Gary Kadi (speaker) guides listeners to shift from chronic striving toward appreciating existing success by "creating space" for themselves. He prescribes a simple nightly habit—keep a bedside journal and write three wins unrelated to career or money—to rewire the brain for fulfillment. He presents a short framework he calls the "three A's": Awareness, Acceptance, Action, where one first notices current experience, accepts "what's so," then takes intentional steps to change.

You got to have yourself get yourself a little thing. And I know journal. I don't even want to call it a journal because it's like a bad thing of like. I don't want to do that, Gary. I'm too busy for that. Just do it. Just. I asked you, just small habits. Try new things one at a time, right? I used to have chronic suffering and zero joy. So the way to undo this, the way to start creating space is get yourself a little thing that you could have by your bedside. And before you go to bed, just write down three wins that have nothing to do with your career or money. This starts rewiring your brain for fulfillment. Now, there's a truth bomb here.
