Where does unprocessed stress go in the body, and what's the greatest way to start releasing it?
Everybody seems to hold that stress in a different area. I believe it's based on the organs and how they process emotions. This is why we tell people to do a global, like the 15-minute stress reset, or one of our global resets. When you start a Fascia Moves class, as example, it starts off with global movements and then moves to a specific movement, because the ability for somebody to understand really where it is, like for example, most pain is referred. So if you got a pain in the neck, it's probably something in your hip. So where you're feeling it or observing it is probably not where it started. So you're better off to go to a global movement. And even myself, really good at this, sometimes I'll get trapped in trying to solve something in an area of my body and I'm like, oh no, it was down in my leg. Basically start with the global movements and then work to a specific.
