, man. And these are his exact words. So I'm not managing my profanity for the next minute, but he said, listen, man, I don't even know what you do for a living, but before you start, I should just tell you I got doctors hanging on trees, and I got personal trainers coming out of my ass. I got about eight minutes, man. Give me your spiel. I was like, well, that was rude, but all right. I said, well, Grant, we start by you telling me how you feel. And he goes, gary, I feel great. I'm running around the world. I'm building my empire. I feel great. I said, well, do you mind if I tell you what I see in your labs? And he said, no, go ahead. I said, well, I see a man that goes to bed exhausted, but his mind keeps him up until the wee hours of the morning so that by the time you wake up in the morning, you're more exhausted than when you went to bed. And I bet it bothers you that you wake up sore and achy in the morning like you had a workout the night before when you haven't. And it's probably troubling you that the soles of your feet and your ankles ache when you get out of bed in the morning to walk to the bathroom and take your first piss. And he was dead silent. And I said, I don't know anything about your love life, but libido left the building about nine months ago. And if I was to guess, the thing that troubles you most right now is brain fog. And he goes, what the fuck do you mean, dementia? And I said, no, not dementia. I mean brain fog. You get a great idea in the bedroom, you walk to the kitchen, you wonder what the hell you're doing in the kitchen. And then there was some silence. And then he got mad. He goes, who put you up to this? Who told you that? Did Elena tell you that? Was it Jared? Did Ryan give you that information? At the time, I didn't know who any of them was. I said, no, it would be a felony for me to talk to them about your medical records without your permission. He said, you can really tell all that from that test? And I said, I absolutely can. So he took the phone off a speakerphone, slammed his office door, picked up the phone and said, gary, I feel like shit. I'm sore, Makey. I've got joint pain. I said, I know. I see it in the labs. He said, you can fix it? I said, yes, I can. He said, how long will it take? I said, eight weeks. He goes, listen, man, I'll do whatever you say for eight weeks. Lotions, potions, creams, jellies or injections. His exact words. I love it. I rehearsed that before getting on stage, because that's exactly what he said. Lotions, potions, creams, jellies or injections. And he goes, here's my credit card, man. Just send it to me. Click. Hung up the phone. So we put a treatment protocol together. I sent it to Grant Cardone, and about three and a half weeks later, he calls our office. Now I know who Grant Cardone is. So now everybody's nervous. Like, oh, shit, Gary, Grant Cardone's on the phone. I was like, okay, let me go in my office. And I sit down in my office. For some reason I'm nervous. I start neatening up my desk. I'm like, shit, it's a phone call, you know. So I, like, neaten up my desk. Like, he's about to walk into my desk, and I pick up the phone and I go, hello? He goes, gary? I said, yeah. He goes, grant, card on. What the fuck do you have me on? And I was like, oh, God, it's over. Shut off the lights, everybody go home. Maybe we'll sell flowers. We got a beautiful storefront here. Always wanted to sell flowers. I don't like the wellness space anyway, you know. And he said, he goes, man, I feel great chasing Elena around like a high schooler. I got the energy of 10 men. The, the, the, the, the brain fog you talked about, that's gone. And he said, gary, I don't have an ache of pain in my body. I don't know what's going on. But your shit works. He said, I haven't slept in 10 years. I slept four nights this week over seven hours. So your shit works. I'll tell you what, if you can be in my office at 2 o' clock tomorrow afternoon, I'll make you a rich man. And guess where I was the next day at 2 o' clock in the afternoon? Yeah, I think I left tire marks in. And I went to his office. And that began my journey with Grant Cardone. So, and I'll tell you, man, aside from, aside from being so thankful to him and Elena and this entire organization for what they've done for my family and for our life, I can't even begin to tell you how they've impacted our life. And for him to give me a platform to impact all of yours is an absolute dream come true. It's a passion realized. So thank you. So what I've done is I've broken this down into a four part system to help you 10x your health. And what I'm going to do before we start that, I'm going to prove to you that if we just spent time looking for missing raw materials in the human body and we would find those missing raw materials, we can cure what most of us think of as pathology and disease by show of hands. How many of you here know someone or have ever been affected by anxiety or depression? Raise your hand. In fact, do me a favor and stand up. Stand up. If you know someone or you personally have ever been affected by anxiety or depression. Look at this room, guys, look at this room. 44% of America right now is on an antidepressant. 