What’s REALLY in Your Energy Bars?

Energy bars marketed as healthy often hide sugar syrups and seed oils behind organic labels. This video breaks down what's actually in them and shows a whole food alternative with real ingredients instead.
When it comes to these energy and brownie bars. You know, interestingly, they'll throw tags on the front of the label like non gmo. And so as soon as you see something like non GMO or organic, we automatically don't flip it over and look at the ingredients, and we think that everything's really good for us. But when you flip this over, you see that the first three ingredients are sugar syrups. And then it goes into the soybean, soy lecithin, and then of course, all of the seed oil, sunflower oils, soybean oils. These are packed with seed oils and packed with syrup, which really spike your insulin. This, on the other hand, is a pressed whole food bar. I cannot emphasize enough. There is nothing in this other than a thousand milligrams of perfect amino acids. They literally taste delicious. You can sneak multiple servings of fruits and vegetables in on your kids with these. I promise you will like them. I will personally guarantee these are pressed whole foods. A little CO2 in the bag to preserve them. There's no pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, or preservatives of any kind. You won't believe how good these taste. Try them for the holiday, guys.
