Mm-hmm. So headed for my late-day workout. Usually I'm working out early in the morning. I've actually been trying, um, Perfect Amino's, uh, pre-workout supplement. What I like about it is that it has resveratrol in it. Um, it also has a nitric oxide booster, but it's from pomegranate juice. But there's no caffeine or stimulants in there. I've tried other pre-workouts. I just didn't like the way that they made me feel. They made me feel jittery, and sometimes I actually got short of breath or even lightheaded during workouts. If you've had that same experience with pre-workouts, you may want to try the Perfect Amino pre-workout because it's stimulant-free. It also has a serving of Perfect Aminos in it, but I'm going to add my favorite Lemon Lime Perfect Aminos to here anyway, so I get the full dose of Perfect Aminos and I get a little pre-workout as a nitric oxide booster, which causes a bit, a little bit of vasodilation, technically vasorelaxation, so it improves circulation during exercise. Um, the two of these taste amazing together. And I'm gonna add some Baja Gold sea salt and a hydrogen tablet right before I whack it back.