44% of this country is on an antidepressant. You know, the antidepressants were meant. You can have a seat now. Thank you. Antidepressants were meant to be used for three months. People come in our office all the time and I say, how long have you been taking these antidepressants? They say, Gary, 18 years. I go, when did you think it was going to kick in? What's the definition of insanity? So you think maybe another two years it'll start to take the edge off it? So, you know, in this country, we define depression as low levels of serotonin. If you are low on the neurotransmitter serotonin, you are by definition depressed. So wouldn't you think if we define depression as low serotonin, that the treatment would be to raise serotonin? That's not how we treat it, though. What we do, we take people that are depressed and we put them on an ssri, a serotonin reuptake inhibitor, which. Which restricts the amount of serotonin that their body can use. So by definition, it never raises serotonin. So by definition, it never ends depression, which is why people are on these drugs for a lifetime. And I'm going to tell you how we're going to end it right now, okay? Because, yes, I like you guys, man. I like this crowd. So if we understand that, that. That serotonin is made in the gut, it's actually made right here in the gut. 90% of the serotonin in the body is in the gut. And if it's not here, it cannot be here. So the factory that makes serotonin is governed by one gene. And one of the things that I'm gonna beg every one of you to do today is to actually take a genetic test. Because if we look at five actionable genes in the human body, there are five genes in your body that determine how every raw material that is put into your body is converted into the usable form. Do you realize not a single person here puts anything into their body that's used in the format that you put it in? Not a protein, a carbohydrate, a nutrient, a vitamin, amino acid, nothing. Everything we put into the human body is converted into its usable form. It's like we pull gasoline or, sorry, we pull crude oil out of the ground. But we can't put crude oil directly into our gas tank because the car doesn't understand that it has to be refined into gasoline. This refining process in human beings is called methylation. And there are five genes that govern it. And if one of those genes is broken, you cannot convert serotonin. In other words, you cannot methylate the neurotransmitter serotonin. And this is fixable. It's fixable with vitamins and amino acids. I know big pharma doesn't want it to be that easy, but it is. So. So now if you have this, say it one more Time. So if you have a certain genetic mutation called mthfr, there is a tendency for you to have anxiety and depression because you have low levels of serotonin. Do you realize that serotonin is the happiness hormone? If you look at the construction of an emotion or a mood, all of the elevated emotional states require this neurotransmitter. Passion, elation, joy, a route, libido, they all require serotonin. This is why depressed people aren't just depressed. They have low function in many areas of their body. And we need to turn this factory back on by putting the right raw material into the human body, which is el methionine, a B complex, methylated cobalamin and magnesium. So for everyone in this room, I want to implore you to do the test that Grant and Elena did, because this is how we determine what raw materials are missing in the human body. If we turn the serotonin factory back on and it begins to be produced in the gut by fixing this gene mutation, then it can go right up the vagus nerve into the brain and fix depression. Because most people that were depressed were actually not depressed. They were just low on the hormone serotonin. So many of you stood for anxiety too. This is one of my favorites. Just by show of hands, how many of you have either been affected or know someone who's been affected by anxiety? Look at that, guys. Anti anxiety medications are second only to depressive medications in this country. But you know what? I bet if I ask you three questions about your anxiety or the anxiety that you know someone who's suffering from, I bet I can prove to you that it is not coming from a cluster of symptoms, that it's actually coming from their physiology, and that it is fixable. And I'm going to fix it right now. So ask them these three questions. Number one, have you had anxiety on and off throughout your entire lifetime? I bet their answer will be yes. The second question I want you to ask them is can you always point to the specific trigger that causes it? I get it. If you have anxiety about heights and you walk to the edge of a 30th floor building and look over, you're going to have a panic attack. But when you wake up in the morning feeling anxious or you're driving home from work on an otherwise innocuous day and you're overwhelmed with anxiety, or you're sitting in this audience right now and you are overwhelmed with anxiety, that is not coming from a cluster of symptoms. That is coming from your physiology. And the third question I Want you to ask is if you've tried anti anxiety medications, did they work? And they will tell