I highly recommend that you have a different onboarding checklist by position in your practice. It could be that there's a clinical one and then an administrative one. It should be specific to that team member's role. The second is to assign a peer mentor. Fresh team members really succeed faster when they feel supported. So if they have a direct report, if they have a mentor, give them some guides so that they can really feel supported and successful inside of their role. And then the third is to create feedback ritual.
