96% of dentists cannot retire and maintain their lifestyle. That's always been a problem and there's a way out of this. From 2001 till today, we went from 62 as the retirement average age to 67, the retirement age in dentistry. We are five years longer than the average American in their retirement age. There's some reasons why and we're going to unpack that tonight. By the way, the average length of time that people get to enjoy it is a thousand weeks. Weeks go fast. And if you only have a thousand weeks at the end of your career to like go and you know, do something new, to me that's not enough time. So I'm a believer that everybody should look to rewire. Now it's about changing your lifestyle as it relates to work. That's what rewirement is.