you no. Make me feel like a zombie. So those three things right there prove that it is not coming from their outside environment. It's coming from a cluster of symptoms. Right. You see, the majority of anxiety is caused by an elevated level of something called homocysteine. And I'm going to skip this little slide right here. Homocysteine is the most inflammatory compound in the human body. When it rises, it triggers anxiety and it can rise and fall like a heart monitor without having any outside influence at all. You can wake up overwhelmed with anxiety because your homocysteine is rising. This is manageable. There are amino acids that the body needs to actually lower homocysteine and anxiety and put it permanently in your rear view mirror. This is also true with weight gain, poor sleep, brain fog, poor response to exercise. So I want to talk quickly about this genetic test. I'm going to show you Grant Cardone's test. I got his permission to put it up here. Do you see those five colored squares? Okay. This is the result of this gene test that I'm talking about. It's a cheek swab, it's a Q tip, and you put it in your cheek and you swab it up and down. And we stick it in a test tube, we send it to the lab, and these come back different colors. You see, all of those colored rectangles should be green. When they're red, it means it doesn't work at all. If it were yellow and it's not, that would mean that one parent had given him the gene mutation. In this case, both of his parents gave him the gene mutation and they gave him three gene mutations in a row. Ever wonder how I knew that his feet ached in the morning when he got out of bed to take a piss? Have any idea how I knew that he woke up sore and achy in the morning, even if he hadn't had a workout. Want to know how I knew that? He was having brain fog and it was bothering him or he was having a poor response to exercise and slight water retention and achiness in his hands and his joints. This is how he knew. Because the most common gene mutation in the world is the one right there on the bottom. The MTHFR gene mutation. I'm not going to tell you what the nickname is for that gene mutation. And yes, Grant is one, he has the mutation. So when these genes are red, that means that they're not functioning at all, which Means whatever they are responsible for is deficient. So if you have that gene as red in your body, I can promise you this, you are having mild to severe anxiety. The second thing I can promise you is if the next one is red or yellow, that you're having gut issues. You're having issues with your stomach that you think is an allergy, but it's actually not an allergy. In fact, if that gene mutation is broken, you're frustrated because you can't figure out what's irritating your gut because it has nothing to do with what you're eating. It has to do with the pace that contents are moving through your gut. You see, the rate that your gut moves is more important than the contents. In fact, the next time somebody tells you they have an allergy to gluten, wheat, soy, dairy, corn, ask them this question. It will prove that they're not allergic to it. Say, is there ever a time that you can eat that substance and not have a reaction? Can you ever eat corn and not have a reaction? If they say yes, then tell them they don't have an allergy. You have a gene mutation because allergies are consistent. You don't wake up on Monday morning to milk, and then you're unallergic to it Wednesday afternoon, and then you're re allergic to it on Saturday morning. That's not how it works, right? So it's very frustrating because people are like, man, I get intermittent gas and bloating and diarrhea and constipation and irritability. And it's after I eat X or Y or Z. And they come in with these, these, you know, allergy reports, and it says, gary, I'm allergic to wheat, soy, gluten, corn, dairy, and soybeans. Okay, stop right there. You be dead. Okay? You can't be allergic to all the essential amino acids. That's called death. So this is not. Let's throw this thing in the trash and let's look at this gene and let's find out if you have this gene break. Because if you have this gene break, then I'm going to give you a specific type of B12, four B vitamins, three amino acids, and something called methylfolate. And in 14 days, this is going to become a permanent thing of your past. As you get higher on this chart, you get to things like ADD and adhd. How many of you either know or are affected by adhd? This is another complete fallacy, right? Attention deficit disorder is not an attention deficit disorder at all. It's an attention Overload disorder. You see, the brain not only creates thought, but we also dismantle thought. We also degrade thought. And if you can create thought faster than you can actually break it down, then you have adhd. It's like, imagine if this stage were blank and you were sitting in this room by yourself in that front seat right there, looking at this stage. And every time you had a thought, it was like an actor walking to the front of the stage, engaging you in a dialogue. Only when that conversation's over, that person should exit the stage. When someone has adhd, that person stays, maintains a