The Ultimate Human Podcast - Official Trailer

Gary Brecka, a human biologist and longevity expert, introduces his podcast on health optimization and longevity. The show explores gut bacteria, gene mutations, and how his research on mortality affects people's lives.
Hi, my name is Gary Brecke. I'm a human biologist, a biohacker, a researcher, and an anti aging and longevity expert. And I am so excited to talk about the launch of the ultimate human podcast. I spent 22 years of my life in research studying mortality. And if we got 10 years medical records on you and 10 years of demographic data, the team that I was associated with could tell the insurance company how long you had to live to the month. Only after years of doing this type of research and analysis, I decided and I wanted to spend the balance of my lifetime helping people live healthier, happier, longer, more fulfilling lives.
Let's look at the people that are over 100. What are they doing? There was nothing you could link together except for their gut bacteria. I'm almost 49 in like, let's say a week or two. I'm in better health than I was when I was 19. Oh, you look amazing. You changed my life, my parents life, and a lot of people around me.
Getting to know you really opened.
Up my eyes.
Encourage you to look that gene mutation up.
Mthfr.
Mthfr.
Mother gene.
Whoa.
