I'm talking to Gavin Shields a lot about his store software, which incidentally looks absolute. I'm genuinely excited talking about it now. It's, it's game changing and I'll be honest, I, I knew Gavin was doing it, I didn't know how far off it was to launch it. So I got my developer from. I've got another. I had another software business and I decided to develop my own. And so I spent quite a sizable chunk to get something sorted, something in order, something we could plug into Space Manager and it would automate the process. And when Gavin showed me his software, I immediately chucked mine in the bin and thought, you know what, there's no, there's no point even starting it because Gavin's is the best solution. He is the man for this and it's absolutely incredible what his software can do. So I'm really, really excited for Gavin software to be installed into our network, if you like, plugged it into our sites and see what difference it can make. But I'm, yeah, I'm very much excited about the future, what we can do. And it's, it's almost. I am talking to a few people. We're very, very close to, to completing, not completing, but we're very, very close to completing. Head to turns of a couple of people. So there could be two acquisitions coming up. So I'm really, really excited about that. But I'm also, I didn't, like I said, I didn't think I would start a site up from scratch again, but I would implore you to have a look at manless facilities because it will come. And your biggest, I suppose your biggest competitive advantage over the big boys is the fact that they won't be going manless.