conversation, and another one comes up, and then another one comes up, and then another one comes up. And pretty soon you're maintaining conversations with too many people. And we call this attention deficit disorder, but it's actually an attention overload disorder. So if you could learn to quiet the mind by putting El methionine back into the body so we can go to the brain and quiet the mind, you would see that your attention returned because your attention never left. And there are so many ailments that we have accepted nonsensical explanations for Alzheimer's and dementia. The US still remains one of the few civilized nations in the world that continues to call these two diseases Alzheimer's and dementia. If you follow me on Instagram, you know what the real name is for these diseases? Does anyone know? Type 3 diabetes. Google it. You'll see Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Kellogg University, Berkeley, and the National Library of Medicine, National Institute of Health. We have a lie that people that have Alzheimer's and dementia are losing their memory. And that is not true. They're losing access to their memory. And that access can be restored. Yes. Yeah, give me some love on that. That access can be restored. In fact, as a last little bit of proof, how many of you in your family have either hypertension runs in your family. Thyroid issues run in your family. High cholesterol runs in your family. Depression or anxiety runs in your family. Put your hands up. Look at all those hands. Now you can put your hands down. Imagine that this were a room full of physicians. And I asked that same question. How. How many of you are treating patients for these types of diseases? All the hands would go up. And if I asked them if you're treating patients for these genetically inherited diseases, right, because you just said it runs in your family. So it's a genetic disease, Right? It's familial. Then what gene is being passed on that's causing that? What's the name of the gene for hypertension? Oh, it doesn't exist. What's the name of the gene for thyroid disease that you just said ran in families? Oh, my God. It doesn't exist. What's the name of the gene for high cholesterol, depression, or anxiety? It doesn't exist. So these diseases are not genetic. What's genetic is the missing raw material in your body. You cannot inherit disease from one generation to another. You can inherit the inability to create a raw material which leads to that disease. Yes. Important. You ever want to see your doctor's face go blank? Next time you're in there and he says you have hypothyroid, go. Okay, how did I get it? Oh, it's inherited. Your mother and your grandmother had it. Oh, what gene did they give me that gave me hypothyroid? By the way, we know every gene in the human body. There's 1303 of them, and we know the name of every single one. None of them have to do with passing on thyroid disease. Your doctor's face will go blank. Your same is true with hypertension and all these other diseases. So if we would put faith back in humanity, back human beings, and we'd start to get back to the study of humanity and human beings and good biology, biophysiologic function, we could wipe disease and pathology off the face of this earth. And I know that this is true because I studied it for 22 years. And the last thing I did before I turned in my resignation to start the wellness company with my beautiful angel, Sage, seven years ago. Sage. Sage. There she is right there. The last thing that I did was I started to run my own testing. I started to say, what is causing these people to die so early? And the most common three things that were causing people to enter the grave early were what I called modifiable risk factors, which meant if I could have just gotten on the phone with that person, I could have put seven more years on their life. And the time that I wanted to do it, where I actually threatened to quit my job, my human resources director and the insurance company I was working with told me that if I called that patient, she would not only fire me, she would criminally prosecute me. And that was the day that I retired. Right. Awesome. So what I want to do for you guys today, here's Elena Cardone's test, by the way. Not quite as bad as Grant. She was happy about that. When I asked her if I could show the test, she said, only if I'm better than Grant, which, you know, she's slightly better. Than Grant, by the way. This is why Grant will never leave me, right? Because you know how little he believes pharmaceuticals and poisons, but he does believe in vitamins and amino acids and a healthy diet and living a clean lifestyle, right? This is why he doesn't look, act or perform like a 64 year old man. So this is what that test actually looks like, the IV therapy. I want to spend just a very short few minutes on that. We're running IVs right here at this event. The only reason why we're running IVs at this event is because I want every single person in this room to know what it's like to not have any of those genetic deficiencies. So regardless of which one you have, we have an IV cocktail that will actually, for the next seven days, close those genetic breaks so