Gary Brecka explains why liposomal glutathione works better than regular oral supplements. Your liver makes glutathione in every cell, but when detox pathways get blocked, supplementation helps. Liposomal delivery wraps it in fat to survive stomach acid and actually get absorbed.

So here's one of my favorite ways to increase the endogenous level of so here's one of my favorite ways to increase the endogenous level of glutathione. Remember, glutathione is something that resides in every single cell in your body. There's not one cell in your body that does not contain glutathione. It's a master antioxidant manufactured by the liver. When it drops or your detox pathways are blocked, it's good to supplement with glutathione. The challenge is getting glutathione through the gut. What we call first pass metabolism is into the area where it can actually be absorbed and do its work. So in order to do that, RO will put it inside of a liposome, which is basically a fat particle that enters the stomach, does not dissolve in the stomach, and passes through to the gut before it delivers the glutathione. The glutathione is actually suspended inside of this lipoparticle. That's why it's called liposomal. So that's just a little lipid particle. I shook it up. Just take a teaspoon of that. I actually do a little bit more than the recommended dose. I took a little bit more than a teaspoon. It's tart. Hold it under my tongue. Oh, potent, but it works.
