One piece of advice, what would it be? Stop for a moment, think about the plan and then just cast around the industry for people to help. I found the self storage industry and the people in it just incredibly open and generous with their time and their sort of knowledge. So you know, speak to even would be competitors. Go and ask them, can have a look around your unit, ask them questions why did you do that? And they'll share it. And the SSA as well. You know I've been involved in many industries with many trade bodies and I would say the SSA is probably the best one I've had interactions with. Again, the quality of their work is outstanding.