you can feel what it's really like to feel normal. You're welcome. Because most of us have forgotten what normal feels like. You know, when we fix these gene breaks in people, they always say, oh my God, Gary, I feel amazing. And I remind them, you don't feel amazing. You. You just feel normal. This is how normal was supposed to feel. Aging is not a progressive disease of moving less and being less comfortable. Aging is the aggressive pursuit of comfort. The more aggressively you pursue comfort, the faster you age. We have to stop telling grandma not to go outside. It's too hot not to go outside, it's too cold, to just sit down and relax to eat at the first pang of hunger. Stress is actually good for the body. If you don't load your bones, they don't strengthen. If you don't tear your muscles, they don't grow. And if you don't challenge your immune system, it will weaken. Right? Human beings were meant to do what we are all doing right here, right now. And I'll just leave it at that. So the, the, the, the four parts that we want to share with you is to get the, you know, the genetic test done so we can see what missing raw materials are in your body. The reason why I love this test is you do it once in your lifetime and for the balance of your life, you and your family, your kids, you will never wonder what you need to supplement with again. Because you got to stop supplementing just for the sake of supplementation. You have to start supplementing for deficiency in your body. And most of us don't have a roadmap for what our body needs. We have a roadmap for our business. We have an income statement, a balance sheet, a P and L We don't have the first clue what's going on inside our bodies. You only got one of these, brother. You know, God gave us his only son so that we could take this and do the best we could possibly do with it. Right? Human beings were meant to thrive. Yeah. I really love you guys. And hallelujah, baby, I said it. If it wasn't for him, none of this would be possible, right? So we gotta give. We gotta give thanks for that, man. Thank you for your only son. But, and, and the fourth thing, guys, is something called the superhuman protocol. Because one of the things that is affecting humanity in a very negative way is we have gotten so far away from Mother Nature. The basics that God gave us for optimal health are sunlight, magnetism, and oxygen. That's all we get from Mother Nature. Magnetism, oxygen, and light. And without the three of those things, we accelerate ourselves toward the grave, and disease and pathology makes easy prey upon us. Right? By magnetism, I mean we used to be in contact with the earth a lot. We would take bare feet and walk right on the earth, the sand or the dirt, because human beings build a charge and we need to discharge into the ground. It's called earthing or grounding. So we have a protocol where you can do this indoors, you can do it in your home, or you can come to one of our clinics. You know, Grant and Brandon and Sage and I plan to open a thousand clinics in the United States, 20 in every state. We want to change the face of modern medicine. We want to touch the face of humanity. Right. I want to keep people out of the system. This is a sick care system that preys on the ill. Diabetes is $110 billion annual industry. Do you think anyone is interested in curing diabetes? No. So it's up to you. Like Grant said, you need to be citizen scientists. This movement is up to you. Big pharma and healthcare are not going to do it. We. We're gonna do it right in this room. Right? We're gonna do it right in this room. So if you get a moment, I want you to come check out this superhuman protocol, because if you can't afford to purchase it, and I'm not trying to sell it to you, please find out where one of these thousand clinics is going to be so you can come in and use it there. Because if you lay on just a simple PEMF mat, a magnetic mat, for 16 minutes, you will alkalize all 32 trillion cells in your body. All 32 trillion cells in 16 minutes. It would take you 14 weeks drinking a gallon of alkaline water every single day to do the same thing we can do in 16 minutes. How long does a single PEMF session last? About eight days. So that's why you should do it daily. A PM1 PEMF Mats is about four grand. You can lay on this every single day and return yourself back to the magnetism of the earth because you're not in contact with the earth. And those of you that are living in condominiums, even worse. Right? So the superhuman protocol we talked about magnetism, oxygen. The presence of oxygen is the absence of disease. The presence of oxygen is also the improvement in mood. Does anyone know the difference between the emotion anger and the emotion of passion? The presence of oxygen. It's actually the same neurotransmitter, one additional neurotransmitter and the presence of oxygen. If you do not have enough oxygen in your blood, you cannot assemble elevated mood. So if you are tired or anemic, you are also cranky and angry. Because anger doesn't require any emotion. I mean, doesn't require any oxygen. You ever wonder why not a single human being has ever or will ever wake up laughing? It's impossible to wake up