Hey, guys, we're doing lateral shifts today, and today we're talking about yogurt. So many of you get these processed, convenient yogurts. They've got guar gums, locust bean gums, 14 grams of sugar, 8 grams of added sugar. Natural flavors, which is another nickname for ain't got no fruit. Very often these natural flavors actually are bactericidal, so they'll actually kill the probiotics that you're trying to get in the yogurt. I would opt for whole fat Greek yogurt. I use raw whole fat Greek yogurt. You can actually throw a little pomegranate in there. That is 10 tangy. I love pine nuts, so I'll sprinkle a few pine nuts in there, give it a little bit of a crunch. One of my favorites is grain free granola. There are all kinds of brands of organic grain free granola. You will not notice that it is actually grain free. And if you want a little sweet, take a teaspoon of honey and just put a teaspoon of honey right on the top. Mix that in. Now you've actually got natural honeys, natural fruits, low glycemic, healthy fats, healthy proteins and nutrient density. And that's just science.
