It's one thing, Pam, to be able to run a successful individual business, it's a whole other thing to run a DSO and a group of practices. Different skill set, different mindset. So a lot of people come to us to consult them through that because they just don't know what to do. Because they thought, hey, if I could build one practice and be successful, like uber successful at that, why don't I just buy a bunch of them and I'll just make. I'll put in my stuff. Meanwhile, the scalability was not there. They lost control, and now they're leaking money. I sad stories about doctors who were multi millionaires bought practices, and now their retirement is, like, dwindling away quickly. It's really sad what I'm seeing. So the the market has changed dramatically.