laughing. Why? Because you don't have the oxidative state to experience the emotion laughter. Can you wake up angry? Oh, yeah. Do a little experiment tonight and pinch your loved one when they're dead asleep. Give them a nice little pinch on the ass. Yeah, you'll see. You can definitely wake up angry right from a deep sleep. Why is that? It's because anger does not require any oxygen. So. So as we take oxygen from the body, not only does disease invade, but emotion leaves. This is why people's emotional state looks like a heart monitor. And you don't understand it, but as soon as we put oxygen back into the body, then it returns to normal. So the second part of superhuman is to breathe 95% O2. We have 900 liter oxygen bags. You breathe 95% O2 and re oxygenate the blood. And then finally, red light. If you know anything about what's called photobiomodulation red light therapy. This is the rage in sports recovery and performance. Now you're going to start to see in the next 24 months the first wave of superhuman athletes coming out of using these protocols that will shatter records set by human beings by margins we never ever thought humanly possible. You will see this not only in the next Olympics, but in the next 24 months. So I really encourage you guys to come down and see us and do that again. We do the genetic testing. We do IV therapies, the IV therapy. I would love for you to experience just so you can feel what it's like for the next six or eight days to have none of those genetic breaks done. And if you don't do anything else at this event, please just do that one genetic test. You do it once in your life for you and your family. You will never guess again on what you're deficient in. I don't want anyone to leave this conference and continue to be deficient while 300 billion cells renew themselves in your body every day. 84 days from today, my dream would to be not to have a single one of you stand up when I asked that previous question. Right. Thank you. So again, there's Grant and Alanis tests, and I know we're running short on time. Am I over my time right now? How much time do I have? Yes. I love you. Yeah, as much as you need. I did promise. I think I've got 10 minutes. I did promise that I would take questions from the audience. So I'm going to take three questions real quick. I don't care what the ailment is or what the issue is you're facing. I can't lose weight. I have brain fog. I have. I have, you know, poor waking energy. Yes, ma'. Am. Yes, I'm going to solve it for right here. Yes, ma'. Am. You have it all. You have sis, pcos, oh, lupus. Okay. Autoimmune. Okay. And everything Grant has, you have it, too. Yes. So I'll tell you why your brain doesn't shut off. Remember when you. Most people that have that gene mutation, if you have that gene mutation that I just showed you when you lay down to go to sleep at night, as your environment quiets, your mind will wake up. So most people are not sleeping, not because they're not tired. They're not sleeping because their mind is keeping them awake. So how do we shut the mind off besides giving ourselves drugs to shut the mind off? Because the worst thing you can do when you can't sleep is to take sleep medication. Because what sleep medication does is blind the brain to blood oxygen and you suffocate for six hours. Ever wonder why you wake up in the morning and say, man, I hate Tylenol PM because I feel groggy. The next day it's still in my system. Or I hate really take Ambien because I'm really, really foggy and groggy. The next day, you're not foggy and groggy from that medication. It's been out of your system for hours. You are foggy and groggy because you just suffocated for six hours. You deprived the brain of oxygen for six solid hours. So if you took that genetic test and we figured out what amino acid was missing in your brain as you put it back in there, your mind will quiet at night. Because the kind of things that you're thinking about are not life changing thoughts. They're little innocuous thoughts. Did I return that Instagram post? Did I get everything on my grocery list? Does my belt match my shoes? That's the kind of nonsense you're thinking about at 2:30 in the morning. Let me answer your autoimmune question really quick. Autoimmune disease is a progressive weakening of the immune system. When the immune system finally gets so weak that it can no longer tell the difference between friendly tissue and healthy tissue, we call that an autoimmune disease. It's not a disease at all. It's a progressive weakening of the immune system to the point where it can no longer tell the difference between friends and enemies. So if it's a progressive weakening of the immune system, should the treatment be to further suppress the immune system? Should we take corticosteroids to suppress the immune system? No. In fact, we knew in mortality that if you started corticosteroids, you had six years and one day until you were having a joint replacement. It was so accurate that literally, if you were a 60 year old female and I saw that you started corticosteroids, I would artificially advance your age to 66 and schedule your joint replacement. And then I would start to reduce your ambulatory profile, how