What is the first way to turn your partnership into a powerhouse?
This is a universal principle. It works everywhere and it is every upset or inefficiency between two people are rooted in one of two places. A missing agreement or a broken agreement. I'm going to introduce a concept to you called management by agreement. It has three elements to it. Who's going to do it, what are you going to do and by when will you get it done? There needs to be some structure so that that fulfillment happens. And we do this with all of our systems when we install them inside of practices. This is how we get sustainable implementation is through management by agreement. We don't just give concepts and ideas, Pam. We actually make agreements with people. We set this culture all up and they start operating from this way. So it's an extremely powerful tool.
