Gary Brecka describes reversing severe symptoms like brain fog and mood issues in women through proactive health management. The conversation centers on a generational mission to protect millennials from age-related frailty by becoming health-literate early.
It is a war cry, a mantra to me, that I am going to save the health of this women coming after me. We are going to change the future so that millennials will never end up frail.
What seemed like this rapid collapse where, like, we are going to come to a full stop and we're going to fix this. The brain fog, mood, numbness, loss of libido, fumbling a little bit like the words that, you know, she would say, it's right here and I can't get it out. And it was astounding to me how fast the genie went back in the bottle.
Gone are the days when a person can just blindly take advice. I encourage all people, men and women, to become experts in their own health, to become literate so that they can make the best choices for themselves, and to do it early.
