This is a short conversational YouTube video (hosted/created by Gary Kadi) that reframes "retirement" from an end into a new beginning and promises practical, age-specific guidance for exiting dental practice (or work) across ages 30 through 80. The speakers emphasize changing one’s mindset about work and invite viewers to a webinar for more detailed planning.
Just hearing the word retirement can send shivers down our spines. Because in our line of work, we know there's no cushy pension waiting at the finish line. And yes, we've all heard it. I've said it a hundred times. It's never too early to start planning for retirement. But what does that really mean?
Boomers lived to work. Millennials work to live. It doesn't matter what age you are. It's about rewiring how you relate to what you're doing. And what I mean by that is retirement is such a bad word, you might as well. Might as well say the next great thing after retirement is a dirt nap. Who the hell wants to do that? Nobody. Running room to room sounds way better. Stressing over payroll days sounds way better. It's not the end, but the beginning. We're going to unpack this and I'm going to give some real practical stuff on what to do whether you're 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 or 80, and how to exit and have it all.
Catch the before you retire, you've got to rewire webinar now the link is in the bio.