well you moved and based on how poorly to the point where it can no longer tell the difference between friends and enemies. So if it's a progressive weakening of the immune system, should the treatment be to further suppress the immune system? Should we take corticosteroids to further suppress the immune system? No. In fact, we knew in mortality that if you started corticosteroids, you had you were moving. I would bring in all the diseases that exacerbate with poor mobile mobility. You know, six years and one day until you were having a joint replacement. It was so accurate. Know that sitting is the new smoking, sedentary lifestyle is the leading cause of all that. Literally, if you are a 60 year old female and I saw that you started corticosteroids, I would artificially advance your age to 66 and schedule your joint replacement. And then I would start to reduce your ambulatory profile, how well you moved and based on how poorly cause mortality, we are becoming lazy. Right. So that's why I say aging is the aggressive pursuit of comfort. So I would absolutely love to continue to speak to you, ma', am, about that. Let me take. Yes, sir. Right there. Right in front. Yeah. You were moving. I would bring in all the diseases that exacerbate with poor mobile mobility, you know? Yes. Common immune disease. So common immune that sitting is the new smoking, sedentary lifestyle is the leading cause of all. Immune disease is a very. It's the very same thing. Like. Like lupus, like rheumatoid arthritis. These are progressive weakening of the immune system. Right. As the immune system weakens, it no longer can cause mortality. We are becoming lazy. Right. So tell the difference. And if it can't tell the difference, it begins to attack friendly tissue. So let's talk again at the break. Yes, sir. Right there with your hand up. Yes. My methylation is yellow, yellow, yellow, green, green from bottom to top. And I have high blood pressure. What do I do? Do you know why you have high blood pressure? Let me show you something right here. Can I. I've lost my boop. Dude, I'm backing this thing. Oh, dude, I'm like really good at this. Okay. I don't know if you can see it from where you're standing. If I had a laser pointer. Maybe this has a laser pointer. Oh, does it? No, doesn't. So right up there, you see that thing that says ahcy? Can you see that green box that says ahcy Right below it says homocysteine. Homocysteine is the most inflammatory compound in the human body. When it rises, it irritates the lining of the blood vessels. The endothelial lining of the blood vessels. You know what happens if you upset a blood vessel? It clamps down. We have 63,000 miles of blood vessels in the human body. If you make the diameter of the pipe smaller, what happens to pressure? It goes up. Ever wonder why most people that have hypertension or high blood pressure have a normal ekg, a normal eeg, a normal cardiac catheterization, normal heart and lung sounds, normal, normal dye contrast studies. All their entire cardiac workup is normal. So why the hell did they have high blood pressure? Because they don't have high blood pressure. They have high homocysteine because they have a gene mutation that doesn't let them lower that. Wouldn't you like to know if you have that gene mutation, it's fixable. Let's fix it. Right? Let's fix it. My grandparents passed away. They had been married almost 60 years. And I remember asking my grandfather what the difference was between people that got divorced and people that stayed married. And he said, because when things went wrong, we fixed it. We didn't throw it away. Right. There was someone right here. Yes, sir. How long does it take to replace those raw materials and see effects generally less than 14 days. By the way, if you've taken one of our methylation tests and have benefited from it, would you do me a favor and just stand up? Would you just stand up? Whoo. Money Bo. Wayne Bowie. All right. Wow. Look around. Why don't you talk to one of these people, right? None of these are paid advertisers. In fact, they've just paid me. Let's go. The effects generally less than 14 days. By the way, if you've taken one of our methylation tests and have benefited from it, would you do me a favor and just stand up? Would you just stand up? Whoo. Yes. Talk to one of these people about their experience, right? Next year, I want the entire room. Money bo. Wayne Bowie. All right. Wow. Look around. Why don't you talk to one of these people? Right? None of these are paid advertisers. In fact, they just paid me. Let's go. For them to be standing up, except when I talk about pathology and disease. Guys, I wish I had more time. I really want to thank you so much for being such an amazing audience. Thank you for making my dream come true. Thank you, Grant Cardone. Elena Cardone. Yes. Talk to one of these people about their experience, right? Next year, I want the entire room and this entire room to be standing up, except when I talk about pathology and disease. Guys, I wish I had more time. I really want to thank you so much for being such an amazing audience. Thank you for making my dream come true. Thank you, Grant Cardone. Elena Cardone. And this entire room.
