Women have a more difficult time engaging in self care. They're generally more selfless. They spend a lot of their lives putting the needs of other people first. So talk a little bit about how you've been able to maintain fitness and health. Clearly it's a priority
even if it's a short amount of time. 30 minutes. I take that 30 minutes for me because it's important I'm taking care of so that I can take care of everybody else. A lot of moms out there. There is so much that falls on us. We always feel responsible. I always feel like I want to be the one to do whatever it is for, for my kids. I always go back to the analogy of what we hear on the airplane which is that whenever there's an emergency situation you want to put your mask on first before you assist others. If you can't take care of yourself and actually do right by you, you're going to be no good to anyone else.
